Sir a unauthorized water plant is working beside my house. He doesn't have permit for selling water. Nd this plant is working in domstic area. My whole. Colony is filled with waste water. As he doesn't have proper way to use waste water. U used to add pipe of waste water in emply plots of colony so the are also full with water. We are facing mosquito problem too

    The delhi jal board is sending inflated bill without checking the meter of KNO. [protected]. The house number is RZ-I-24 and flat no. is 302 on the top floor in mahavir enclave 3 and in the name of ms. Sonika chaudhuri. I want DJB to send their man who should contact the tenant living in the flat and give correct bill if any.

      I would like to inform you that we are suffering from bad smell and disease due to sewer blockage and overflow problem from last 2 years at p block street 8 house no. 144 mangol puri outer delhi 110083.
      We go to mcd office 3 to 4 times in a week than they come and just get it cleaned by stick etc and after some hours again issue persist same.
      They do not want to take any action also they passing us here to there but no body want to resolve
      Dirty water is coming on street. It is very difficult to live in an unhealthy environment, laterine water flowing in the street.
      So kindly take an action against sewer overflow asap.
      You can get register checked also.

        Subject: stop the unknown bill kno: [protected] at my address.

        Sir,

        With respect i am to say that i am a consumer of delhi jal board kno: no.[protected] and my meter no. Is 152054 i am paying all the bills time to time. No water bill is pending at my address.

        But it is saying with regretfully that unknown bill no. Kno: [protected] is sending regularly to my address by delhi jal board, narela. I have already notice to narela jal board office in february 2017 but grievances is still pending.

        In this regard, it is stated that i have only single water connection and never apply another connection on my address. I have no another property in narela. Kindly delete and stop the bill kno: [protected] at my address and send the concerned owner.

        Dear Sir/Mam,

        My concern about water bill reading.my water bill reading is not accurate.kindly check and resolve my bill related issue.My concern is below.

        1.Water bill is not coming, only received Feb 2017 Bill(Complaint No-[protected])
        2.No have to come/visit to check for reading
        3.Every time I called to customer care for a bill regarding issue.
        4.only two people used water & this month bill come Rs.1049.its not accurate.
        5.If meter reading was taken properly by your team, we have not faced this issue.
        5.In my building, no one paid a huge amount, they have received bill timely basis.

        I request you kindly resolved my issue ASAP.as per my water consumption, we have minimum water used on a daily basis.if your team is taken a meter reading, we haven't faced this type of issue.we will not pay this month bill when this issue is not fixed.

          We have water connection in house no. A-40, preet vihar, new delhi with k. No [protected] and have been regularly making of water bill raised by delhi jal board.
          All previous bills have been checked by me and there is no such amount of rs. 6289.79 of bill arrears shown in current bill as pending but the current bill has been sent to us on 2.11.2017 which depicts above amount of bill as pending.
          There seems to be inadvertent mistake or oversight which required to be rectified immediately.

          From search it has been found that our complaint has been referred to CUSTOMER SUPPORT but till date we have heard nothing. We are ready to deposit running bill of Rs 10003 which may be allowed and arrears issue be resolved at your end.

          The mount of present bill is 1003 but in complaint it has mentioned s 10003 by over typing. Correct amount be referred to.

            Kindly refer my complaint no;[protected] dated 29.9.2017 wherein requested to resolve the issue for inflated bill of september'17. To day i have received sms for payment of rs 4244.00 which is not payable. The facts are given below;-
            Some of the officials from djb /paschim vihar/sunder vihar. Over my mobile no.[protected] in the month of august 17 saying that meter has to be replaced related to m-400, 3rd floor, guru har kishan nagar, paschim vihar, new delhi-110087. The ground floor where the water meters are installed have been sealed by bank against default of repayment of bank loan by the the owner mr durga prasad sanwaria of ground floor.
            Therefore it is not possible to enter in the premises to replace the water meter.
            Moreover we are out of of delhi for the last more than two year/locked, and there is no consumption of water. We are receiving inflated bills.
            Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue and withdraw the inflated bill.

I received a water bill of amount RS.1252 . this is because of the non updation of water meter reading. i consumed very less amount of water & my meter is shown only 10375 unit only.Update the reading & regenerate the bill once again correctly.

                      Subject: contaminated water supply – stinky, burning sensation in hands after using it.

                      Sir,
                      I am writing this letter to inform you about the drastic conditions in which the residents of west vinod nagar, mandawali are knowingly or unknowingly forced live with. Water, which is the basic need of survival for any human being is not coming in its appropriate form i. E, clean and filtered. Here timings for water supply are generally two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening and the moment the time gets over within 2-3 minutes stinky water starts coming from the taps instead of being stopped from the source of supply. The entire slot of water that’s collected in tanks gets contaminated with stinky and smelly water. Most of the times even during the supply timings stinky water comes with smell as well as soil with it and the water is such that even domestic water purifier is not able to clean it properly, in that case if it does not smell it tastes like sewage water. So in any condition one cannot drink it or serve it to children. I have a 5 year old son and i cannot bear giving this water to my son and i think no one can do it either.in a fresh incidence, i have also experienced burning sensation in my hands after using this stinky water. I request you to please help resolve this issue as this condition of water supply has become common here. Hoping for your early response.

                        Respected sir/madam,

                        Delhi jal board's contract employee who got his job with the influence of ex congress mcd councellor mrs. Premlata,
                        He have not cleared any test/interview and before getting this job he was running an illegal milk dairy in residential area.
                        And still continuing the same.
                        I would like to bring your kind attention towards delhi jal board contract employee's illegal activity in our area.
                        He owns an illegal dairy in residential area and keep their eight to ten buffalows in a very congested room in his house ground floor.

                        He is making illegal use of delhi jal board's tube well behind his house for his cattle daily use.
                        Few month back a video was also submitted of him giving bath to buffalows on road.

                        Whole waste is just drained away on the road or sewer and whole road gets choacked with dirt and mud.
                        Due to this, locality sewer lines are blocked and very untidy area near dairy and very bad smell presents in the air around his house.
                        Also during day time he usually tie his pets on the main road hampering movements of vehicles and also effect cleanliness of the road, please look into this matter. Since its really very difficult to live in such a unhygenic condition.

                        All this illegal activity is being done under an ex congress mcd councillor, who helped him to get this job.
                        She handed over the tubewell room keys to him and he make illegal use of that showing his power as he is j. E.in delhi jal board and he is the only boss.

                        He have not cleared any test or interview. Ex mcd councellor helped him to get the job and now he is misusing his post.
                        Few days back he said after congress councellor got defeated in election, that now he will see everyone here how they get proper water supply.

                        Requested to take the matter on priority basis.

                        Your prompt action will highly be appreciated.

                            With reference to the above given k no.[protected] i would like to inform you that meter reading is not calculated correctly in my bill. Till 25/02/2017 meter reading was 421. Since 25/02/2017 nobody came to note my water meter reading. 2-3 months back one person had come to note the meter reading but he was demanding to give money to him to note meter reading. Since then nobody has come to note meter reading. I had never received any bills from the last 7 months. I got my bill for till 04-september-2017 but is calculated on stp basis and bill amount is rs. 2537/- which is not correct.
                            We are just 2 senior person are living here and not using any water tank also so how it is calculated 2537 on stp basis from 14/07/2017 to 04/09/2017. On 25/02/2017 my water meter reading was 421 and on 21/09/2017 meter reading was 487. As per delhi government rules 20kl water free in a month so i am not eligible for water charges cause 2 people can not use above 20kl water without having any water tank in a month.

                            Therefore i request you to please correct the invoice as per meter reading.

                              Title: Highly Contaminated water at West Mukherjee Nagar, West Parmanand Colony and Dhakka Colony since last 35days

                              Since last 35 days we residents of West Mukherjee Nagar are being receiving sewer contaminated water, which is extremely smelly and filled with dirt and other particles. And yes it comes in different shades and colors, the water supplied through DJB's pipeline.

                              I have made complaints via 1916 complaint no 0171 dated 08/10/2017 and through pgms.delhi.gov.in with grievance number [protected] dated 08/10/2017, [protected] and 20176805 dated 25/10/2017 to DJB and PWD respectively. I have personally communicated with Mr Sanjeev Verma JE, , Mr Harish Chand, EE, , Mr R K Singhal, SE of DJB, and area's MLA Mr Pankaj Pushkar many times to sensitize on the issue. I have been communicating the problem via mail right from bottom to CEO of DJB, MLA, Dy CM, CM, CVC and LG among others. But there have been no resolution. CEO forwards the mail blankly to Member(WS) and he forwards it to CE-North. LG forwards it to DJB Nodal officer, Dy CM forwards it to CEO and at one time to CM. Finally in the 'Action Taken Report' in the pgms site against the grievance number [protected], EE has written facts some of which are untrue and misguiding. Anyways, the thing is he has signed it off saying PWD isn't allowing work so now the onus lies on them.
                              You can clearly see how everybody here is trying to escape from their work and passing the work from one hand to the other. And who is suffering???? Definitely not them. It would have been resolved the next day if that had been the situation.

                              Delhi Jal Boards website says complaints logged through any means of the ones they have listed out will be resolved tentatively 24hrs. It's been more than 450hrs!!! This is 1875% more time than they have said. Around 5000 people are affected with this. The water has become a major health hazard and what is the concerned officials doing! It has now become like a time bomb, waiting to explode any moment. What is the government doing?

                              This problem I have come to know is pertaining in West Mukherjee Nagar, West Parmanand Colony and Dhakka Colony. I request everyone who is affected to please go to pgms.delhi.gov.in and register as many complaints as possible. Please join the Whatsapp group https://chat.whatsapp.com/AoQn9jyu1eA70GBrSqQiRk. It's not just on receiving contaminated water since 35days, but the callous and insensitive attitude of the DJB, PWD, and other government officials towards the general public. We need to take charge and get things done.

                              This place where we live, is our home and it will be a shame if we can't do as much as raise our voices to make its problems fall on the seemingly deaf ears. Please see the Whatsapp group as a platform to come together and discuss and coordinate. Execution has to be on ground. Request all living in these affected regions to join.

                                I am a resident of 46, ground floor kailash hills. Every night liters and liters of water is wasted by one of the residents staying above us. This is a EVERY NIGHT thing. I think they forget to turn the motor off after they have put it on. So much water is wasted every night because of somebody's negligence. Please look into this matter asap!

                                  This is to inform you that we are the residents of d-1 to d-9 block, lalita block, shastri nagar delhi-110052.
                                  The water supplied in our locality is of very bad quality and twice in every week the sewer waterms supplied; and causing serious health issues.
                                  Inspired of our several requests, applications and complaints no appropriate action has been taken by the authorities.
                                  We are facing serious health issues due to bad quality of water supply like jaundice, skin problems etc.
                                  This is very shocking that sewage quality water comes in the area like lalita block, shastri nagar.
                                  I request the concerned authorities to appropriate action as soon as possible.

                                    This is inform you that we are residences in street no. 5, house no. 3107/26 to 3107/37 to suffering lot of problem about damaged of our water pipe line which is effected by sever pipelines and result we are getting waste drinking water every day and also not getting sufficient water last 4-5 years.

                                    So i request your good self to look in to the matter at your earliest possible and safe our health from waste drinking water

                                      I am a resident of we block, rama park road, mohan garden, new delhi -110059, backside of sanjeevani public school. For last couple of weeks, sewer line connected to our colony is complelty choaked and the matter has been brought into notice of the concerned departments as well. Due to the choaking of the sewers, drain water is overflowing on the reads and it has become very difficult to even walk around and causing a bad smell. We are also afraid a lot of epidemic can take place. So, we request you toask the concerned authorities to take action immediately.

                                      My DL KNO no is [protected]. I live in Uttam nagar west. Our water meter was installed last year for which we have made payment of 25000rs to clear all dues. But till now no water consumption has been made by us and still water bill is keep increasing. Kindly do the needful and write off the bill amount which has been wrongly imposed on us.

                                        Dear sir / madam,

                                        This is to inform you that water quality in lajpat nagar 1 d block is very poor.

                                        The quality of water has been deteriorating since past 7 months and now it is causing skin infections regularly to most of the residents.

                                        Request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible as it is causing a lot of trouble.

                                        It is really shocking that the delhi jal board is unable to provide good quality water at even a locality like lajpat nagar.
