I am living in a rented room (Ias aspirant), my building has ground water connection which is contaminated (Sewage water)
Due to poor governance the nala dirty water has seep down polluting the ground water which comes to our disposal.
I have acquainted the landlord about the issue and asked him to get direct water supply but he is not responding to our needs.
Its the problem of whole area not me individually.
The landlord is the parshad of the area still he is not willing to resolve the issue.
Kindly make the direct water supply available to us.
We are ready to do the needful formalities.

    I have a Janta plot in Sector 5 Rohini and we are three persons in family and all are working. Earlier I have recevied bills only from 400 to 600 on quarterly basis and this time I have recevied a bill for more than 4000/-. Kindly check at the appropriate level and correct the bill so that I can pay. Everytime I pay the bill in time. My water consumption is not more than 300 liters daily.

      Delhi jal board persons have come to l2 - agali no 1, mohan garden uttam nagar new delhi 110059 have come to repair the pipe line but after working two days they had opened a big water pit. And thereafter they have have not come. Still a big mud put with lot water is there. Thousands of mosquitoes are growing everyday. Its very difficult to live inside the house. Pls save our family life from misquitoes. Pls send someone to close this big pit.

        The water pipe at the junction point of Jai Durga Marg (Gali No 7, Chandra Shekhar Gali ) and Budh Bazar Road, West Babarpur, Delhi-110032 has might been damaged by JBC matchine while excavation in connection with repair work of Nala along the Budh Bazar Road, West Babarpur being done by Flood Control Department Delhi.The water is leaking for the last 10 days and no repair has been done by DJB inspite of several efforts and complaint to DJB.
        The damage of water pipe must be repaired before completion of the work done by Flood Control otherwise the roard will be restored.

          Wrong bill amount error in calculating and wrong meter reading

          Sewerage Road Restoration Charges, Kindly clarify
          Why this charges applied, As freewater supply of 20000 litres, 20 kilolitres to every household.

          Secondly If you check your record. My Last Bill date was 29 May 2016 and Reading Satus on 26 May 2016 ; 1251.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Surprised & shocked to saw bill on internet for Rs.2976 (After due date Rs.3125) for water charges against K.No. [protected] for the period 30th May to 29th September 2016 (Four Months). I want to say that how can I used so consumed in the vast capacity and how I can manage this wrong water bill. There is no system of water bill send to us and no routine checkup for water meter. I would like to draw your kind attention. Last bill, I have paid Rs. 191.45 in the month of 2nd August 2016 for the period 30th MAY 2016 to 31st JUL-2016 (Two Months). How it can be possible, that the two months bill would be crossed Rs. 3000/- Do you know my last 6 months of water bill average is only Rs.400/-. Because, I have only two members and only one child in the family.

          It is very request to you that issue a new bill against the K NO. [protected] and my matter may kindly be resolve at kindness action please.

            As i all ready shared that i am not using djb water supply therefore why this estimated bill is coming regularly? Once i visits djb office for this reason and i got the advice that i have to install a new meter and submit the bill and card but my question is what is the use of it if i am not going to use it so my request is this from this month of october i am going to stay there please note the meter reading and send the genuine bill now onward
            I hope that definitely you have the previous record regarding my meter reading so please continue from their. Please,
            I already paid this huge amount more than three times therefore please don't force me once more. My k. No is [protected]

              Meter k no -[protected], address - 4/76, 3 floor, ramesh nagar, new delhi-110015,
              Sir, our meter is running very fast. I made a complaint previously but it still remains unresolved our bills are due for quite a long time, as our grievance has not been redressed. Meter is showing faulty readings for quite a long time.in a bill dated 14-nov-2015, bill id[protected], shows consumption 46kl which resembles our average usage but the current bills with ids[protected] &[protected] show consumption 133kl and 288kl respectively. Kindly resolve this issue as our total bill amount is rs36872. Please fix this meter and appropriate this amount to average usage of ours. Thank you.

                Conclusion exaggerated reading hence inflatted bill.
                Please get the reading examined/ investigated and issue a fresh bill.

                  I am senior citizen living at house no 1, top floor MAUSAM VIHAR Delhi 110051
                  and have not received water supply since last 12 days and finding it very difficult to precure even drinkig water. Needless to add water is a essential requirement for survival of life and Delhi JAL Board is soly responsible for supply. now ii is 15 days of suffering without resolution. Number of complaints to delhi jal board customer care has got nor reply nor redressal, this very serious as its playing with lives of senior citizens. It is requested to look into the matter and help me.

                  Our old water meter is stopping on its own and then gets revived on its own. The personnel from your department asked us to loadge a complaint so that we could get our water meter changed. Hence we require a changing of the water meter. Hoping for a positive response.

                    I had submitted my complaint on the above subject. I have been away from my house since 15 February 2016 and visiting my son in Australia. But inspite of this I have been receiving bills. Though I have not defaulted in payment of my bills. I had urged you to not issue any future bills since I have not used water since February, 2016 and the payments already made by me may be adjusted in future use of water by me when I return back soon.

                    June to sep. 2016 bill Rs 2297 but actual bill according to me should be Rs 1493.17 every time my bill is not correct please check my bill and delhi govt. has given a subsidy of 20.000 litres of water but i'm not even getting the subsidy. I want to the subsidy and want my bill to be corrected. K number is [protected]

                      Our water meter K.No. [protected] is running very fast and every month the consumption show very high. We are five people and all are working. Whole day the house is locked . We have also noticed that nobody in our surrounding get this much bill. It was also observed that our meter still works when there is no water supply. every body in the neig hbours claim that they have received zero amount bill while all are in the home

                        I had complained earlier and my grievance Id is[protected]. I was told that it has been rectified, I.e. The water pipe in Chaman park next to 12 street in Sarvapriya vihar, New Delhi-16 which was leaking, has been fixed, but it is still leaking, please fix the same as lot of water is being wasted. Every day, I have already contacted on telephone but it has not been rectified.

                          I am inform u that in my area kotla village mayur vihar phase-1 delhi 110091 have a car washing center without any permission and it is totally illegal and Peoples are facing so much problem by this center like the water is fell down on everywere that cause many deases like dengue, chickenguniya etc.

We also would like to mention that today we are writing this complaint with so much pain becouse recently a member of family is dimised and there are lots of guests in our home, but with no water.

                              I made the following Complaint to CHIEF of delhi jal board. Amazing thing i observed is that The Department themself does not follows the instruction of head office. I understand getting job in delhi jal board is not easy. but please do some work to justify your salary.

                              I humbly request you to kindly draw your attention toward problem of poor underground piping in my Gali. I made several complaint before to appropriate authorities but no solution has been reached so far. My Mother is a old age lady. We leave her back home for work. How she manages to carry water from neighbourhood houses she only knows it.

                              In my family and most of the people who stays here are working middle class. Into service sector. we can’t afford to take holidays every time and visit various Delhi jal board offices.

                              The operation staff has always given us deaf years. They don’t even bother to understand the issues and difficulties we are facing without water in our homes.

                              Low pressure water is the excuse is always given to us. I want to ask simple one question. When the gali’s which are connecting to my gali from both the ends are getting normal pressure of water right from 6 am to 10 am. Why we are not getting a single drop of water in our pipeline.

                              Multiple valves has been installed at various positions but no one from delhi jal board is bothered to check the pressure level in my gali.

                              At the other end which is connecting with gali no 27 got immense amount of water pressure. It hardly takes 10 foot pipe to connect that pipeline to our gali.

                              Again for this excuse and reasons is given that the residents of other gali are not allowing to install connecting pipeline . with power and authority to DJB how can some handful of people take law in their hands and restricts the free flow of essential commodities to other homes and to stream line the flow of water.

                              With my both hands folds I humbly request you to take corrective measure. The solution I am seeking is not something required huge efforts. But with so many failures of requests. My ultimate hope is ur door.

                              I am very sadden by the services and response against my several complaints made. I am almost dishearten and hopeless for any solution.

                              I m staying in Gali no 18 E sadh nagar, Palam colony New Delhi 110045. My gali is connecting from two ends i.e first end is gali no 27 where the current pipeline is working absolutely perfect even with low or absolute low level of pressure water availability is very much normal. the resident around is not allowing the connection of 10 feet pipe line to our current pipe line in our gali with the reason that this will low there water flows at home.

                              Other second end is kanwal bharti public school point where the valve has been installed and is close by the residents because of there own selfish and illogical reasons which suggest opening the valve will low there house pressure and they dont want to share water with other galis.

                              I have made several complaints on the help line 1916 with acknowledgement number[protected],[protected],[protected] but no fruitful result was given.

                              I am surprised by the feedback from the concerned department which suggested there there is a low pressure in palam area. which is not actual the problem in my case. I m facing problem because of bad interconnection ( poor piping planning) of my gali pipeline with adjacent lines

                              all is required is opening of valve and connecting hardly 10 feet water pipe to my gali line. which will help the around 30 houses in my area to get water. not just that it will also stream line the availability of water in my area

                              if you cant provide the solution please also suggest where from do i get water to satisfy my daily basic necessity of life for survival

                                the water first of comes at 2 am in the morning. we sleep late after our whole days work and we wake up at 2-3 am jus to switch on the motor so that water starts pumping.. we check the water as well with the tap running and it had been smelling horrible. the water can't be used for anything.. this has been happening for a week now. i stay in gautam nagar. please fix this problem because its of no use pumping that water we can't use it for drinking washing bathing or any other purpose for which we need water. this is a very serious matter that delhi gal board shall look into. we are all working class people we need to shower daily we need to drink daily as human body requirements. do look into this matter.

                                  Dear sir, i am resident of Sec 25 rohini pocket 3, we are suffering from poor water supply, not response on complaints, we get water alternate day but water is full of mud and not usable, we are service class ppl, can not Wait entire day for clean, water, can be get any solution we can get pure water, every day. situation is worst please help. we are buying drinking water but for daily use we can not buy.

                                    I am a resident of d-35, old gupta colony. my connection no. is [protected]. on 21/09/2016 the delhi jal board employees checked the supply pipe on some complaint and while doing so they broken my connection pipe. they left it unattended till now i. e. the next day. i do not have sufficient water to bath and to drink. i do not have any other arragement e. g. boring water too. so kindly help me to sort out this serious problem as early as possible. otherwise i would have only a solution to approach the higher authorities.

                                      I am a resident to gali no.6, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delhi. I want to draw your kind attention that the delhi jai board/east zone has been supplying contaminated and filthy water in the water connection provided in houses of gali no.-6, lalita park, laxminagar for the last one & half month. It is worth mentioning that the water is contaminated with sewage water containing yellowish color with foul smell and suspended dirty particles. Hence, the water supply is considered not fit for drinking the water by the residents which is in contravention to safety guidelines of drinking water as formulated by quality council of india {qcl}
                                      Moreover, it is fundamental right to access the drinking water for life and health of public by civic authorities. As a result of this, a great tension have been prevailed amongst the residents due to danger to out break of water borne diseases and skin disorders like diarrhea, dysentery, gastro & skin allergy.

                                      I, humbly, request your good self to look into this issue on ‘top priority basis’ and remedial steps be taken to provide drinkable water urgently to the residents of gali no.-6, lalita park, laxmi nagar.
