Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Refund amount stuck on dda online booking.

Hello,
Last year we made a booking with request id:
922162
With amount of 48780
Booking date:
5/4/20
With respect to the COVID guidelines the program could not be commenced.
The amount of security deposit 24000 was refunded but the rest is still pending.
We visited the dda office in person multiple times but nothing is working out.
Please help and resolve the issue to get us the refund of the pending amount.
