[Resolved] Deccan Herald — Yearly Subscription- no paper or money back
I had taken yearly subscription from agent Manjunath on[protected] and service was supposed to start from 15-Jan-2017 but we had not received paper till date when followed up with the agent and complained by calling up[protected] they asked me to contact vendor Siddappa on number +91 [protected]. When we spoke to the vendor he demanded service charge every month when we denied to give service charge since that was never mentioned in subscription terms and conditions he argued and informed us that he will not agree to deliver paper if we are not paying service charge and asked us cancel the subscription if we want. That was quite arrogant and this we took it area executive Dinesh but we dint get a proper reply and when we again called up the agent manjunath he said he is helpless and he will refund the money, but till date refund also is not done and he is not even picking up the call.! To be frank it's the worst experience I have ever had how can one individual be so arrongant and adamant and ensure he will not provide service ? Is this the way customers are treated? Of course with such incidents I would never go with any subscription anymore neither I recommend it. How can a vendor demand service charge when he is been paid to distribute paper. Neither I got back the money I paid!! Was this information helpful?
