The delivering agent demands extra payment for supply of newspaper. He did not supply paper for a month in the past two months. Even on odd days when he supplies he supplies at 10.30 pm or after that....

Today the 17th June 2023, neither the sales person nor the customer service team is able to tell me when the newspaper will be delivered or when they will start the delivery.

I have got The Hindu Subscription for 1 year. Under my subscriptions it is getting displayed that plan will be renewed after 1 year. I didn't opted for this recurring plan neither did I got any option to choose between recurring or non recurring plans. I DO NOT WANT TO GET MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTO RENEWED AFTER 1 YEAR. The Hindu epaper site is having loading issues since past couple of weeks. Whenever I try to login, the page is not opening. An error message, this site can't be reached appears every time . Even if, by luck, it opens sometimes it will go blank again. This creates a lot of frustration after paying thousand rupees for yearly subscription. Please do the needful as fast as possible.
