I've recently subscribed to Deccan chronicle news paper, From that day onwards I am receiving two days news papers on another day.
Today I've met with issue that 16/02/2022 and 17/02/2022 newspapers are delivered today but not todays news paper (18/02/2022).
This is a purely unwanted experience for the consumer. So please look into the issue and resolve this asap.

Renewed DC paper yearly subscription (wide bill no 26853, Mathew Philip) on 18.07.2021 stating will be suppling from 21.07.2021, but after long communication with agent started the supply form 03.08.2021 (Bill was from 21.07.2021, Not yet changed). From yesterday onwards supply is not there. Kindly check into it and ask the agent to supply on regular basis . Also there is no replay for the mail which was send on 02.08.2021 till date.

I would like to invite your kind attention to the matter.I am living in Ernakulam, a district belongs to the state of Kerala.A few weeks ago I contacted a news paper boy in our vicinity, to subscribe Decan Chronicle news paper. After a week of time, replied that this news paper had not circulation in our district.I do give my address here below.I hope that the matter would be treated as worthy.

We bought a 55 inch Samsung smart TV on the 28th. March, 2021 from Bajaj Electronics. Within a span of 3 weeks it developed vertical lines as well as bubbles on the screen. On calling Samsung customer care on the 29th. April (31 days from the date of purchase), i wad told they will not replace the TV as their policy of replacement is only if the complaint is submitted within 30 days. They took a service request no.. to change the faulty part- which was the entire screen/ panel. In any case, with multiple follow ups and calls, they finally arrived with a screen panel in a few weeks time. Upon fitting the screen panel the technician realised that the panel was faulty. At this point i requested again for the TV to be replaced as they were not able to get a functioning screen/ panel for the TV!! They have asked me to send mails requesting for the same which i did promptly early May. Since then i have made several calls, sent several mail follow ups but there has been no response. On calling customer care they simply say there is no update!!
It has been almost 3 months since i gave bought the TV but nothing has been done to replace the TV. More importantly there is no line of sight to when the faulty TV will be repaired or replaced because Samsung has gone silent.
It is extremely frustrating to be on the this side of terrible customer service from Samsung. The experience has been harrowing to say the least and even today there is absolutely no information from Samsung on their intent. Given am option i would have rather gone filled a Sony or another brand because Samsung is truly hopeless in serving their customers post sales!!

I am P.Murali Krishna of Vijayawada.My address is Sharma Residency, Flat no 401, beside Gurudwara, Vijayawada-10.since last 8 mnths i have been not receving newspaer on a daily basis.have complained regarding this issue to local Deccan chronicle agency coordinator Koteswara rao more than 100 times.he says he will look into issue and does not respond at all.i have paied for yearly subscription.tired of this i have asked for refund of my remaining money as he is not responding to complaints-he said he will not refund money and told me to do whatever you want to do.he spoke to me very badly using vulgar words.i have been a customer of Deccan chroncle since 20 yrs.and this is the way i am being treated.no wonder why Deccan chronicle has lost its previous pride-only bcoz of employing such mannerless employees

In the last ten days, only once paper was delivered adn this not new, they do this all the time. Raised complaints to local delivery agent Apparao multiple times. No resolution, he doesn't care at all. I paid for annual membership, hence I guess they are taking me for granted.

Request a resolution and regular delivery of newspaper.

The vidya volunteers suffering in Telangana has no end.The Govt has with hold the salaries dues to the VVs since January 2019.. And has not renewed the contract for 2020-21 citing corona ... how ever salaries are paid on time to other permanent teachers. We the vidya Volunteers are also completely dependant on Our meagre honararium for our survival.yet the govt has not paid us a single rupee.. atleast the teachers in private schools are getting salaries by way of online classes. The education department has treated us just like machines ..Switched on when required... 13000 Vidya Volunteers in Telangana schools are jobless since 2019... I request the govt on behalf of all VVs to kindly interfere in our matter and release our dues immediately so that we would be alive for you to switch on when required

My name is Zainab Shabbir Khambaty. I had a confirmed ticket for me and my family from Burhanpur to Secunderabad on 10 February 2021 in train no. 07019 in B2 compartment. I was travelling with my aged In-Laws
My husband and my two small children. When we checked the live tracking on the CONFIRM TKT app to see if the traiin was on time, it clearly showed that the train was delayed by almost 2 hours with the arrival time at Burhanpur station being 2:14pm. Accordingly, we reached the station at 1:15 pm only to be told the train had already left Burhanpur station at 12:35 pm.
Imagine our shock when we realised we were stranded at the station with aged parents and 2 young children.
We met the Station Master who also checked the CONFIRM TKT App on his phone and expressed shock and surprise on seeing that the arrival at Burhanpur station was being shown as 2:14 pm even though the train had already left Burhanpur station at 12:35pm.

I was not having any other means to get back to Secunderabad. Finally I had to hire a private car at exorbitant rate as there was no other train for a week to Secunderabad.
I request the Indian Railways to compensate me for mental agony caused and to refund me the full amount paid (₹6960)

Would like to complain about a doctor as iam afraid to call uplease take severe action against him doctor name is aman preet singh alagh he is a fake doctor n runs a clinic inname of cosmo clinic.he doesnot have mbbs degree.he is foolingwhole world by telling him as doctor as a he z havngso much money, he did rape to 5 girls no one is dare to admit it as he z havng so many local contacts his num [protected].plz take severe action.he tells everone he is a surgeon he is fake plz police help us.clinic name cosmo clinic.

In Rajiv Nagar Colony Gachibowli the gutter area is not being cleaned from very long time, we have given many complaints in GHMC also but still there is no action taken yet. People throw all kind of waste in this area because of which many of our children from the this colony are getting sick and also lots of mosquitoes and other insects roam around everyday which getting difficult for shops also to maintain the hygiene .

I am staying at ADDAGUTTA HOUSING SOCIETY, KUKATPALLY, HYD 500072 and subscribed DC Paper on 08/06/2020 for ONE YEAR Subscription starting from 01/07/2020 to 30/06/2021. I have got papers delivered at my door step for 4 months only(July, august, september and october months. From the First November onwards i am not getting paper. I have made many efforts and brought it to the notice of the concerned persons Mr.Pravee kumar (mobile [protected] and mr raju (mobile [protected])in my area but in vain. Mr.Ganesh is the vender in my area.
Hence, I request you to look into the matter and see that the paper be delivered immediately.
