Please provide the details of resolution as despite complaining of wrong arbitrary billing showing as Meter Locked and informing you of wrong meter reading, AND apprehending that you may not raise arbitrary bill for next cycle showing as meter locked, you have raised a bill of Rs. 502 for no consumption of water and the Meter was accessible and incidentally Gutter Cleaning staff also visited the same site on that day. The status of my current complaint on DJB Web Site as well as through consumer complaints may please informed.
