Deepa — Deducted ola money without using ola auto /cabs

I didt book any auto / car on Saturday afternoon but from your end they deducted Rs.45 for this you people sending CRN no :1234567 also. Again 12/10/2015 (yesterday) morg i book a Ola cab and paid by cash Rs.156 and you people deducted from my ola money Rs.150 (CRN no :[protected] and driver Name is Subbu -[protected]).Kindly check with him. Really its very useless to put money in Ola money. Im going to raise a complaint. thanks
