Dealzkart.com — duplicate product

I was purchase the 64gm memory card (Samsung) & also 25000 mah power bank (Samsung) combo pack (899 ₹) at dealzkart.com site on 25/07/2017,
But when i was use it, it's not work it's also duplicate of samsung products and then i was complaint dealzkart by email so i have not received any reply by company.

Please help me sir/mam
