We are struggling for last one month due to supply of dirty water with smell. Have lodged several complaints at phone number 1916 but all in vain.

Due to this problem we are facing severe stomach related diseases. Please help in resolving this issue immediately.

I am a resident of pooth khurd. I have been facing the problem of 'no water' since past 6 days. People and houses around us have submersible connections and have ample amount of water to waste. I don't have it and hence facing the problem. I had been to the delhi jal board in our area but they dismissed the issue saying we don't know anything. This is not at all expected from the authorities. No one is listening to the complaint. If it were their issue, it would have been their topmost priority. Why not the layman then?! Why not the common people? Please resolve the issue asap. I'll be grateful to you.

I'm a resident of m-73a, malviya nagar.

There is old tubewell of delhi jal board back side of my house. From last few days, i am observing litres of water overflows every day in the early morning hours.

As i know this tubewell is no more working, as we are getting water of sonia vihar supply, but this tubewell main disposal is connected with our main water supply line, hence when we have supply water, due to the heavy pressure of water it goes back from tubewell pipe & overflows.

Due to this huge amount of water is getting wasted everyday morning.
Please look into this matter at the earliest.

T's been more than 20 days we are facing such a problem in drinking water. The water suplly from delhi jal board is smelly as if it's gutter water.
People are having problems in their stomach now, because of dirty water. It has such a smell that people are not even willing to clean their teeth from it.
People have started taking the bisleri cans from the other water can suppliers.
If this problem will continue like this then none o[censored]s will now pay the water bills & will do strick against djb very soon.
Hell lot of complaints has been done from our side, but there is no improvement.
We will also write this compalint in the newspaper, even if their's any leakage in the drinking water pipe, then why cant it be repaired till date. It has been more than 20 days now.

Though, i have register complaint so many times but still no action has neen taken so far.

In our locality, near shyam cable, gurdwara mohalla, maujpur, delhi, 110053. A person named haji samsuddin, had a submersible and wasting a large amount of water daily. He had a thick pipe with which he used to clean the street with constant water flowing. I don't think he had any right on underground water.in our locality where there is shortage of water supply. He is the one who wasted so much water just to clean the street where there...

Dear sir, i have connection of djb, but i am not using this, i am using only submersible, then why i shall pay your bill, but you are sending bill every month. So please send your engineer for check my meter.
So therefore i request you that please check my bill and send me nil bill.

In my locality, near shyam cable, gurdwara mohalla, maujpur, delhi, 110053. A person named haji samsuddin wasted a large amount of water within two or three days. He had submersible and with a thick pipe, clean the street, without any need. Everyday mcd employees clean the street so without any need he waste the water a really huge quantity of water.in our locality there is shortage of water. People are starving for water. Please respond as soon as possible, it is not possible for us to see him like this. Please please respond as soon as possible.

I have purchased the house no.17/2, 1st floor ashok nagar, new delhi -110018 bering k no. [protected] on 26.04.2018. We done the grah parvesh on 25.05.2018. From the last 3 months nobody was residing in the house. Our previous owner has paid the last bill on 11.04.2018 and there was no dues with jal board. Today i have seen the bill of rs. 1611.00 for above cited k. No. I was surprised to note that. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

There is no water supply in the most of the houses of anand nagar, near inderlok delhi -35 for the last few days and the problem is continuing from the january 2018. It has been come to my notice that some people nearby main road has cut the line to restore their water supply, in this manner not only they have done illegal act but also made the most of the houses in anand nagar short supply of water and dry.

Dear sir,
There is excess billing of rs.8474/- by delhi jal board at my home connection. I would like to further tell you that my family was not in india during the last one year and my house was locked, as already informed in my earlier complaint dt.14/03/2018.
On my complaint i have been informed by your department that my meter was not working and they replaced the same on 20/03/2018. After that number of problems like reverse installation of meter, leakage from the both sides of the meter was noticed. The same was intimated by me to your complaint center and your staff comes and rectified the defects in phase manner.
Though app. Three months had passed i have not received the reply to my complaint. To my utter surprise i got the message on my phone that amount of rs. 8713.00 is due to me and i have to make the payment by 14th june 2014 to avoid penalties.
On receiving the message i talked to your complaint center and asked about the message they informed that my complaint dt.14/03/2018 is still pending but it is the new bill generated by delhi jal board and i have to wait till 14th june, 2018.
Sir, it is more than two and a half months passed and you people can’t decide on my complaint and raised the bill again with penalties and informing me that if i do not pay the bill i have to pay more.
It is my humble request to see my case as i have not consumed the water for the whole year and i have been penalized for making a huge some. One thing i would like to inform you that my neighbors who lives here for the whole year are been billed for zero payment and are not paying any amount to jal board.
Hoping to hear a favorable reply from your side urgently.

I would like to inform you that there is no water supply at my resident c-196, 2nd floor, dayanand colony, lajpat nagar - iv. I used to run my motor every day in the morning from 4 to 6 am but no water supply. Kindly resolve this issue asap. Most of the residents around my colony are getting effected due to this issue. The residents from c block of dayanand colony are facing this issue. Please resolve asap.

This is to inform you that we are facing very huge problem of no water supply from last 45-50 days at my residence -53/13, ramjas road, karol bagh, new delhi - 110005. You are requested to please look into the matter as it is very difficult to arrange anything in this summer season. Or if possible please supply tanker or alternate supply urgently.

Dear sir i would like to inform you that in jawahar park khanpur there is no water supply is coming from 18 day. We are not even able to wash our cloth and bath as well. Tanker facility is also not coming. Right now temperature is high than 45. C and there is no water in house to utilize. How can we survive with the situation. Hello sir, we are the residents of h block house no -46, green park extension, new delhi.
Earlier the water used to come at 4 am in the morning now there is no timings and also water supply is also not there.
Kindly inform us that are the timings are according to the officers in charge or is there any fixed timings.
Secondly, the water does not come at all or if it comes then only for 15 minutes which people does not,...

Sir we last payed our water bill in august 2017. From then onwards every month the bill amounted to rs. 0 and now suddenly a bill worth rs.1253 is charged against us on 20th may 2018. How is it possible that for 9 months the board overlooked our water consumption and now is abruptly charging us. Kindly look into the matter and inform me asap how and on what basis this bill has been made.

This is for your action and information that it has been noticed from past months that residents of b-164, street no-19, chattarpur enclave phase-2, are misusing djb water like any thing, they are unnecessary pouring and flowing water on roads, approximate of[protected] ltrs per day, due to this activity, senior citizens cannot walk on roads and, its a massive water wastage by them. I have already complaint on this matter, but no action has been taken place yet.
Please help me to save thousand ltrs of water wasting.
On above of that, residents are using illegal & unsanctioned 3 water connections and misusing the same.

Ther is no water supply in gali touching the flats stated in subject above ie 1466/13, 1466/13a b cetc in govind puri kalkaji new delhi 11019 for the same i have contacted mla sh avtar singh ji, executive engineer requested cm delhithro, mail. But since 24/5/18 no water supply is given at the same time i have come to know that my complaint has been closed with the remark water supply is normal
Sir i am awell known person beind president of new light residence welfare association. I can not wite wrongly let your officer shlould come to me and prove the statement they have mentioned from this i smeell some body intentionaly making us to suffer pl make him to play truthfully otherwise if we call the media he has to reply to them and as well to publichence at last i once again request you to do the needful sothat situation remauns undercontrol.
