[Resolved]  Deja - Vu Trends — Non Refund of Money

I have ordered Micromax A63 Fun mobile phone against order[protected] and paid Rs.5424 through my Citibank Credit Card. Dejavu trends did not supply the item despite so many reminders till 28.02.2014. I had cancelled my order on 28th Feb and wanted them to refund my money. They said it would take 2 weeks for processing the refund. Now it is 26th May and till now it is not paid. I had sent lots of reminders and no response. Kindly let me know how to proceed further legally and get back my money. Kind regards. S.Deivakumar
