I am Bhawnesh Bhardwaj husband of Mrs. Sushma Sharma. Flat 715, Metro View Appartments, Sector 13 Pocket B, DDA SFS Flats was purchased in the name of my wife Sushma Sharma in 2009, where as the name reflected in water bill is still of previous owner, Mr Ved Parkash Sethi. All transfer actions were taken and fees paid. It should be changed to my wife name.
Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My quarterly water bill has been around 400+ however this past quarter I was handed a bill of 2800+!! I checked the meter readings and is advancing but I the meter usage shows erratic! I'd raised a complaint [protected] but was closed stating that my phone was switched off which generally doesn't happen.
Can you kindly look into this, thank you
Sir, Ihave paid in above mentioned Ac Rs969 on 12 Dec. Surprisingly it is showin in my latest bill 18/03/2017no[protected]. as arrear.
By mistake On25/03/2017 I have paid full demand Rs2500.
Pl take necessary action and adjust in coming bill.

    I have been treated as zero consumption consumer in view of the residential flat is in a state of repairs for the last several years and remaining vacant. I was charged the service charges only for 0 consumption.Quite to my surprise I received a bill on 12th Nov.2016 for Rs.4164/ to which I lodged a complaint for correction of the bill vide compaint No.[protected] dt.15.11.16 and I got a message on 22nd Nov.that the complaint has been resolved. Now another bill is raised on 14th March17 for Rs.6779 including the earlier bill.Please cancel all the bills as no drop of water is being used and advise me being a senior citizen I can't visit your office

    Although complaints have been lodged on 15th Nov.2016 vide complaint No.[protected] and also on 22nd March, 2017 no reply has been received till date from the Delhi Jal Board about the cancellation of the wrong billing amounting to Rs.6779 which to say the least quite unsatisfactory in treating complaints. you are requested to do the needful immediately by cancelling the wrong billing failing which I will be constrained to take up the matter withe chairman of DJB.The complaints relate to K.NO, [protected]
    Wrong billing relating to K No.[protected] for which complaints were lodged on 15th Nov.2016 vide complaint No.[protected] and also on 22nd March, 2017 no action has been taken by the Delhi Jal Board in cancelling the wrong bill raised as the premises occupied by me is in a state of repairs and remaining unoccupied for the last few years . I am treated as a consumer of zero consumption of water and as such I am liable to pay only the service charges if any. On this basis the bills were raised by the Zonal Accounts Officer, Old Rajinder Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. All of a sudden on 12th Nov.2016 a bill for Rs.4164/ was raised by DJB without any rhyme or reason.I have already drawn your attention to this in my complaints of 15th Nov.2016 and again on 22nd March, 2017. Since no action has been taken till date but on the contrary I got a SMS informing that a notice for disconnection of water connection for non-payment of dues is issued for the amount due of Rs.6778.07. I am a senior citizen and am unable to meet personally the Zonal Accounts Officer of Old Rajinder Nagar to do the rectification of the wrong bill and hence I am sending my protests through the complaint portal. I would now request you to cancel the wrong billing by instructing the concerned officer of DJB. The meter is in the name of landlady Parameshwari Devi and I am the tenant of the first floor flat rear portion. Thanking you,

      No water supply in govindpuri gali 8 for the past 5 days.

      We had a marriage and this caused a nuisance.

      Yesterday tanker was provided but not today.

      Entire colony is without water.how can one survive without water.

        DearSir,

        I am enclosing herewith few photographs of the state of drainage system in Mayur Vihar, Phase -1. I had posted the photographs, highlighting the location of the drainage and its condition more than a year ago. But it is unfortunate to note that the condition of the drainage ( nalla) has only worsened and has become health hazard to one and all.

        Every year the Delhi government talks about avoiding water clogging to avoid mosquitoes breading to avoid Dengu / Malaria .

        It is really pathetic to note that none from the Delhi Jal board is bothered, nor is the local councilor.

        In another two month again the rainy season would start and the drainage, which is being used as public urinal will start over-flowing with all sorts of filth and will endanger the health of the people residing nearby.

          I am Dinesh Pathak, resident of 11A/786, Street No-1, Mandawali Fazalpur, Delhi-110092 hereby filing my complaint towards poor & Chocked condition of sever line in our street. I have sever connection installed and due to blockage of complete sever line in the street, the dirty water coming back in my home. I have made complaints but no action taken by authorities.

          Sir as per my current bill my uses are less and i have been charged more as per my current bill..plz recheck the bill and reverse my the charges overlayed on me.
          As i have paid the bill.. due to late charges but refund the extra charges overlayed on me...

            We are facing problem in water supply, from past 3 months coming water supply drainage (Sewer water) at house-13, f - block jagat puri, krishna nagar, east delhi - 110051.
            This is very serious situation it’s also dangerous for health for residents. We don’t have drinking water facing problem for bath and other days basic requirement.

              The quality of water being supplied in our area (Rohini sector-7) is very dirty, even the drinking water is not clean and this is not the first time, it happens every second day . I even tried to contact on the above given customer care number but didn't receive any response. The water we being supplied to our area stinks badly. So I request to take quick action as it may effect health of several residents.

No. 8134. But now my first bill generated without meter reading which is very high (Rs. 1858) as average policy with 87 units. As acutally my water meter reading is very low. Please check and do needful to generate correct water bill.

                      I am surprised that inflated bills are raised in respect of Senior Citizen to harass them .I am 80 years old and the Meter reader is aware that unless I pay Bribe he will keep sending the inflated bills, Please check last 5 years bills and you will find heavy bills in respect of flats and Servant quarter and a Doctors clinic where water is used for washing hands or emergency wash room facilities in the closed market where wash room is being used as a store house and has been dismantled.

                          Ever since my client took the premises on tenancy in 2013 he had been getting the bills showing average consumption of 12-13 units per month, which he had been paying.
                          From March 2015 he started receiving bills showing illogically high consumption upto 360 units. On advise of the meter reader of your office my client got the meter changed in Jan. 2016.
                          From Jan. 2016 again he had been receiving bills showing the same average consumption of 12-13 units.
                          Various requests in writing and personal meetings with the ZRO have not been useful. My client is rather getting threats of disconnection. May it be known to all concerned that my said client is a dental surgeon of repute the said disconnection is not going only to damage his business but reputation also, for which DJB shall be held responsible. Please guide the officials to correct the bills which when corrected will be paid within a week. .

                              I am one of the resident of Rajgarh colony Ext, Gali no.1 . Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past 2 months which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it.                                   I received a bill of Rs.89, 061 due on 21.1.17. None of my previous over 25 years Delhi Jal Board bills have ever been so high.
                                  I complained on line in Jan and under protest paid Rs.15000/- on 16.1.17 receipt no.[protected] and Rs.74, 061/- on 30.1.17 receipt no.6061.
                                  I again received an intimated dated 21.2.17 asking me to pay Rs.69, 819.93 against above K.No.
                                  I telephoned ZRO Mr D K Jain on 7th March who asked me to what's app the meter box. I again phoned him on 8th March and told him I had already made these payments but the bills are absurdly high and even in past years for one quarter bill is only Rs.224/- as you can check from records.
                                  Request to urgently look into the matter OR send a tech/person to check the water meter in my presence and let me know in advance so I can be present at home at that time.

Patparganj new delhi 110092 during last 25 days in my gali the sewer pipeline that connects to the main sewer got blocked. And some of the water oozed out from the pipeline leading to wetting the surrounding portion. Its so much dirty water draining into the sewar... We complaint many times in djb... But their is no response from their end... So kindly request to pls clean its
