    We are residents from pd block pitam pura. We r facing problems to blocked sewer and no one listening the problem. It is inform that so many children'sare playing near sewer and so many old persons and ladies are walks. It is also submitted that the area is very dirty. G therefore u r requested to kind do the needful.

      no water supply in govindpuri extension gali no 2

      Water supply only for 10 mins in morning 4:20 no pressure of water all overhead tanks are dry from last 2 weeks. Solutions given by djb officers hire pvt plumber dig out and make illegal connection!!! And then also no gurantee of water supply and no responsibility by djb. Please legally solve problem as soon as possible. H. No. 1681/2 govindpuri extension kalkaji....

      For the last 10 days there has been very low water supply in morning &. No water supply in evening at all. Supply pressure is so low that it only reaches only upto 1st floor, leaving 2nd &. 3rd floors residents high& dry. Overhead water tanks are virtually dry for the last 10 days. Area corporator who is now also the mayor is virtually negligent towards the precarious plights of block a, pocket 4, sector 18, rohini. We really curse ourselves that why we voted for such an incompetent person. She has never cared to even listen to the woes of residents who are facing acute scarcity of water. I request hon'ble lg to kindly arrange regular water supply in the area before the situation goes worse because of such a pathetic state of affairs. Also overflowing sewers in the bolck a, pocket 4 hasnot been attended to despite many complaints. It's really disappointing that no one has taken care to even look in to ongoing multiple problems of residents!

      No action taken till now. Situation is getting bad to worse. Action should be taken against all those who are responsible for such a dirtiest plight of Pocket-4, Block-4, SECTOR-18, ROHINI, DELHI 89.

      I am the residence of East Laxmi market, gali no. 1, we are facing the problem since last one week that non supply of water. Without water how could we survive???

        Myself illaichi devi, resident of wz-132, 1st floor, a-block, arya samaj road, uttam nagar, new delhi - 110059. Jal board k no. Is [protected]. Our water meter has lost while the delhi jal board people were repairing the water line. I am a senior citizen and cannot go to a police station to lodge an fir. Kindly lodge my complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter.

        Myself Parveen Verma, resident of C-114, Ground Floor, C-Block, Gurudwara Road, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi - 110059. Jal Board Our water meter has lost while we are not here due to job transfer we shifted some other state for some years. I am working with a private company and cannot go to a Police Station to lodge FIR. please registered my complain so that i install new meter at my water connection.
        Bill is too much, without using much water.

        I don't even stat at mt place for more than 5 days a month still my bill is coming as 7000 fir 6 months there are bo arrears as well.

        Please resolve my issue i have already visited the nearest jal board office they do not appear to be helpful in anyway

          kno number not available for my | help

          I am trying to get my new KNO number from the DJB site using my old 2012
          water connection number... but i am unable to find it. After filling the necessary details from the old bill it prompts "KNO does not exist for the
          provided details or consumer details might have been transferred to different zone. I have visited many times nearby DJB office but they didn't provide any details.

          We are facing this problem from around a 2 month, our nearest all sewers is blocked due to which water level has been rising in our commode. Now the situation is so bad sewer in front of my house is sewer blocked and overflowing. There is a very foul and bad smell all around, hence mosquitoes developed in the area, and gutters of surrounding house have been chocked and completely blocked. We are already launched complaint but nobody attend the compliant in your side, so please we are again request to your department please this is very serious problem so please resolve the our problems. Please arrange the machine so that the gutter / sewerage totally clean. Thanking you,

            Respected sir/madam

            I am one of the resident of gagan vihar which comes under the jagat puri. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
            We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

            We, resident of Bal Udhyan Road, Uttam Nagar (Nr GopalJee Dairy), are facing lot of issue due to non supply of water from past 2 days. There is no water supply in whole locality. Can someone please look into this issue.

            Request you to check, as 26000 is very much for 20 months, further my landlord is asking me to pay all this amount.

              We are residing at kh. No.782, mandir wali gali, near parmanand nursing hostel, opp. Canara bank, kamal vihar, burari, delhi-1100084. Dirty and smelling water has been supplying in our area more than 15 days. I have registered my complain no.[protected] dated 30/3/18 vide my k. No.[protected] in name of sunischay kumar.
              Also i have reminded two times on customer help line.
              I again lodged my complain that from last two days (17/4/18 and 18/4/18) again the supply of water is dirty and smelly. Whereas, i received a message on 19/4/18 at 5 am. That complain has been resolved (Remark - attended).
              But, still quality of water is poor.
              Hence. I request you to kindly take prompt action and let us know the reason of this type dirty water.

                I have applied for a new water connection on 29th dec 2017 at kakrola mod office of djb. But even after 4 months the status is showing that the file is pending for 'field inspection'. Can you please help in resolving the matter as i have tried to follow up multiple times in the office but not getting satisfactory response.

                SUBJECT: Installation of the new connection (NEW KNO: [protected])
                I have applied for a new water connection on 19th May 2018 at Mohan Garden office of Delhi Jal Board, it was sanction new water connection and I have paid - 9252 INR Amount for New Connection Bill on 09th June 2018. (attached herewith)
                But till now, my new connection has not been installed with DJB main line to my house and I haven't got meter also,
                I have saver time verbal complained via phone on Delhi Jal Board help desk –[protected], they issue me complain number: 074997.
                Till date action has not to be taken care of by DJB team.
                Subsequently several requests to “Delhi Jal Board help desk” team members, then they have provided me one number: Mr. Ankit his mobile number (+ [protected]), I have tried to follow up him almost 100 times by call this person is not giving the satisfactory response and not attending call several times.
                Therefore, till date, my new connection has not been installed at my house.
                Request you to DJB higher management please help to assign some person for fixing of the new connection.
                This is for your support/cooperation exhibited to the above request and do the needful, please.

                i didn't get any response on the above complain...
                SUBJECT: Installation of the new connection

                I have applied for a new water connection on 30th July 2021 at Mundka Division office of Delhi Jal Board, it was sanction new water connection and I have paid -4973 INR Amount for New Connection Bill on 13 aug 2021.
                But till now, my new connection has not been installed with DJB main line to my house and I haven't got meter also,
                I have saver time verbal complained via phone on Delhi Jal Board help desk –[protected], they issue me complain number: 249625
                Till date action has not to be taken care of by DJB team.
                Therefore, till date, my new connection has not been installed at my house.
                Request you to DJB higher management please help to assign some person for fixing of the new connection.

                  Last few months it is observed that water supplying by djb in the above area is having very bad smell. Suspect that sewer water is fed through the pipe line. Very little days residents get good quality water. It is a matter of shame that after 70 years of independence govt cannot supply clean / good quality water to the residents/citizens. Request concern authority to look into the problem being regularly faced by the residents and ensure that only good quality water is supplied.

                  I would like to inform that K No. [protected], i got bill excess but water does not come in my area daily, i want to bring your kind notice that water comes in my area afer 3 or 4 days interval. My meter reading is ok . Present reading is showing 180.
                  Water not coming in Bangali colony since last night don't know what's happening here .
                  Last few months it is observed that water supply is very bad by djb in the RZC -133, street no-10, Mahavir Enclave . It is a matter of shame that after 70 years of independence govt cannot supply quality water to the residents/citizens. Request concern authority to look into the problem being regularly faced by the residents and ensure that only good quality water is supplied.

                    Since past 1 month, we are getting very dirty and smelly contaminated water in d-2 block, jeewan park (D-2/80 to d-2/ 02). Many people have fallen sick also. We are not able to use the water even for bathing as it's very smelly. The water is so dirty its almost black in colour. We are facing a lot of problem because of this. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                      I am a resident of g-4/116, 2nd floor, sector-16, rohini, delhi-110085, new delhi for last few days we are not getting water on regular basis. We have watch out for water for whole day whether it is night or morning or evening. It is not feasible for anybody to go and check the water for all the time. Beside this there is no fixed time when we will get the water.
                      So, it is humble request to you, if it not possible for you to provide water for 24 hours then at least three / four hours of continuous supply of water so that we can fulfill our basic needs.

                      Treat the mail as most urgent, as we are in very desperate condition and looking for every drop of water to fall from the tap.

                        I own the Property No. 27B & 28B, Kh. No.563, Sultanpur Colony, Sultanpur Village, New Delhi. For this property I applied for a water connection in 2016 as per yellowish green receipt with Consumer No. 13403, Diary No. 403 dated 10.03.2016. But I have still not got water connection, though as per rules a water connection is reqd. to be given in 45 days.

                        Now since the Sonia Vihar Water Supply line has come to the lane on which my property is situated, almost all houses on this lane have got water connections from the Sonia Vihar line. To the best of my knowledge some of these houses have multiple connections which needs to be checked.

                        Now I request water connection may please be given to me immediately.

                          I lodged a two complaint in 1916. My complain no. [protected] and [protected] dated on 24/03/2018 due to "i have received a bill but without meter reading.
                          I am surprise without my or my family concern department has been closed the case and send two sms as below mentioned:
                          1)" your concern with reference id [protected] for the kno. [protected] has been closed dated "02/04/2018
                          2)" your concern with reference id [protected] for the kno. [protected] has been closed dated " 02/04/2018.
                          How it is possible i don't know. Who is responsible?
                          Again i request you kindly arrange and send us as per meter reading bill or your suggestion by letter.

                            Plz note i live in b -20 katwaria sarai lig dda flats phase - 1 new delhi -110016, this is to inform you that our sewer line is getting blocked frequently & sewer is damaged too, i had talk with junior engineer, he informed me we r lacking in funds, kindly look into the matter & get the line changed as it is 40 years old sewer. Very frequent blockade of sewer results in mixing with drinking water & is a health hazard. Plz oblidge before break out of serious illness in the area. Regards

                              I lodged a complaint on 1916 a few days back ref no [protected] regarding dirty and smelly water but no action of any kind taken by authorities. the quality of drinking water is just like sewer water directly coming to our taps .

                                  There is no water supply in govind puri street no 4. Only 15 minute water supply is available in morning 4:15. After that there is no water supply from djb. Residents are facing difficulty without water. This is happening every year in summer. I don't understand what the delhi government is doing in this matter. Everytime if we call to customer care they asked to visit nearby djb office or talk to je or someone. Finally there is no solution from last 4 year and people are fedup here. Pls provide some solution for the same.

                                    I am resident of d-5, main market shakarpur, east |delhi-110092, and dirty water is being supplied in "shakarpur" - east delhi. Water is so dirty that you would not like to take bath. It has foul smell. People are forced to buy ro water purifiers which is not required for delhi. Maintenace cost of such purifiers is also too much which people have to bear when "dirty water" is supplied by "delhi jal board (Djb)" in "shakarpur" (East delhi).

                                    I request djb to inspect and supply good quality hygienic water for residents of shakarpur (East delhi).
