I placed order for combo deal of samsung brand 25000 mah power bank and 128 gb memory card on 21/06/2017.

I received the shipment #[protected] and i got shocked when i seen the product. Both products are defective.

The power bank is used and second hand whereas the memory card is not usable or corrupted.
This is cheating with customer. I want to return these items and want my money back.

Attached here are photographs of delivered items.

I want to return these products. Kindly inform me for returning procedure and arrange to refund rs. 998/-
