Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — refund not received for flat surrender under dda housing scheme 2019

It's been a month that i have surrendered my flat in narela which came in the lottery of dda housing scheme 2019 (6th aug 2019, to be precise).
There is no information given on the website regarding the timeline of the refund. Also, whenever we call dda, they give a new deadline. They are eating away our interest on the money

Is dda running without a policy or framework? They should have timeline fixed for all the activities and same should be communicated to customers like us.

I had applied for DDA housing Scheme 2019 and paid a registration amount of Rs 2lakh. I was not allotted any flat in the luck draw.

Accordingly my registration fee must be refunded automatically but till date no refund has been credited in my account.
