We both undersigned have registered for an HIG housing unit with you in our names as of Ms. Deepa Walia and Mr. Balwant Singh Walia, bearing membership number DGH03048 on 26th of June 2018 and we have made payment of Rs.21, 50, 400.00 (Rupees Twenty One Lakh Fifty Thousand Four Hundred) in various installments. The receipts for the same are available on your website portal.
Initially and subsequently...

I paid 14 lakh 28 thousand rupees to Delhi height with the dream that they will provide me my dream home... But there is no sign of home/flat from their side...and not even they are refund my money.. [protected] is my mobile number and please add me on whatsapp group where I can share my pain to other DH members...please give me my money back

I have invested 7.5L against 2 BHK in 2017 against Delhi Housing Society from Company Delhi Height. But still no progress even land is not identified till date.
Company assure to get this in 2021 but nothing is happened till date and they are refunding my money.

I would like to complaint about Delhi Heights Multi State CGHS Ltd Reg. No. MSCS/CR/1095/2014.
I shared my request to surrender my flat/share & they are mentioning about find a replacement or when some replacement come than your money would be refunded.
I've already waited almost 2 years due to my initial mistake when these guys posed as DDA in their advertisement & did a lucky draw in Sep 2019 saying it is managed by DDA & they were so clever in asking/doing everything in hurry. I got scammed.
I'm not sure if they'll be able to scam anymore people getting into this.
This is my humble request please return my money asap. I would expect the ETA for the refund & other details regarding this refund process in your response with no excuses or saying "Please wait DDA will give a call for the consortium in a few weeks/months". I'm not in a situation to wait for you guys to scam anyone else as DDA has already put disclaimer about scammers like you.

I have invested some amount in 2016. it's been very disappointing to not having any update about the project. I want my money to be refunded at the earliest even I have asked for some replacement nothing is confirming by the company and representative.

I have invested in 2016 in Delhi height milti state CGHS society and it told to me that there will be possation in 2021 but still nothing is there.
Request you to please refund my money as I can't continue it now.

I am a retired employee of Telangana State Government. After seeing an advertisement in local papers under captioned Delhi housing society for affordable housing at Delhi there it was mentioned that Delhi Development Authority has prepared a PPP model for the development of residential area in Delhi under MPD 2021 approved by ministry o[censored]rban Development and under this scheme Delhi Heights Multi State CGHS is going to construct affordable housing. All government employees, retired employees and others can register this project. The draw of which was on 25/06/2018. Relying upon that advertisement that this project is a PPP model and Delhi Development Authority is partner of the Project.
I registered my name by paying Rs 25000 for MIG -2BHK Flat. I feel lucky when I saw my name in the successful candidate on the date of draw i.e 25/06/2018. There after I was informed in my mail dt 26/06/2018 that my membership no is DGH03043 and an amount of Rs 362475 to be paid within 7 days of the draw for the 1 st instalment towards share of land cost. I paid the amount of Rs 362475 on 03/07/2018 by RTGS against land cost. There after I was informed in my mail dt 24/07/2018, that Rs 375, 375 to be paid as 2 nd instalment towards balance amount against share of land cost within 30 days. I paid that amount of Rs 375375 on 03/08/2018 by RTGS.
There after I have received a demand notice dt 29/05/2019 stating that I have to pay remaining share of land cost of Rs 750750 by 30/06/2019 and failure of which an interest of 18% will be levied.
On 20/06/2019 I have raised some queries and status of the project. They have replied me 25/06/2019 and stating that the project was named as Delhi Housing Society and my member ship no is DGH03043, its exact location shall be radius of 5km of their current land of Delhi Heights Multi State CGHS Ltd and the approval is in process of submission and will take 5-6 months for DDA approval.
I came to know that they failed to get approval in stipulated time and still now they have not been successful in getting approval from DDA.
Hence on 11/08/2020 I send a mail request by surrender of our membership No DGH03043 and requested to return our paid amount of Rs 750750 to meet our medical emergency. Even tough 5 months gone after surrender of our membership request and reminded several times over phone, they didn’t responding to refund our paid amount of Rs 750750.
So I solicit your kind help for recovery of our paid amount of Rs 750750 ( Rupees Seven Lakh’s Fifty Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty).

I have reached out to the phone#[protected] and mailed on info1 email id already. I have lost my job due to covid and am unable to carry on waiting for the house at the moment.
Have spoken to the number given above - haven't heard about any procedure etc about the surrender. The person told me you will have to come to the office but when, i haven't been told. Now the phone is just ringing without anyone picking it up. Need a closure on this as i can't continue with the cghs as there is no job.

I am nishant setia. I applied for 4bhk flat and my name was in lucky draw. I have paid 1086600 (Ten laks eighty six thousand and six hundred since june 2018). Initially they said within 6 months you will find the progress but still now they have not been successful in land pooling policy. I just want to withdraw and get my money back. Please help

My registration no is dhs 02467- in the name of mrs rashmi sudha & anil kumar sharma. The society has now delayed its project.
I have spoken with mr sachin mob no ([protected]) and mr harsh (Ph no.[protected]) who had also put mr karan on line but after that nothing has happened. All this has happened a week ago.
I am 62 plus and am not interested in the project now as it has got delayed.
I have got another house. I have requested the society to refund my money amounting to rs. 422100/-. I have made 41 calls to their office-and i have the details-but no one has responded.
From mr sachin's attitude, i suspect that this society is another one that will run away with the money of investors.
There is some illegal activity taking place at this society.
I am also sending a legal notice to dda and this society.
My mails dt.1.11.2019 and 6.11.2019 have not been responded to.

I applied for delhigrouphousingyojana and i made an credit card transaction of rs. 25000 on 20 september 2019 to get enrolled for lucky draw registration fee of a 2 bhk mig flat.

After the payment the next day they sent me an application form and instructed to send the filled form by courier. I also received a call from the sales team (Sujeet) to do the same at the earliest.

After few communications on phone and emails on the relevant housing scheme, i realized that there is something fishy about it. I told him that i am not in a position to fill and send the filled application form before september 25th (Lucky draw date).

On september 25, 2019 i have checked their website and my name was in the lucky draw list of people announced on the website. How they considered my name for lucky draw. Because i was not send the filled application form.
After lucky draw i have send many query regarding allotment, location of site, number of floor and allotted flat number, but they did not give me satisfactory reply.

After few days, mr. Nitin called me and told me for next payment, but when asked for allotment letter, he also did not give me satisfactory reply.
After that, i have sent 5-6 email and requested them to cancel my booking and refund my registration amount (Rs. 25000).

After that they replied me for cancellation of my registration number to
Submit following documents via courier.

1. Bank statement
2. Refund letter
3. Welcome kit/declaration letter
And after that i have send all fill documents (Hard copy) via courier for my refund process.
And also e-mail soft copy following documents.

My suggestion are to update information and communication crisp & clear via mail / courier & on portal.

Myself rajendra singh from jaipur rajasthan and my membership no. Is dgh030856, i had participated in the draw which was a smooth experience after being successful in the draw i paid rs 945550 (Nine lakh fourty five thousand five hundred fifty for 2bhk flat around 40 days ago, after completion of the payment part i was was given my payment receipt but they told that the share certificate would take a little time and it took a complete 35 days for them to issue me my share letter.

This is a experience which was not positive on there part apart from this i am happy with the location, connectivity, overall cost and basic enmities which are being offered.
I suggest the management of delhi heights to expadite there process of issuing share certificate as this hampers there overall smooth working experience.

This is pradeep kumar sharma from kolkata. I have applied for a 2bhk flat in the name of my wife kusum sharma. Memebership no. Is dhs03194. I initially paid rs.25, 000/- and later on rs.3, 62, 475/- and rs.3, 75, 375/- on 28.08.2018 and 01.09.2018 respecetively. Due to sudden illness of my wife, i informed them to cancel and refund my advance money. Since then they are not responding my call or - mails. The society is just on paper and a cheat. I request people in delhi to form a group and file a case in police station so that they can be caught before they fritter away all money.

I am deepika bhatia. I applied for 4bhk flat and my name was in lucky draw. I have paid 1416650 rs (Fourteen lac rupees in october 2018). Initially they said within 6 months you will find the progress but still now they have not been successful in land pooling policy. I want to withdraw but they are not giving any clue. I am from Sonipat and seeing their advertisement I also applied on 04.04.2019 for LIG Flat. I initially paid Rs.15, 000/- and paid two installments of Rs.215800/- and rs.225500/- on 10.04.2019 and 16.04.2019 respectively. After paying the amount I have tried to contact them about the status of the project but no one responds.

The guy named Shiva told me that as you're not sending the form, you'll not be considered for lucky drawand my money will be refunded within 15 days. After waiting for few days, I am trying to reach them to check the status of my refund and they are not answering my calls. They are not in a mood to refund the amount.
