Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Water Charges Paid last month but still added in next month bill

Bill no-1027464 for water charges were paid on 11th March 2023 received through UPI to DDA at 7:00 PM marked as dda.[protected]@hdfcbank but still these charges along with late payment charges added in this month water charges bill.

Request you to adjust this amount in future water bills along with late payment charges added against mine no.
