Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — water seepage from upper floor

I am residing in flat no 210, poket gh 1, sector 28, rohini. Water sepage problem exits for 8 years. Land lord and tenant both are not paying attention on continuous complaint. We are facing lots of problem due to water sepage. Whenever we complaint about the sepage they are just not interested to solve my problem. Please help us to solve our problem immediately.
