Dealzkart — fraud in the name of offer deal

I had ordered a product samsung power bank, in which company had offer a 25000 mah power bank with branded mdr-zx110a headphones just for rs, 899, in response company sent me a duplicate power bank which is not working and a broken headphones of sonilex which is also not working my order id number is 862658 and reference id is [protected], order date is 28.08.2017. If i would not get return money or original power bank with sony headseat what company had offer i will go to consumer forum and will take legal action against the company. Hope my complain would be comsidered.
