Sirs since january 2017 i have been receiving very high water bills and i was compelled to pay rs.1 lakh (Debited from my yesbank a/c on 7.2.17) i have sent numerous complaints to djb and even phoned zro south ii giri nagar n delhi but nothing has been done.
I have again received bill for rs.68, 565/- due dt 15.6.17.

Request you to kindly send someone to check the water meter as the reading is faulty as previous years bills have never been so high.

If nothing is done before due date i will be compelled to take stern action with consumer forum & other bodies to seek grievance redressal.

I trust you will look into the matter urgently so that actual and proper reading is noted. And send me a correct bill for payment.

    This is my sixth time i am writing the same complain again. My meter number is [protected] and this meter is absolutely fine and its shows the reading perfectly. But what is the use of it, if no one comes and take the correct reading from it. Sorry to say that i was suggested to replace the meter and give an application to the djb office. So that they can send the original bill according to the consumption but my question is if i do the same there is any guaranty that my problems will be solve? And secondly why i should do that? Where as my meter doesn't having any problem. Therefore is it not a harassment for a customer? So please do the right and just with me.

      Sir we are facing water problem from last 15 day because supply is completely stopped by senior officers of djb.

      There were a little issue between your employee and my colony 's ladies.

      Dear sir please continue water supply. We don't have more time for filing complain and go around djb.

      If you are able to provide us water then say yes or no.
      Because we are very irritate by your daily activity now. We decided to file rti then give us answer.
      Our mla doesn't know was is matter. They he also would know about your shameful activity.

        Sir,

        This is in relation to my consumer no. [protected]. I have been recently issued a bill for rs 2301 which relates to two cycles. The house in which this meter is located was locked for 3 months from 5 feb to 1 may 2017 and there was no usage of water. Otherwise also there are only two members living in this house and usage can not exceed the free limit provided by delhi govt. However being a respected member of this society, i have no hesitation in paying my dues to the govt but not for un used and unjustified cause.

        This matter was also brought to the knowledge of meter reader but it seems he was disinterested to listen to my request. I am prepared to produce the proof of my house having been locked for 3 months and there was no usage of djb water during this period.

        I shall be grateful if clear study is made of my usage of water and it will be my duty to pay all my dues.

          There is no water in our pipe line since last one year, inspite of paying bills on time, im situated at 252, okhla industrial estate, phase iii, new delhi-110020. We are paying all the bills but not a single drop of water coming. I made several complaints regarding this but invein, i request you to look into the matter and take necessary action.

            There is very little water coming in water line to flat no.64, pocket-6, dda mig flats, sector-12, dwarka-75, inspite of regular request to mr. Siddique ji of delhi jal board.. Since last year 2016 on ward, delhi jal board has failed to provide requsit amount of water to residents of pocket-6, sector -12, dwarka and we are still fighting for drinking water as it has become cronic and no body cares to address this problem. We are purchasing water of daily use from the markets/tankers and spending our saved money to save our life while jal board does not care to resolve this problem.
            Kindly, wake up and stand up to resolve the water problem of sector-6, dda mig flats at sec-12, dwarka-75.

              I am one of the resident of Subhash Nagar. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some Sewer Line. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons suffering from stomach infections.

                I am Aloke Das. My K no. is [protected]. I got a bill of Rs 1474 on an average basis which is almost 1400x times the actual basis. Meter reading status on bill is shown as PLOC however, premises was never been locked. Meter is installed in the ground floor and it is easily accessible to anyone. My meter is also working perfectly. I am also agreeing upon the test and verification by DJB executives if they want to conduct for the meter.
                I humbly request to send the bill on the "actual basis" and not on average basis. Kindly rectify the bill and the amount ASAP before 10th June, 2017 as due date is mentioned on bill is 12th June, 2017. For the proof I am attaching current meter reading status and wrong bill which needs to be rectified.

                  There are unauthorized water connection are being used in PLOT NO. 492, Neb Sarai Village.

                  Due to this DJB is not giving me individual water connection, and force me to follow the same way of other person of PLOT No. 492.

                  Actually this is a nexus of DJB and Plot NO 492, DJB employee take money from such person and provide unauthorized water connections.

                  I request you kindly disable such unauthorized water connections.
                  So that I could able to take a legal water connection.

                    To who so ever concerned, i want to highlight that the water supply to police colony jagat puri (Initially preet vihar) east delhi 110051 is of very bad quality, with a foul smell. We living in the colony have no other access to pure drinking water. We suspect intermixing of drink water with sewage water. This pose a huge threat to the health of hundreds of people living in this locality. Please help us as soon as possible. Thank you.

                      I registered a complaint on 1916 around 15 days back to change the cover of pothole on the road right in front of my house as the cover has damaged completely.
                      Till date i have called up so many times and everytime they said that my complaint is under process and when i asked them to connect me to their senior then they outrightly said no for that.
                      I am afraid that a serious accident can occur if the cover will not be changed by you people because the cover is broken completely.
                      Hope some action will be taken soon in order to avoid some mishappening.

                      DJB water pipe line is leaking in front of MCD primary school located at sector 3 RK Puram. Leakage is on the main road between boys senior secondary school & MCD primary school. Plug the​ leakage to save the water from contemnation.

                        I am residing at flat 201, dda sfs, pocket 1, sector 1, dwarka, new delhi - 110075, mobile n0#91-[protected], on rent & last month i got the water bill of rs 5061 just for 75 days... Which is totally unacceptable.

                          I complaint many times about leakage of drinking water from main line in our street, I personally by telephone to JE Mr Kalim [protected] of our Area, in our colony road construction work start JE said the road contractor do this he will look after this Or you personally repair the pipeline and bear the expenses, Due to broken water pipeline we have to purchase drinking water and more than 5 house are affected with this In our colony only two time water come morning and evening, I also complaint via telephone, its complant number is[protected] nothing happen, Request you to do the Needful,

                            My k no. Is [protected], i have received one sms today for payment of rs.13579/- we are not getting your bill, or nobody comes in our area for water reading. I have searched & take print from your website. My current bill period showing is from 08. Jun 2015 to 31.07.2017 for rs.13579/- as per your bill, you are billing the charges for 20-30kl basis in one bill for last 2 years.. You must know water supply in our area is alternative days, i. E. Only 15 days supply for one month. Then how we can utilise 20, 000 ltr to 30, 000 ltr. I have only 500ltr water tank, if i used double, then it will come only 15000 letter. We are using below 10000 litter water per month. Also note you are issuing only one bill for last 2 years (From june 2015 to may 2017) why you are not issuing monthly/quarterly bill. Why your rep. Not coming for taking the correct/proper meter reading.

                            I am getting wrong bill from your side... As per govt we all know that we are getting 20000 ltrs free water for a month. N this is enough limit to use in a month.. So, i request you to kindly re-check & correct my bill for normal charges (If applicable) in this water bill.. Otherwise i am not able to pay this bill.
                            So kindly check & update the billl at the earliest.

                              My k no. Is [protected] my arreae bill is 13358/- n my current bill, bill period is from 17 mar-16 till 20 may-2017 is 3374.75.. No our total bill is 17332.
                              As we are not using this mch water. Evn water comes only at one time in evng only.
                              We getting wrong bill from ur side... As per govt we all knw that we r getting 20000 ltrs fre water for a month. N this is enough limit to use in a mnth.. So, i would like to request u to reduce my water bill..
                              Im nt able to pay this bill.

                                Sir, the water supply line is broken in dayanand park in kanhiya nagar tri nagar, back side of kanhiya nagar metro parking since last three day, so half of the park is full of water. Now is the season of dangue and chickanguia and this water logging is favorably for mosquito breeding, hence it can create a big health problems, please immediately take action to repair or replace the faulty water line - s k goel 91-[protected], 3416-a /1 kanhiya nagar tri nagar delhi

                                  .It is intimated that DDA mkt shopkeepers of Hastsal DDA mkt facing Hastsal Village and opp DDA LIG flats have taken illegal water connections at their own and also installed heavy water motors for retrieving the water whenever water supply comes in the morning and evening with the results water supply is coming very low in the LIG flats No. 397 to 419 in about 24 flats. You are requested very humbly to depute your vigilance cell officials to raid immediately on the site so that they can check the illegal connections through PVC pipes going to their shops from the backside of their shops and in front of the aforesaid dda lig flats. Illegal connections and heavy water motors be removed from their premises so that lig residents may get sound water suply.

                                        My kno. Is [protected] my bill in arrear is rs 18100.82 from last 23 months, i tried catching up with the concerened employees and authority, but nothing sorted out.

                                        (31-mar[protected]sep-2016) 18 months 449 units
                                        (20-sep[protected]feb-2017) 5 months 62 units

                                        Hope, you can understand the point of worry & disappointment.

                                        I would request you to kindly calculate a lumpsum bill for me to pay according to the average monthly usage of the past one year or more.
