Dealzkart — fake product sell by dealzkart

I want to return order reference no. #[protected] of combo pack of samsung power bank 25000 mah, and samsung 128 gb sd memory card. Because the dealzkart send me duplicate products and also power bank not working properly. They was not actual product that show in images.. The power bank send me duplicate (No name) but in images show the samsung power bank, not working.. So i want to return this products and give my money back, the product value: 899+99 = 998.00...
If dealzkart not respond i will be give complain at consumer forum...
