I am extremely disappointed with the unresponsiveness of your customer care executive team in not responding to my missed calls sent five to six times in the last four days about the non-delivery of Hindu Young World of 10/11/2023 being subscribed by Mr.Srivatsan Raghavan (my son-in-law) for my grand son.What happened to the responsiveness of The Hindu known for its quality customer service.Please respond immediately...

i am not receiving newspaper daily. kindly resolve the issue...

I have subscrbed for the news paper by paying annual subscription fee.The delivery boy delivers the news paper around 11 to 12 pm. And for someday she does not deliver the news paper at all

Have subscribed to The Hindu with an annual subscription in advance.
The newspaper subscription was taken on 8th June 2023.
The newspaper was to be delivered from 16th June 2023.

Today the 17th June 2023, neither the sales person nor the customer service team is able to tell me when the newspaper will be delivered or when they will start the delivery.

If delivering the newspaper is so difficult...

KCET exam details has been wrongly updated in 18th May 23 Hindu Newspaper edition.

As per KCET guidelines, the Maths and Biology exams will be held on May 20, the Physics and Chemistry exams will be held on May 21.

But in your edition, the dates are interchanged and it may be misleading to students.

Could you please correct it and send notes to next edition...

I recently re subscribed the monthly plan of the Hindu epaper but still after login on website it's showing no subscription. Money has been deducted from my Paytm still unable to access the epaper....

I am always having Issues with The Hindu paper Delivery eveytime time. I have raised Dozens of Complaints to The Hindu as well as Hyderabad Distributor. I think this Distributor & agents are having problem with Prepaid customers. I am not getting paper since more then 10days, when I called to The Hindu Distributor and said I am not getting paper, He said that "I will get back to you", but No Response. In present Subscription I Received Newspaper...

Im calling ur group for.so many times ...ur member not.attending phone ...that im customer from.village who is negelected by ur group...feel shamed that u give much importance to city and towm readers .and not from village ...pls do extend ur service ...im typing here also a waste for u right !!!...

This is essential to feed readers with authenticated and correct information, job that The Hindu does full heartdly. But today in 11feb, 2023 Delhi edition, page 10, news section, there seem a mistake regarding lithium data that has been written, 5.9 tonnes instead of 5.9million tonnes, that has been discovered in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir.
I am sure you look into this and correct the misprint soon....

I had subscribed to Businessline - annual subscription - on 16 sep 2022 (reference# [protected]). I have received the paper approx one per week instead of daily.

I have been calling the customer care and also emailing customer care almost on a weekly basis asking them to cancel the subscription and refund the money. They have been stating that they will resolve it in a day or two. Nothing has been done and money is not refunded....

I recently bought the newspaper subscription by paying 3096 rs. Its been more than 3 months i am not getting newspaper delivered. Can you please find out and get back to me? I have raised complaint 2 times but there is no response. If you cannot deliver atleast refund my money

I had subscribed for Hindu newspaper for one-year from July 21 to July 22..From July 22 new agent is delivering the paper and he is asking us to pay the subscried amount once again as the old agent was being absconded without paying the money.why The Hindu lost control of its agents and i am under mental agony because of this agent.I request the The Hindu customer care to take action....

Gupta Newspaper Agency Budaun Distributor - Pali (Mob - [protected]) is charging more than MRP which is ₹12 on regular days and ₹ 15 on Sunday, however, the distributor is charging ₹15.5 and ₹18.5 respectively.
They say the additional charges are for transport, but when I contacted The Hindu via email, they didn't respond....
