Delhi Foreign Post Office — Parcel not delivered and Stolen International By Delhi foreign Post office

We had sent out 2 parcels on 27th April, 2022 via india post head office Ambala to be delivered im UK. However only 1 parcel was received by my sister and the other parcel is missing till date. We have been chasing everybody possible but we have been told different stories each time. And now finally after 1.5 months we are told that its missing from Delhi Foreign Post office. It was a 20-20 inches big box that contained clothes and toys for my family and how can such a big box possibly be misplaced. It has been stolen by somebody at the delhi foreign post and until today we were being lied to that UK parcel company has received or it is stuck in Ethopia. We want our parcel back, if India post cannot safe guard its customers then we will escalate it to the highlest level we can. But we want our parcel back intact.
