Dear sir,
I mrs anuja gaur vide k no-[protected] recd bill for rs-38444 for the period-04.05.2011 to 06.07.2016. Earlier from last seven year there was not a single drop of water at my residence, where as bill received timely. As of now water supply is started to palam rajnagar area. We have change the meter as per govt notification and waiver of bill for the period of non supply of water. We have submitted the receipt of meter installation and personnel application on 27 may 16 for generation of new bill after waive off to our zonal vasant kunj but after three months of time nobody arrived for meter reading. How much more time delhi jal board is required to resolve the issue. My mobile no.[protected]

    Hi,
    I don't like water wastage anywhere. I feel very sad whenever I see wastage of water. But near my residence, huge quantity of water is wasting on daily basis due to open water pipe. When supply water starts coming in the morning and evening then water flows continously. Today (10.09.2016) Saturday, when I go to the user of the motor on (1st floor, E 183, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi 110096, Street no. 9) tell them to stop this unnecessary wasting of water then the woman in the house used lots of abusing words to me, two men present in the home abused me lot of bad words and was going to beat me and said, this water wastage doesn't effect anybody. After listen the noise, the boy present in the another flat on the same floor also abused me.

    I am not getting, what should I do..
    so I am complaining on this portal.

    If you all think that water wastage is not good, then please take immediate action against them.

    Sir, This is to inform you that in Meethapur ext. there are three unauthorised colour factories are working and cause of which water level is going down very quickly. Also they all spreading water on roads due to which mosquito are increasing and roads are wearing and tearing.

      The Delhi government had announced free water for 5 years which was in effect until this sudden latest bill of Rs 611 has been sent !

      MY METER IS OK.

      I tried hard to register this on djb.gov.in but failed because the website is not working properly.

      Please fix the bill after solving the case.

      दिल्ली सरकार ने 5 साल के लिये पानी मुफ्त घोषित किया था जो कि अब तक लागू भी था.मगर इस बार अचानक 611 रु. का बिल भेज दिया गया है

      मेरा मीटर बिलकुल ठीक है.

      मैंने djb.gov.in पर इसे रजिस्टर करने के लिए काफ़ी कोशिश की लेकिन असफल रहा क्योंकि वेबसाइट ठीक से काम नहीं कर रही है।

      कृपया मामले को सुलझाकर बिल को ठीक करने की कृपा करें.

      I am having my K.no.[protected] and receiving the bill all the time Rs.900 or Rs. 800 each term whereas I am single person and no water motor is there.Number one quality of water is very poor the color of water is muddy and much resi8due deposits in vessel.

        I am resident of add-34 shalimar park Ext Shahdra East Delhi, from last 2-3 months my home water supply become worst day by day, Smell of water not goes even after water purified by RO, we can't use supply water even for daily house hold works.

        It was alarming situation for health factor as well.

        Kindly look into it & resolve it.
        We are very grateful if it is reslove asap.

            Last 90 days infect more than 90 days we are not getting water supply on daily basis, previously we were getting water supply on daily basis but now these days we are getting water supply on alternate day basis.

            Point Number -2. The quality of water is not good some times we receiving dirty water and it has very bad smell, request you please check this issue and solve the same.

              I m a 70 years old senior citizen living with my 66 yrs old wife in a DDAs LIG flat in East of Kailash, N. Delhi.Our colony, s water were replaced by DJB in Nov., 2014 & accordingly a meter no.15065365 was installed at my premises on 28.11.14. Ever since the said meter was installed I started getting water bills showing inaccurate highly inflated meter reading & it became a regular feature as every time I used to visit DJB office at Giri Nagar to get the bill corrected.Ultimatly after lot of efforts at my end it was inferred by meter reader that the water meter is not getting activated and hence need replacement.Ultimately the above meter was replaced by another meter no. 15045101 on 18.02.2016.But even after the installation of this new meter this problem of highly factitious bills resurfaced, Recently bill no.[protected] dtd.22.07.2016 was corrected as bill no.[protected] dtd.26.07.2016 and bill no.[protected] dated 07.09.2016 was amended as bill no.[protected] dtd. 07.09.2016.It is a matter of great agony for me to every time visit DJB office for rectification of such regular factitious bills which r always on very high side .It clearly shows that this is due to the carelessness of your personnel involved in noting down the water meter reading.I have repeatedly spoken to SPML people in this respect but that too has not yielded any positive results so far and I m still getting bills with wrong meter reading which are always on very high side.Everytime going to your office for this job is really extremely painstaking job.I request to u to humbly to look in to this matter and to see and to ensure that I start getting my water bills with actual meter reading and not with highly factitious meter reading as I m usually and regularly getting.                 We are holding water connection Vide KNO [protected] since last 20 years.
                our monthly water consumption is around 25- 30 Units.
                The above mentioned bill is from (27th July to 4th Sept.) is of 37 days. accordingly should have been billed for 30 - 35 units. However the same has been billed for 161 Units which is abnormally high.
                Kindly look in to the matter and do necessary rectifications. we are depositing bill under protest. necessary credit for rectification may please be given to my account.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have two water connection in two different premises. The bill amount for D-175 West Vinod Nagarwith new K.no [protected] for 62 days with 79 Units is Rs. 1865 and for my another meter of C-39 Mandawali Unchepar with K.no [protected], The bill amount for 68 Days with 90 units is Rs. 3070.
                    When asked DJB staffer for the calculations of these two bills... They guys were clue less and started giving non-sense answers.
                    Even when i complained about this to ZRO then he also had no clue about how to calculate the exact amount given in the bill.
                    These people with no education should not be given jobs in first place and there training should be done on regular basis so that they guys could be the right representative for the Post they guys are handling.

                            We have received water bill of rs.3253 for 75 days.
                            As the bill has not been generated with monthly cycle maximum unit consumed has been calculated with high slab.

                            If the bill would have been generated with monthly cycle the units would have been calculated with lower slab, which will be reflected as our actual cost of water.

                                I (Madhu bhargava) residence of block-b, himgiri enclave, gali no.13, burari.

                                I had applied in djb for getting water supply and also submitted an amount of rs.6510 for new connection, my kno number is [protected], and also doing my regular followup with djb staff but still not getting water supply from djb due to that i am facing much more problems on daily basis and also i have two kids in my family and they are getting stomach infection. I am requesting to all to please help me on the matter and please provide us djb supply on urgent basis.

                                  I am a resident of street no.1, rameshwar nagar, azadpur. For about 15 days we are receiving water that is extremely dirty and having very foul smell. The water is so dirty that it seems if it is coming directly from sewage, also it could not be used even for cleaning or washing purposes.

                                  As an outcome of this, people of this area are facing too much health issues. We end up buying mineral water for drinking purposes.

                                  I am unable to understand why the water is released for consumers without treating properly. This is very critical matter and needs to be looked after and resolved on priority.

                                    Delhi Jal Board -We r getting Sewage Water since last 2 wks please solve the issue ASAP. I am resident of parampuri chowk Uttam Nagar near shiv mandir, New delhi-110059.                                       I am one of the resident of east guru angad nagar, gali no 5, Laxmi Nagar. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past three month or more which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from severage or naala water please help and support us in this matter since it is becoming a serious issue. It is a very pathetic situation rigt now for the resident.
