Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Water Bill (Late Fee)

Namaskar Madam/Sir, My consumer ID is DDANZ0005095.I Received last two bills with late Fees while the bill was uploaded (online) late by yourside then how will be consumer/ subscriber is responsible for payment of Late fee.Kinldly resolve the problem as soon as possible. Thanks & Regards.
