You have a track record of good publisher of deccan herald and with this trust i have subscribed for your offer and paid through cheque to your authorised agent who came to my doors. Its disgusting and unbelivable that you have no intention to keep your promise or offer and we feel bad for having subscribed, as no paper is suppled or any responsible person answers. I have also seen similar complaints in the net postings expressing anguish for your intolreable and unconcerned attitude. Will the top management wake up and set right the loss and your reputation which is at stake.
