This dealzkart people or not responding they delivered shorts but the size it too small and quality of cloth is too bad

When i was trying to return it they did not gave any information about the dealzkart contact details and they are not even responding to my email the they did not given any phone number and they gave one email id i have sent around 10 email till now form past 3 days they are not even responding and nor calling

Please help on this
