Our water meter K.No. [protected] is running very fast and every month the consumption show very high. We are five people and all are working. Whole day the house is locked . We have also noticed that nobody in our surrounding get this much bill. It was also observed that our meter still works when there is no water supply. every body in the neig hbours claim that they have received zero amount bill while all are in the home

    I had complained earlier and my grievance Id is[protected]. I was told that it has been rectified, I.e. The water pipe in Chaman park next to 12 street in Sarvapriya vihar, New Delhi-16 which was leaking, has been fixed, but it is still leaking, please fix the same as lot of water is being wasted. Every day, I have already contacted on telephone but it has not been rectified.

      I am inform u that in my area kotla village mayur vihar phase-1 delhi 110091 have a car washing center without any permission and it is totally illegal and Peoples are facing so much problem by this center like the water is fell down on everywere that cause many deases like dengue, chickenguniya etc.
      so I am requested you that please take some neccesary action for this,

        Dear concerned,
        We would like draw your kind attention about the bad situation in our area where water supply comes once in 4-5 days with very low pressure. We also would like to mention that today we are writing this complaint with so much pain becouse recently a member of family is dimised and there are lots of guests in our home, but with no water.

        We as a citizens of delhi we request you to look into the matter as early as possible.

          I made the following Complaint to CHIEF of delhi jal board. Amazing thing i observed is that The Department themself does not follows the instruction of head office. I understand getting job in delhi jal board is not easy. but please do some work to justify your salary.

          I humbly request you to kindly draw your attention toward problem of poor underground piping in my Gali. I made several complaint before to appropriate authorities but no solution has been reached so far. My Mother is a old age lady. We leave her back home for work. How she manages to carry water from neighbourhood houses she only knows it.

          In my family and most of the people who stays here are working middle class. Into service sector. we can’t afford to take holidays every time and visit various Delhi jal board offices.

          The operation staff has always given us deaf years. They don’t even bother to understand the issues and difficulties we are facing without water in our homes.

          Low pressure water is the excuse is always given to us. I want to ask simple one question. When the gali’s which are connecting to my gali from both the ends are getting normal pressure of water right from 6 am to 10 am. Why we are not getting a single drop of water in our pipeline.

          Multiple valves has been installed at various positions but no one from delhi jal board is bothered to check the pressure level in my gali.

          At the other end which is connecting with gali no 27 got immense amount of water pressure. It hardly takes 10 foot pipe to connect that pipeline to our gali.

          Again for this excuse and reasons is given that the residents of other gali are not allowing to install connecting pipeline . with power and authority to DJB how can some handful of people take law in their hands and restricts the free flow of essential commodities to other homes and to stream line the flow of water.

          With my both hands folds I humbly request you to take corrective measure. The solution I am seeking is not something required huge efforts. But with so many failures of requests. My ultimate hope is ur door.

          I am very sadden by the services and response against my several complaints made. I am almost dishearten and hopeless for any solution.

          I m staying in Gali no 18 E sadh nagar, Palam colony New Delhi 110045. My gali is connecting from two ends i.e first end is gali no 27 where the current pipeline is working absolutely perfect even with low or absolute low level of pressure water availability is very much normal. the resident around is not allowing the connection of 10 feet pipe line to our current pipe line in our gali with the reason that this will low there water flows at home.

          Other second end is kanwal bharti public school point where the valve has been installed and is close by the residents because of there own selfish and illogical reasons which suggest opening the valve will low there house pressure and they dont want to share water with other galis.

          I have made several complaints on the help line 1916 with acknowledgement number[protected],[protected],[protected] but no fruitful result was given.

          I am surprised by the feedback from the concerned department which suggested there there is a low pressure in palam area. which is not actual the problem in my case. I m facing problem because of bad interconnection ( poor piping planning) of my gali pipeline with adjacent lines

          all is required is opening of valve and connecting hardly 10 feet water pipe to my gali line. which will help the around 30 houses in my area to get water. not just that it will also stream line the availability of water in my area

          if you cant provide the solution please also suggest where from do i get water to satisfy my daily basic necessity of life for survival

            Respected Sir,
            the water first of comes at 2 am in the morning. we sleep late after our whole days work and we wake up at 2-3 am jus to switch on the motor so that water starts pumping.. we check the water as well with the tap running and it had been smelling horrible. the water can't be used for anything.. this has been happening for a week now. i stay in gautam nagar. please fix this problem because its of no use pumping that water we can't use it for drinking washing bathing or any other purpose for which we need water. this is a very serious matter that delhi gal board shall look into. we are all working class people we need to shower daily we need to drink daily as human body requirements. do look into this matter.

              Dear sir, i am resident of Sec 25 rohini pocket 3, we are suffering from poor water supply, not response on complaints, we get water alternate day but water is full of mud and not usable, we are service class ppl, can not Wait entire day for clean, water, can be get any solution we can get pure water, every day. situation is worst please help. we are buying drinking water but for daily use we can not buy.

                I am a resident of d-35, old gupta colony. my connection no. is [protected]. on 21/09/2016 the delhi jal board employees checked the supply pipe on some complaint and while doing so they broken my connection pipe. they left it unattended till now i. e. the next day. i do not have sufficient water to bath and to drink. i do not have any other arragement e. g. boring water too. so kindly help me to sort out this serious problem as early as possible. otherwise i would have only a solution to approach the higher authorities.

                  I am a resident to gali no.6, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delhi. I want to draw your kind attention that the delhi jai board/east zone has been supplying contaminated and filthy water in the water connection provided in houses of gali no.-6, lalita park, laxminagar for the last one & half month. It is worth mentioning that the water is contaminated with sewage water containing yellowish color with foul smell and suspended dirty particles. Hence, the water supply is considered not fit for drinking the water by the residents which is in contravention to safety guidelines of drinking water as formulated by quality council of india {qcl}
                  Moreover, it is fundamental right to access the drinking water for life and health of public by civic authorities. As a result of this, a great tension have been prevailed amongst the residents due to danger to out break of water borne diseases and skin disorders like diarrhea, dysentery, gastro & skin allergy.
                  The matter has been moved to the notice of delhi jal board by the residents from time to time but no any fruitful action seems to be taken by the concerned authorities.
                  I, humbly, request your good self to look into this issue on ‘top priority basis’ and remedial steps be taken to provide drinkable water urgently to the residents of gali no.-6, lalita park, laxmi nagar.

                    I, resident of, House No-RZV-8Nanda block Mahavir Enclave New Delhi_45 would like to request you that i got my water bill of Rs 6231/- for 14 Months(28.03.2015 to 18.05.2015) I have pay Rs 6231 which is unexpectedly high in respect of the water usage.and we have pending bill Rs1623 which is to be zero amount. We are living only 2-3 people in house and no one stay at Home during day time, as everybody has to go to office .Water usage is only for two times in 24 hours i.e. Morning and Evening. We are using less than 10000 ltr water in a month.It is a totally salted water & this water not for uses all things.water units is getting increase. I think the reason of salted water So please check it and also meter.

                    I therefore request you to please look into this matter and do the needful.

                        Our water meter ( K. No. [protected]) is running very fast and every month shows the consumption beyond 60KL where as we have the total storage capacity 800 litre and we are just two people.We also noticed that no body in our surroundings get this much bill. It was also observed that our meter still works when there in no water supply.

                        In this context a complaint letter was submitted on July 8, 2016 to the local office in Janakpuri, New Delhi and it was received by the local office under their reference 8955 dated 8.7.16. I would like to bring your kind notice that no action has been taken till date and the department keep on sending the bills.

                        I would, therefore, request you to kindly looking into the matter and resolve the issue so that a new bill with actual amount will be raised.

                          I am the resident of WZ_592, Khatiyo wali gali, Naraina Village, New delhi-110028, last week sewage water is leaked and overflow. MCD person came but they did not rectify the leakage properly and now this dirty sewer water is contaminated with main supply line of DJB drinking water and supplied in whole locality. this may lead to many water born disease. Hence we are requesting you please rectify the leakage so that we can get clean drinking water.

                              We are facing this problem from around a 1month, Our nearest all sewers is blocked due to which water level has been rising in our commode.Now the situation is so bad sewer in front of my house is sewer blocked and overflowing. There is a very foul and bad smell all around, hence mosquitoes developed in the area, and gutters of surrounding house have been chocked and completely blocked. We are already launched complaint but nobody attend the compliant in your side, so please we are again request to your department please this is very serious problem so please resolve the our problems.                                   We are residential of block-Q, Budh vihar phase -2, sharma colony, delhi -86 . Water is supplied at irregular timings. Sometimes there is completely no water supply for more than 1 week. We are being face a big problem that there is no timing of water supply. I would request djb to kindly fix water timings to some early hours in the morning and few hours late evening so that everybody can get water.

                                    Today i download the djb app and the bill generated is showing is 62 unit, though my present reading is 20 unit.

                                      I am a resident of j-1947, 1st floor, chittaranjan park, new delhi - 110019.

                                      1) since the last one month the quantity of water supply has reduced to 30% of what we used to get originally. There seems to be a technical problem that has persisted since one month. Please have this issue resolved.

                                      2) i am also receiving inflated water bills of almost 3 times the amount that we used to pay originally, and what our other neighbors pay presently. The inspector has not come to check the meter reading since last 1 year. Then how come bills are being generated and what is the logic behind the inflated charge that is being affected.

                                      The djb inspector of the area is mr. Ashok is non traceable during necessities.

                                      Please have these 2 issues investigated and have them resolved asap.
