Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — conversion of property from leasehold to freehold not done by dda even after payment of full conversion charges

Delhi development authority has not converted my leasehold flat to freehold even after paying full conversion money.90 days have passed. They should have completed the process within 45 days. My application details are (1) request id[protected] applicatio form no.[protected] challan no.[protected] dtd.16/09/2019. I am old person of 74 years and cancer survivor and cannot visit dda again and again and cannot pay illegal demands. Kindly ask dda to resolve issue immediately as the same has been delayed inordinately. Thanking you.
