Delhi Foreign Post Office Complaints & Reviews

I have sent a parcel weigh 15.01 kg on March 2, 2023 from faridkot (Punjab) to Surrey (Canada) and I paid 9300 something for my order, the tracking number was CP[protected]IN . It's been detained my your office since March 10 and it's more than 45 days now . I have been chasing for my parcel since then, i visited numerous time to local post office but nothing comes out, tried calling your office and mostly it never been answered and if sometimes once in in a while been answered by your employees they gave new and different information every time . I ultimately was advised by your receptionist don't know who was it that it weighs more than regular parcel so I have to ask for return so I did that fill up form from local office and sent it by them for return and so reply so far . I filed an online complaint and just got a reply which says contact so and so office and that little info is already on the website . I emailed to foreign post office I mean your office to look for my parcel but again just simple reply no update for my parcel itself . I visited Delhi ultimately took days off from work as I'm a working guy spent money and reached your office after long wait time got into touch with one of your employee and heard some stories about my parcel and they ask me to go home catch train which seems funny for you guys but not for me . It's been 2 weeks now since I visited Delhi but no updates yet, then I sent my friend yesterday there and he got to know some more stories and these were different from the one I have heard . Same one of you start pretending looking for parcel in front of me and my friend in both visits and after an hour and half some one came out and said we will look for it by evening and so far I know if you guys have lost it tell me clearly and pls don't make excuses don't waste our time as you guys have already hurt my sister's sentiments who is waiting desperately for her parcel which includes some old memories and as well as my sentiments because I have been telling her the same stories from you which is not cool at all and it's not legal to hurt someone emotion and sentiments and give wrong fake information .or hiding information giving false assurance again and again, it was just clothes and containers in that parcel no electronic no meds no liquid nothing but guys what are you going from last 45 + days with my parcel, come on guys let me know where is my parcel

I bought stuff for my sister and these indian ### took my sisters bag and clothes and on the top i paid 30, 000 for custom of my own stuff

We had sent out 2 parcels on 27th April, 2022 via india post head office Ambala to be delivered im UK. However only 1 parcel was received by my sister and the other parcel is missing till date. We have been chasing everybody possible but we have been told different stories each time. And now finally after 1.5 months we are told that its missing from Delhi Foreign Post office. It was a 20-20 inches big box that contained clothes and toys for my family and how can such a big box possibly be misplaced. It has been stolen by somebody at the delhi foreign post and until today we were being lied to that UK parcel company has received or it is stuck in Ethopia. We want our parcel back, if India post cannot safe guard its customers then we will escalate it to the highlest level we can. But we want our parcel back intact. My parcel was dispatched on 7th Aug'21 from USA with Tracking No CH[protected]US through USPS. I have been trying to track the same from the same day onwards but it is still not delivered. Now it is showing at DELHI FOREIGN POST OFFICE from 18th Aug'21 after that no status is updated. Request you to kindly deliver the same as soon as possible as 14 days have already passed....

I sent package on january 3 and it was cleared by customs on january 17. Today is january 30 the reciever didnt get it yet. Package has a watch in it and my relative is worried to see his parcel. How long do you guys take to process the item.

My parcel has reached delhi customs on 10/01/2018 but it has been retained by you due to unspecified reason... And has not moved further since then till now 16/01/2018... Please look into this matter... Earlier i never faced this situation
