Deckup India — Paid money and placed order. No communication from the company

I ordered 2 pieces of furniture on 13th Oct, 2020 for a tv unit and a chair. The amount was INR 4, 348. i paid via Gpay and the payment was successful. However, the website never redirected to payment successful. the order status on the website shows pending. I tried calling the customer care number they have provided, but it never connects. obviously, it's an incorrect contact number. i also texted them on WhatsApp to check about this, but that's automated business account so all i kept getting back were promotional messages.

I later read about the exact same complaints from many other people about this company on this complaint's forum. i realised that i was a victim of e-commerce fraud. request you to please take action against the company. their website is still accessible through google and more people will fall into their trap. i wish there was some way to warn visitors about this site.
