I purchased 64gb and 128 gb memory card of samsung brand from dealzkart for rs 898. But i received duplicate product which is not working at all. It is waste of money. There is no customer care at which i can contact to return the same waste product. If anyone hs the customer care details of this fake online shopping site kindly share. It is worst site i have ever seen....

I ordered a samsung evo 128 gb memory card from dealzkart.com.in first place card which came is of sandisk and not samsung as shown on site. Secondly and more importantly the card doesn’t work only. It shows just once after inserting and then it’s gone. Not at all working. Customer care number given on site ([protected]) doesn’t work. I've ordered a product and i've received it yesterday (29/08/2017) of 998rs. Order num:- [protected].

I couldn't find any contact phone number to speak with regarding order i've received product with no quality nd it is not working. Now, i would like a full amount refunded to me at the earliest.

1. The product received is in damaged condition. It is dirty and the unit is scratched.
2. The power bank not a genuine samsung brand product, does not carry any samsung part number or details. It is clearly a fake.
3. The supplied power cord is a local one and does not carry any brand details.
4. The 128 gb memory card also appears to be fake (Still sealed).

Kindly return these fake brand products and...

I receive a very "inferior and faulty" product from dealzkart.com. The i went to their site to look for their return policy. I could not find....

I have ordered an item of 3 men's shorts with order id: [protected] (Rs.599) and i received it yesterdsay. The issue is that first of all it is not fitting my size and the quality is poorly worst which is not even worth for 300 rupees.

When i tried to contact the customer care, they are not responding to my emails, hence please take action against this company and make them to return back my money...
