Dear Sir

I Gannu Babu live at gali No 30/4, Samta VIhar, Mukundpur Extn-2 Delhi-110042. I have a Delhi Jal Board water connection K No [protected]. I have received a bill no[protected] dated 28/09/2019 Amount 581/-(copy attached). But bill had made without Meter reading. My last bill date 02/05/2016 Meter Reading 63 Unit(bill attached). After 29/04/2016 no water supply in Samta Vihar Area Till 12/11/2016 almost 7 month. I had complained(copy attached) may time to Our MLA Mr. Sanjeev Jha / Mr Kapil Mishra (Minister for Water) & our JE Mr. Rajbeer. Mr. Sanjeev Jha MLA had come to our area on 11 August 2016 and assure to solve the problem, but 3 moth passed.

At my house only one person live myself, whole day my door has closed. Than how can take meter reading. My current meter reading 66 Unit.

My humble request you kindly change my bill immediately.

    I m a 70 years old senior citizen living alone with my 66 yrs old wife in a LIG flat . Ever since my new digital meter has been installed by Delhi Jal Board, I always get exaggerated and wrong meter reading and every time I have to get it corrected .This has become a routine procedure ever since the new meter no.15045101 has been installed and numerous requests have been made to correct the meter reading taking process so that I get correct bill but onus of responsibility is passed on to "SPMLl" and no of requests have also been made to them but of no results. My problem remains still unresolved.This tim I again got very exaggerated wrong bill no.[protected] dated 22.01.2017 which shows reading "141"on 4 Jan. 2017 whereas at 330 PM on 22.01.2017 the actual reading in my water meter no.15045101 is "88.3" kls .The complaint to this effect has also been booked vide complaint no. [protected] on 22.01.2017 at Delhi Jal Board Helpline no 1916 with the request to correct the bill.A complaint to this effect has also been made with"SPML"helpline no on 23.01.2017 to look in to the matter . At this age of 70 yrs. I feel extremely harassed and troubled as every time I have to visit Delhi Jal Board office at Giri Nagar to get the bill corrected. I very humbly request to u to get this bill corrected and to ensure that in future I get always bill with corrected meter reading. I hope for immediate necessary remedial action.I shall be highly obliged.

      This is to inform you that, there is a water leakage at sector 8, d block near mcd school, bagdogla, lot of water getting wastage in the road side, water line got damage due to commercial vehicle park there and this leakage is getting from three four days.

      I would request you to please get repair damage line as soon as possible

        This is Kanti Pandey . My present address is D-411, Gali no-4 Swaroop Nagar, Delhi-42 .My consumption o[censored]nits are very low and comes under subsidy. current Meter reading is 110 units and bill raised for 198 units for Rs 3162/ without done the meter reading .The K No of meter is-[protected] and Bill no[protected] . it comes under Kewal park water supply zone.
        Kindly pay attention towards it and resolve my issue to rectify the bill as per actual consumption.

        I am living in Old Rajinder Nagar, Central Delhi(House no 4D/20).For the last month the supply of water is quite poor and somedays we don't get water neither in morning nor in evening.Please improve the water supply.

            In our locality the water quality is just like as drain water is coming from tab sine 3 weeks. But no one jal board person taking care of it.we have no pure water to drink at home.we are now only survive in these condition thays why i m putting complain.In our vicinity every one is facing dirty water problem

            This is very serious problem we are facing dirty water coming from tab of jal board aupply. It is just like drain water. I m also sharind the pixture of supply water.
            Pls take it seriously it is coming approx 30 days.
            There is no water to drink at home.

              Water meter reading

              I am Jolly Joseph, my water meter no. is M[protected] r/o C4/124-A, Lawrence Road, Delhi-110035. As per Delhi Jal Board Bill dtd 10.02.16 reading is 379 for 65 days and 32 units. In May, reading is 453. In July, reading is 500, in Sept. reading is 536, In Oct. reading is 548 and in Dec. reading is 570. Really I am surprising from where you are taking these reading. As on 16.01.2017 my current water reading shows in the water meter is 0057425....

              Sir,
              There are two leakages in main water supply line . There is a church opposite pocket B-7 in Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Delhi 110096. In front of the church there is a service road. The leakages of supply water is in that road. The public is washing their vehicles in that spot. So we are getting codaninated water in pubing time. So this is my request is to rectify the complaint as soon as possible.

                My current bill is showing 17550 rs.and meter reading in this bill is 1727. here i stay with my family.my current(20 jan 2017) meter reading is 1344.how is it possible my bill would be 17K+.
                My water tank capicity is only 500 ltr. & also i finish this water in 2 days.

                  I am a resident of 3417, Gali Hari Mandir, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi. This is to bring to your urgent attention that we have not been getting water supply since 20+ days now. It has made life extremely difficult for us, in terms of not being able to perform the basic daily chores. We are left to the mercy of neighboring hotels and guest houses, most of which have access to underground water owing to boring they have undertaken. We have complained several times in the delhi jal board office and to the area authorities, who informed that some pipeline repair or reconstruction is being done, but that for over 20 days ? How can someone imagine residents to live without water ? We seek urgent attention and redressal to our grievance.

                    We haven't received a single drop of water from the last 4 days in kohlapur road, kamla nagar. How are we ssupposed to carry on like this? Please do something about this issue.
                    We don't have any other source of water and its proving very difficult for us. Even the water tanker isn't coming to relieve us.
                    This is causing a lot of trouble for us.

                          I would like to complain regarding my excessive water bill. We are a family of three people and my house's area is 50 sq. yard only. How can then the daily water consumption be 1KL. I would also like to mention that we live on the third floor and therefore have to turn on the motor in order to get water. Our this month electricity bill which is just Rs. 420 clearly shows that such excessive water consumption by us is not possible.
                          This time I have duly paid the bill, please investigate the matter.

                            Dirty and smelly water has become a perennial problem of Bali Nagar area. Once in a month or a couple, the water that flows in the pipelines is highly dirty and smelly. It is yellowish to brown in color and smells of dead animals and sewage. It is unfit for all purposes, and may also lead to diseases and skin ailments. Request the concerned authorities to take some action

                                  Please resolve the Issue of water bill, which is incorrectly Generated, again and again in KNO- [protected]. how is it possible if govt. of Delhi has Exempted 20k ltr of water in Months.Bill Generated without reading the meter also K.no not mentioned on Bill.
                                  last time we have also paid 3872.70p in the months of 28th june16. afater that we are using water bell, I sure about there is no any extra water misuse in my place Everything's done under 10k ltr water in months.
                                  So I Must humble request & I hope you that please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                    We husband and wife are staying at 565, Pocket-E, Mayur Vihar-II, New Delhi-110091 and therefore our water bill at above K.No. start coming to Rs.0. We also keep traveling nationally and internationally and therefore even lesser use of water. This fact could be proved from our passport. The then Meter reader approached us and told your bill is coming 0 and in response we told him probably we are consuming less water then the threshold limit. It appears that the intention of the meter reader was doubtful and next month a bill with very high reading with one digit higher in hundredth digit brought much higher bill. After noticing this mistake we tried our best to convince the meter reader that incorrect meter reading had been noted and therefore now meter reading was less than earlier, which is impossible. However, the correct meter reading and correct bill was never send and hence the present arrears not paid by us with the intention that meter reader will correct the bill. However, meter reader started noting the meter faulty and hence lump sum bills with inflated arrears. Now I request that facts may even be checked today. Meter is still in running condition. For appropriate urgent action please. It may be noted that we had never been defaulter in paying the bills on time in the past.

                                      Very much regret to point out that you are raising water bill with out taking the reading of the meter. The earlier payable amount up to July-16 was in negative but now it is accumulated huge amount with in 3-4 months. It seems that either the meter is faulty & not giving correct reading or bill raised without reading. We are only three members in family & the consumption beyond the threshold free limit is very unlikely.
                                      You are now requested to take the corrective action accordingly & also arrange to revise the bill as requested
