I am not receiving paper since February. We have paid for 1 year subscription and I see suddenly papers are not being delivered. I called the agent, he says to call another agent, he says to call another manager. I am fed up chasing everyone.
I call up customer care, they take details and say they will call back. But again ZERO result. No call, no updates.
Is it my resposibility to talk to different people and resolve it ? Is this sense of responsibility and commitments that in inbibed in your agents ? Why at all tell customer "CARE" when there is no emotion of caring that I see ? I am really dissppointed and angry on the way this is being handled. Still no paper yet.
When will the paper start getting delivered again ?
Who will pay me for the days the paper is not been delivered ?
Who will answer this ? Whom to contact god knows .A big question mark everywhere . I am helplessly writing here. Not sure this will also go into deaf ears.
At the least, if you dont have a mentality of serving people right, why have subscribers at all ?
I have even written an email to reader service cell. If at all if there is any empathy left, I hope there will be a call back.
