I want to raise a complaint regarding irrational Water Bill raised for a value of INR 3098/-. I have below concerns regarding this bill:
1. The bill amount is not justified as I shifted in my flat in Oct-21 only. How such big amount has been billed without any consumption? There are no meter readings provided on the bill. I have paid bill as advised in your bill e-copy. I request you to please refund this amount or adjust the same in my upcoming bills.
2. Why this bill was raised on 12th Jan 22 (5 months delayed)?
3. What is the status of bills after the period of Aug-21?
