    Now HYderabad GHMC wants Adhar card number to link registered property (flats)
    How to apply for property passbook with OCI number only as officially
    they are not allowed to apply Adhar card
    GHMC persons who came to take detail could not help as the software is not
    having any option for OCI persons
    Let GHMC add ICI card number instead of Adhar card which is issued by Indian HIgh commision

      I purchased 110 sq. Yards land in 2013 at neknampur and constructed my home. 2 months back i was given a notice along with others in my colony that its a government land under survey 44. We have requested for resurvey. As per dharani portal survey map, my house is not falling under sy 44 however rdo is not considering our request to conduct the survey with a competent surveyor. Iam worried they will give demolition orders, where will i go with my kids, wife and 84 years old father. Rdo is trying to protect some big builders whose buildings are actually on government land. I am not a land grabber, i have purchased through my hard earned money. Even if it is really government land, why was registry done for me, why was building construction permission was given to me, why was tax assessment done.

        Sir/ madam,
        I made a request in act fibernet for new connection #[protected], on 30/08/2020, and i made the payment of rs.4130. They promise me with 48hrs, it will get connected.

        After that no body is responding my calls, so i make a new request for cancellation, and ask them to refund.
        After that i got a msg from act fibernet "" service request no: sr[protected] has been already registered.

        But until now i didn;t get my refund. So you are requested to publish the same, in your paper to help me.

          I have an internet connection and my consumer id is[protected]. Since three days we have been trying to reach act fibernet complaint centre but they have an automated response. A ticket is generated automatically. However, there has been no communication or response from their end. Nobody from their office bothers to call up and find out what the problem is. This we have been experiencing very often. I would say their service is extremely bad.

            I have purchased one year subscription of newspaper delivery to home and i am not receiving newspaper regularly and i am trying to convey this message to deccan likhitha news agency (Contact number:[protected]) tried many time on this number to talk with them but no response receiving from them.
            I don't know why this negligence showing towards consumer/customer by the deccan chronicle. Hope you understood my concern.

              I have booked two ticket with the booking ticket numbers as[protected] and[protected],

              Date of Travelling 25th May 2020
              1. From Pune to Hyderabad
              ETicket Number :[protected]
              Booking Reference : YZGMY
              Flight Number : AI9868
              Amount : 7, 730/-

              2.From Hyderbad-Pune-Hyderbad
              ETicket Number :[protected]
              Booking Reference : HSWZF
              Flight Number : AI9867 and AI9868
              Amount = 14, 359/-

              I was told that both flights have been cancelled and the amount will be refunded in 3-5 days.I have sent sent, 20 -25 mails, and on repeated conversions, i didn't got my money back.

              As i booked them directly through the air indian website.

              But till to date i have not recived the refund

                  I placed a flipkart order on 7th july. The order number is od[protected]. Now i am told, my order won't be delivered till 21st july when the earlier timeline that they provided was that they would deliver by 11th july. The same thing is happening to my other orders as well (Od[protected]. This order was meant as a gift to someone for their birthday and now their birthday has passed and still no order. I would urge people not to shop via flipkart as they keep moving the timeline without having the faintest regard for the customer and how this would inconvenience them. Not only do they have poor service but are utterly lacking in sympathy. This has happened to me for every order i have placed with them. I have no choice but to call them out.

                    I've previously applied for the entrance exam in two different streams making sure that the exam timings were different for both, that is pertaining to applied nutrition and sports nutrition.
                    Now the revised notification suggests a clash of timings as both are being conducted on the same day and same timing. As i've already payed 3 thousand rupees apiece for each exam can i expect a refund for one of the registration? Or is there going to be any further changes and updates that'll fix the issue?
                    Anticipating for an early response to ensue required actions to be taken from our end.

                      My address is house no.5-3/6/154, plot no 154, street no.5, phase 3, rns colony boduppal hyderabad
                      I am not getting my paper since 20th march'2020. Its not only me but my entire colony people are not getting papers since above mentioned date. When i have raised my concerned with the paper delivery boy he confirms that dc has stopped printing paper due to covid'19 lockdown. Many of my colony members have shifted themselves to ennadu and various telugu editions and toi due to non availability of dc. From last 10 years i always pay my annual subscription.

                      I just want a confirmation if really dc has stopped printing papers due to lockdown or there is some other issue that we are not getting papers. Will dc look into the matter or we should forget about the subscription and switch to toi.

                          Hello,

                          As there is lock down going on in india till 14 april due to covid-19, here business is going on usually daily checking's are going on now matter if they are customers are suspected or not with out any test are any check ups customers are checking in.

                          Those who are already living in the property worried about the corona virus may affect as they need to share the room with the new guys who are coming from other places.

                          If the business is running usually but there is no maintenance work is going on.

                          Worst management and worst response from the manager to if we question the same asking us to leave the property as they know that we cannot go any where in this present situation.

                            My bsnl telephone no. [protected] has not been regularly working for more than one year though i have been paying the rental bill amount. Number of complaints have been made to customer care and bsnl office. I also visited their office at sri ram nagar colony at road no. 12, banjara hills in nov 2019 and spoke to their asst manager. He promised to get it working.

                            After many follow-ups one technician came and got the phone working for few days. The phone is not working again since dec 2019. It seems futile to keep complaining to bsnl office. Hope through this column, some responsible bsnl official gets my phone working immediately.

                              So i have been regular commuter of public transport. Whenever a guy is sitting in ladies compartment ladies can ask him to give his seat but this won't work out if a girl is sitting in gents seat.
                              Today as i board the bus i saw a young girl sitting in gents seat and an elderly man was standing just beside her so i told her that the seat is ours that is gents but she didn't response
                              She was just ignoring me.
                              I asked conductor to make her stand n let elder uncle to sit but even he ignore.
                              Is this the equality? Not only feminism but also malism is needed.
                              This was just one situation we face this situation frequently
                              Lets raise our voice guys.

                                I an s jeelan basha, paid the subscription for annual pack of deccan chronicle news paper, i was supposed to get news paper starting from 10 th feb. But i didnt get the paper on 10th, later after calling local agent started delivery from 11th feb. Again the paper has not being delivered for the last two days i. E 16th and 17th. My address 9-3-57, bandlaguda jagir, rr (Dist). Pls look into the matter and address the problem at the earliest

                                  I have purchased a britannia cake on 1st feb' 2020 from dmart sanatnagar and for my surprise i found that the cake had fungus and was not in good condition, when contacted britannia the person told that he is out if station and will be back on thursday to check whats wrong and more over the manufacturing date was 04/12/2019 and expiry date was best before 3 months.

                                  So i request the authorities to bring this to the notice of britannia.

                                    I am an yearly subscriber since 2018, i am addicted to dc to read in the every day morning. The local agent will deliver on their will and wish. Hence, i shifted to yearly subscription anticipating a prompt and dialy delivery. But the problem has not been solved as for the yearly subscription the same agent is delivering.
                                    Now, since 10th no paper delivered till today, i made a lot times through whatsapp to mr. Ravinder reddy of sanathnagar, of no use as there is no responce, reply or rectification. My address is

                                      We have been having annual subscription of deccan chronicle which was last renewed in aug'2019 (To be delivered till aug'2020) delivered near bengaluru north area. For the past one week we have not been receiving any daily newspapers of dc by news agency/agent, reason cited being 'publishing of dc to be ceased in bengaluru going forward'. Is this true or fake? Upon enquiry the news agency/agent mentioned that there has been a notification/circular by dc office in one of earlier dc newspaper regarding publication from bengaluru being ceased by dec'2019 end, kindly share the link/article if true to my (Subscribers') e-mail id at the earliest as i couldn't find the same.

                                      Also, what options are available to subscribers going forward? Will there be a refund/part-refund for annual subscribers? Kindly look into this and let subscribers know at the earliest.

                                        This is murali working in private bank and residing in viziangaram. I am a yearly subscriber of your newspaper for the last couple of years. This year what happen your agent sri b. V. Ramana of m/s. Sri suneel sai news agencies, house no. 664, rajiv nagar colony, vizianagaram came and taken rs.500/- vide receipt no.33 dated 25/05/2019 to continue my yearly subscription, and after 15 days he again came and asked some more money, which i refused to give the same. Immediately from the next day onwards the paper was discontinued. I have raised this complaint belatedly because i misplaced the receipt which he has given on that day. Now i traced the bill and lodging the complaint. When having a yearly subscription, what is the necessity to pay monthly bills. I request you to look into the matter and do needful.
