Defence Personnel — mrf tyre defect | |||
My honda city have all five original mrf tyres. On 21st sep while travelling from delhi to jalandhar, rear right side tyre ply came off completely short of ambala near kurukshetra. Since the speed of vehicle on the express way was around 90 km/hr, vehicle was brought to halt with in 10 meters bringing it to left side. This averted a major accident. This defect of ply coming off completely is not a normal defect needs to be investigated. Honda city service centre also was surprised to this defect. Sending you the photographs of the damaged tyre. Vehicle has done only 32000 kms. Kindly provide free replacement of tyre and improve your quality of product as any accident may be fatal. Was this information helpful? | |||
