Defence Personnel — Subsidy on LPG

Dear Sir,
I am Ram Baran Singh, a cunsumer of Indane. I have a LPG connection bearing consumer No. [protected] through Rana Gas Agency, AF Station Mohanbari.
Sir. I had submitted Form 4 along with cancelled cheque on 01 Feb 2015 to Rana Gas Agency, AF Mohanbari, Assam to avail Subsidy but the subsidy has not been credited to my account till date.
In view of above it is requested to take necessary action to allow subsidy since 01 Feb 2015 to till date and credit the same in my bank account.
