Dear sir i am living at 9562/74 c gaushala baradari kishan ganj delhi 6. A person named mahesh chand want to plant an automatic injection molding for commercial use in residencial street which is not more than 4 feet width. Today he is drilling for submersible for the automatic injection molding machine and the ground water will suck for the machine. If the machine will installed the life of the other person will be like a hell.
With the submersible the ground water will suck on a high ratio.
You are kindly requested to help us on priority basis and disconnect that submersible with a huge panalty.

Dear sir/madam I am gurvinder nagar. my water bill is month 6july to 4sep is rs 3435 but my bill up-to 6july is 0 we have a small family water condition is low. I have 500 l water tank . Reading in meter is 334 in 15/9/2017. so please some inquiry and raise my bill I can't afford to pay this bill.

    With respect i am to say that i am consumer of delhi jal board, narela, kno no.[protected] and my meter no. Is 152054. I may paying all the bills time to time. No bill is pending on my address from march 2013 to september 2017.

    But is saying with regretfully that an another unknown bill kno. [protected] is sending by delhi jal board, narela on my address from last years.

    I have only single water connection in my 50 yards house and have no another property in narela. Kindly stop the bill kno:[protected] at my address.

      My name is vivek nandan. I live in sadh nagar -2, gali no 41, as the water level is low half of the street not getting water supply from last 4 days. Because of water pipeline connection low level to high level as inside half street pipeline is on a high so whenever water supply is low then half of the street not getting water. I hope you will solve this issue immediately as it required. Thank you.

        My consumer no is [protected]. I am getting wrong/ average since bill last 4 months as meter is stopped however it's working fine. Djb technician checked the meter in my presence and told it's working howwever i got reply to complain in djb complaint section as meter is doubtful and till date i have no information regarding my complaint. This is really bad on djb part. Kindly help in resolution.

          We are resident of house no.132, ambedkar gali, sarai pipal thala, delhi-110033 facing acute problem of sewerage blockage and over flowing of dirty water and mud from the two sewers. We were requesting the authorities to replace the old sewer pipe lines for two sewers only since so many years. The subjected two sewers are located in the dead end of the closed street near house no. 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136. The residents are compelled to live in the dirty atmosphere and prone to the diseases.
          Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and arrange to replace the narrow pipe line of the two sewers and also increase the level of last sewers to avoid back pressure of other sewers.

            My earlier complaints [protected] and 1694127 for inflated bill received for the period august 2015 to may 2017 (Bill no.[protected] is still to be answered by djb. We have already made payment of approx. Rs.28502 /- out of the total amount of approx. Rs.48107/-. Upon a written complaint to djb revenue officer mr. Ram nivas, meter testing was done and the djb has confirmed that meter is working fine. Meter is functioning ok is also confirmed by bill received for june 2017 which is rs.536/-. (Bill no.[protected]

            The above particulars obviously show that djb has not visited my premises to take the actual meter reading. I did not received any bill during aug 2015 to may 2017, rather i on my own made an advance payment of approx. Rs.6300/- in aug 2016. They have made some arbitary calculation and sent the bill for aug 2015 to may 2017 (Bill no.[protected].

            Djb needs to show me on what bast charged approx. Rs.2300/- per month for bill no.[protected] while it charges rs.536 for the bill no.[protected]. Djb needs to correct the remaining amount and send me the correct amount so that payment can be made as they have confirmed meter to be working fine and the same meter cannot generate meter reading which amounts to rs.2300/- per month and then next month comes back normal monthly figure of rs.536/-. Djb needs to ensure their staff visits the home to take correct reading and hence gives proper bill and not harass the cunsumer.

            Again to reiterate, we will not make further payyynt unless and until djb corrects the bill.

              मैं छत्तरपुर दुर्गा आश्रम में रहता हूँ, यहां पर सभी जगह सोनिया विहार का पानी आ ता है। परन्तु हमारे मकान की लाइन में पानी बिलकुल नहीं आता है। हमारा मकान ठाकुर प्रोविजन स्टोर की दुकान से सीधे जो रास्ता पीछे सुमन कालोनी को मिलाता है, में है, यहाँ पर 10-12 मकानों में सोनिया विहार का पानी बिल्कुल नही आ ता है। हम समय पर पानी का बिल जमा कर रहे हैं। हमारा K No.[protected] आपसे विन्रम निवेदन है कि हमारी समस्या का निदान करने की कृपा करें, और पानी का प्रेसर बढ़ाने की कृपा करें, जिससे हमारे घरों में सोनिया विहार का पानी आ सके। धन्यवाद🌹🌹

                Myself Prateek Kumar and I am a resident of 283/170, Maddi Waali Gali, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi-110018.

                I have a complaint regarding my water bill since last 3 to 4 months. I am receiving continuously wrong or excess bill for my Delhi Jal Board water connection (K.No. [protected]).
                As Usual again I have received the Bill no:[protected], for Period Charges (15-JUL-2017 to 8-SEPT-2017) with the amount of Rs.770 with unnecessary charges. The consumption has been averaged and Reading/Meter status has been shown as MLOC (Meter locked).
                In my previous bill (for 09-MAY to 15-JULY) the bill amount was Rs.761 and the meter status was also showing as MLOC (Meter Locked). It is really shocking to me as we are very much present at home all the time and nobody has come for meter reading and the status has been shown as MLOC which seems to be a bogus activity. I have attached the screenshots of my bills.

                  Inflated Bill: (SMS received on 18.7.2017 to pay Rs 2189/- ; No bill received followed by another sms dated 15.9.2017 informing that a notice has been issued to pay Rs 2939.64)

                  I humbly submit that I & my family were staying in Gujrat due to my posting since Nov. 2015. I was being regularly sent inflated bills & the position was finally rectified in bill dated 16.8.2016 (Based on meter reading of 489 dt 9.8.2016) with a credit balance of Rs 2169.08, only after I escalated the issue to Delhi Govt. In this connection, please refer to your letter no. DJB/ZRO (WEST)-1/RTI/PGC/2016/7388 dt 17.8.2016, advising me of the rectification done.
                  I came back to Delhi only by the end of June 2017, but finally occupied this house in the middle of July 2017. In the beginning of July 2017 some meter reader, Mr Satpal, came but at that time I couldn’t locate the keys of box in which meter is installed, as I was in the process of shifting to this place. The meter reader advised me to send the photo of the reading on whatsapp.

                  Once I shifted to this place & managed to retrieve the keys, I sent the photo of latest meter reading (as on 17.7.2017) on 17.7.2017 itself. Meter reading was 501. Hence, there is a consumption of just 12 units between the Last Reading of 489 dated 9.8.2016 & present reading of 501 dated 17.7.2017. How can you exhaust a credit balance of Rs 2169.08 & raise a further bill of Rs 2939.64 when the consumption is only 12 units during this period?

                  I fail to understand why DJB has not taken note of the latest reading provided by me & keeps on demanding adhoc amount without any basis.
                  I once again request you to send your meter reader and raise a fresh bill based on actual basis. Further, why the DJB is only sending sms and not sending the actual bill?

                  I hope that DJB will take the necessary steps to rectify the position & send me the correct bill urgently.

                    We are residence of f-7a, sector-16, rohini, delhi-110089.

                    In many lines (Streets) of f-7a its much dirty and sewage small water is coming on daily basis. Only in some lines (Streets) water supply is ok.

                    We are also facing stomachs serious disease problem these days as this water is not drinkable at all.

                    We are daily facing problem of supply of dirty water with foul smell like sewage from last month august, 2017 and facing problem time to time from last one year, but no appropriate steps has taken till date.

                    Strictly request you to kindly intervene and provide the solution at the earliest. Your immediate action to the matter will be highly appreciated.

                        The water supply is irregular, insufficient and also the quality of water supplied by djb currently is contaminated most of the time.

                            As a matter of fact i am not able to reimburse the excess paid as i am not a rich man and this was done online and someone else who has paid through his credit card and i have to reimburse his payment.

                              wrong reading status as rddt

                              The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as rddt (Reading detained) and previous reading status as 404 units. According to him the unit reading was not increasing but the fact is that the rentholder is not in delhi from almost 3 months so how can the reading increase. Our meter is working and in good condition and have been checked.
                              He also said that we have to waste water if not needed but reading has to be increased...

                              Hi sir/madam,

                              This is to inform you that we are getting dirty and black drinking water from tape every day in my locality h. No.112, bh block, east shalimar bagh, delhi-110088. This water is so dirty that it smells really bad. I have never expected that the quality of water that delhi jal board is supplying is going down day by day. This worst quality of water causing many hazardous problems on our health and it is specially affecting our children's health. This problem is not limited to me as it is also affecting my neighbors family.

                              I am raising this concern to you as i believe it will addressed asap by helping us in getting good quality of drinking water from delhi jal board. Request you to address it asap as it is making our living very difficult.

                                Kno - [protected], i received a bill rs 13434/-, i run from pillar to pole to clarify but no one has responded lastly deposited on 17 jun 2017, again i received a bill of aug for rs 54488/- bill no[protected], just you can think. Here new meter also has not been installed, approaching many times but of no use. Due date crossed pls suggest what to do

                                      My k. No. Is [protected] address 43, narmada apartments, alaknanda, new delhi - 110019.

                                      We received a very very high bill, bill no[protected], for 2 years from 4th aug 2015 to 30th may 2017 of amount rs.48107. Hence for a total period of 21 months and usage of 1189 units, the bill received averages to approximately rs.2300 per month which is more than 4 times of the normal. Strangely we did not received any bill during these 2 years.

                                      Earlier complaint lodged with djb in this respect was [protected] for which no proper response was given. Meanwhile we have paid rs.28502 to the djb during 1st week of july and deposited the meter to djb for getting the meter checked sometime a month back (1st week of august). The meter testing report is still awaited from the djb though it is already one month since the meter was deposited for testing.

                                      In the meantime we received bill for june 2017 (Bill no.[protected] which has been billed properly for rs.536/- and 25 units. Hence it is very clear that no body from djb visited the house to take proper reading during those 2 years and have sent a bill on generic basis.

                                      This needs to be investigated thoroughly for the lapses on part of djb / erring officials on charging such an inflated bill and we must be provided with revised bill with proper reading / units consumption basis regular consumption as per previous bills.

                                      In no case we will be paying further amount to the djb.
                                      Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I m living in b 1898 shastri nagar. From last week the watee comming in the tap is very contaminated and is smelling like sever. I called 1916 several times bt they kept saying that the problem will be solved. But nothing happened. The smell in the water is so bad the even ro cant remove it completly.they are even not solving my problem.
