Respected authority, This is to bring to your notice regarding the poor condition of road at my residence and this rainy season make it dangerous for us. Our vehicle got stuck up in the holes and also water accumulated on the road that creates mosquito related diseases. All the other roads has been repaired, only my street road in not repaired for last 20 years. I am requesting on behalf of all the neighborhood resident to take a severe and quick action in this matter. Undersigned my address.
