in our area in C -51 Hastsal Vihar, Uttam nagar, new delhi-59 sewerage line was being laid in c - block, but after laying the sewerage pipe line they spread the mud on the road instead of lifting the mud and cleaning the road. now it is difficult to move on the road .the children and old people fell down on the road and get injured. we requested many times to them to lift the mud and clean the road. but all our request fall on deaf ears . please inter fare in this matter and save the people from getting injured. the matter urgent

Dear Sir,

I am surprised that inflated bills are raised in respect of Senior Citizen to harass them .I am 80 years old and the Meter reader is aware that unless I pay Bribe he will keep sending the inflated bills, Please check last 5 years bills and you will find heavy bills in respect of flats and Servant quarter and a Doctors clinic where water is used for washing hands or emergency wash room facilities in the closed market where wash room is being used as a store house and has been dismantled.

Sir i request my bill amount is large what mater because i pay December month 381 rupees and no panding bill no any arrears but January February month bill i received 1227 rupees what? Sir please solved my problem my k no[protected] this month bill service charge amount high sewage charge also high what matters sir metor connection 0 rupees whiteout metor connection high amount bill what sir my family use 500 litter water not use daily sir I understand that metor also must but i three time metor connected my water line but stolen three times i complaints police but not solution so not metor connected so please problem solved thanks

Ever since my client took the premises on tenancy in 2013 he had been getting the bills showing average consumption of 12-13 units per month, which he had been paying.
From March 2015 he started receiving bills showing illogically high consumption upto 360 units. On advise of the meter reader of your office my client got the meter changed in Jan. 2016.
From Jan. 2016 again he had been receiving bills showing the same average consumption of 12-13 units.
Various requests in writing and personal meetings with the ZRO have not been useful. My client is rather getting threats of disconnection. May it be known to all concerned that my said client is a dental surgeon of repute the said disconnection is not going only to damage his business but reputation also, for which DJB shall be held responsible. Please guide the officials to correct the bills which when corrected will be paid within a week. .

I am living 33-A gali no -4, rasheed market krishna nagar delhi-51, since last 5 days sewer is overflowing and the street full of with dirty water and bad smell, even we all are passes and crossed that water stream to reach thier houses, no of times had complaint about it they came only once or two times but did nothing, please sir take some strict action on this issue and resolved as soon as possible .Thanking You

I am one of the resident of Rajgarh colony Ext, Gali no.1 . Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past 2 months which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter.
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES

I received a bill of Rs.89, 061 due on 21.1.17. None of my previous over 25 years Delhi Jal Board bills have ever been so high.
I complained on line in Jan and under protest paid Rs.15000/- on 16.1.17 receipt no.[protected] and Rs.74, 061/- on 30.1.17 receipt no.6061.
I again received an intimated dated 21.2.17 asking me to pay Rs.69, 819.93 against above K.No.
I telephoned ZRO Mr D K Jain on 7th March who asked me to what's app the meter box. I again phoned him on 8th March and told him I had already made these payments but the bills are absurdly high and even in past years for one quarter bill is only Rs.224/- as you can check from records.
Request to urgently look into the matter OR send a tech/person to check the water meter in my presence and let me know in advance so I can be present at home at that time.

This is to bring into your kind notice ratna mandal resident of d424 west vinod nagar.. Patparganj new delhi 110092 during last 25 days in my gali the sewer pipeline that connects to the main sewer got blocked. And some of the water oozed out from the pipeline leading to wetting the surrounding portion. Its so much dirty water draining into the sewar... We complaint many times in djb... But their is no response from their end... So kindly request to pls clean its

This is to inform you that in Janakpuri, 110, Narang Colony, its been almost 20 days the water in the house in bad. The water is being mixed with sewer water. The water is brown in colour and stinks so much. Its been 10 days, no solution for the problem has been taken by the delhi jal board. This type of water caused serious bacterial infection to me. Please its a request to solve this issue as soon as possible.

The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as RDDT (Reading Detained) and previous reading status as 149 units. According to him the unit reading was not increasing but the fact is that we do not waste too much water and keep the use of water minimal. Our meter is working and in good condition but the meter reader reported previous units as 149 units which is also wrong and in fact as on today the actual reading is 147 units...

I am very surprises after check the water meter sowing the reading is 96.50 units,
I am request to please check the meter and issue new bill as per meter (Water meter no.[protected].

My water connection no. [protected]. The pin number has been mentioned as 110092 instead of 110051.
I am facing difficulties in proving as my residence address.
Please change the pin code as 110051 as per registry documents already submitted at the time of mutation.
This connection is in name of anand kumarr gupta and veena gupta.

From last four days, water is not being supplied, and the minimum amount of water that comes is totally black like that of street gutter. we contacted JE who hasn't helped at all. they aren't sending tanker in the chuna mandi, paharganj area in new delhi. we don't have water to perform household chores and to drink. this has been happening for a few days and we request you to kindly take an action on our problem.

KNO No. [protected], Submitted an appl on 05 Aug 2011 for installation of new water meter sl. no. 32140. No action was initiated. Again submitted an appl on 12 Aug 2014 vide Diary No. 2357 at ZRO (SW) III. No action was done. Again, an appl was submitted vide Diary No. M-1407 on 20 Aug 16 at ZRO(SW) III. Meantime, a bill of Rs. 10, 468/- was sent on my name. As per the Govt Policy, 20, 000 ltr free water is to be supplied to a family in a month. It is to submit that a family consisting of three members do not require even 20, 000 ltr of water in a month. Now, the meter no. is endorsed on my water connection, however, the amount of Rs. 14747/- against pending water bill has not been waived. Request, waive the amount of bill I am entitled for. Thanking you.

We reside at Inder Enclave Phase -II, C -block, near Abhinandan vatika, Kirari Suleman Nagar, Delhi-86.
We are facing lake of fresh drinking water.Supplied water is very polluted, sewege water & highly smale in the water.It is not a mine problem, its a colony's problem.
Water pressure is also very poor.
We request to you kindly diagnose the our problem as well as best possible to earlier & save health.

I paid my bill online (Rs 1368) on 23.1.17. Payment has gone out of my bank but I got no confirmation or receipt.
Jal board website shows no record of my bill payment. I have tried to telephone for last four days but no one answers the phone. I tried to lodge a complaint on the Jal board website but it would not allow me to do so.
This is avery bad experience because the customer can waste hours without getting any response from phone or website.

In our area we r not receive water from last three days we r in a very bad situation without water we cant survive plz solve the problem as soon as u can We r not able to do our daily routine work we cant take bath we r office going people plz let us know how can we go to office its a humble request to u plz do sonething for a good cause waiting for ur reply thanks

This is to bring into your kind notice that I, Drig Pal Singh resident of WZ 1101 Nangal Raya New Delhi 110046, during the repairing of the main water pipeline in my gali where my residence falls, sewer pipeline broke accidently by the repairing people of DJB contractor as a result the flow of the water in other contents off the sewer pipeline that connects to the main sewer got blocked. And some of the water oozed out from the pipeline leading to wetting the surrounding portion. There is a possibility of damage of walls of surrounding building.

It is therefore requested that your good office may kindly be quick in the matter for repairing the same so that the surrounding may be saved.
