Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — parking and park encroachment

Flat no. 40A, Pocket A-9, Gomti Apartments, Kalkaji Extension, New Delhi-110019 has encroached parking space and park has been made personal by putting a big gate..please look into this matter..Also please guide me where else should I complain? Thanks in advance
They are also trying to encroach parking space as they also own Flat no. 39A
They bribe all officials and do not let them take any action..Please keep my name confidential..thanks again
