Respected sir,

An unauthorized and illegal water connection working in ward no.2 near achar factory mehrauli, new delhi - 110030, #1. I have make so many phone jal board delhi, but no action have been taken.
And they will be put the connection at night after 10'o clock

No any action taken by delhi jal board on my complaints. So please disconnect and take the action against o[censored]nauthorized and illegal water connection.

please note the sewage dirty water throw in the park by
labor. Contractor not properly work in this area.
Dear sir/Madam, There is no water supply in sector 28, GH-1, Rohini..even water line has been installed since last three years. But no one is listening. Please help.Regards, Anand Pandey

    We are unable to understand our bills,
    We have already paid 1047/- and now another bill of 1099/- as per file attached, there are not mentioned any subsidy by the government. And in our other bills 100 % subsidy is mentioned.

    Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest.

      I am a senior citizen aged 90 years, residing at e 90 greater kailash part 2. My kno no. Is [protected]. I received a water bill for period 24 nov 2015 to may 2016 for rs 78064. I lodged a complaint in writing to delhi jal board, chirag delhi on 04 jun, 2016. After numerous visits, a new bill was generated for period 15 sep, 2014 to 25 may, 2016 amounting to rs 61780 by this office. I was informed that the meter readings were never taken for 20 months after installation of new meters in jul, 2014. I was advised to apply for 25% rebate as permitted by the govt. Which i did on 23 jul, 2016. I have made another three visits to their office without any progress on the matter. I am unable to understand why law abiding citizens like me are being harassed. The zro and his staff are most unhelpful and are either missing from their chairs or unwilling to do anything. How can a bill for 6 months be more than that of 20 months, which includes those six months? The toll free telephone numbers do not respond. Should i have to beg for a proper bill so that i can pay it in time?

        I here by want to draw your kind notice towards worst pipe line supply water in vijay enclave g-block.initially the supply was ok, but after jat andolan in hariyana the supply has been effected badly. public of vijay enclave area are suffering from this problem badly. without notification pipe line supply water stoped for 08-15 days.in other part of delhi before stopping of pipe line at-least message is given by djb by media and newspaper, but why in this colony message is not conveying to the people of vijay enclave? this problem is occurring on regular basis after every one or two months.

        Ince water is life line for human beings, without water how the public will survive their life?. some mafia are in every colony they have operated their business by supply salty water and illegally charging rs 700-1000 every month from one house. they are operating from jet submersible pump.
        O i would like to please rectify the problem of water supply in our area we will be thankful to you.

          I received SMS for water bill of Rs. 1091.00 due date for payment is 9th Aug 2016. I would like to inform you that I have installed water meter on 8th May 2016 and submitted application to ZRO South III, DJB Office, GK I on 12th May 2016. Bill amount send without taking meter reading. I request you to kindly look into the matter and solve the issue.

            Sir,

            This is to bring to your kind attention that my water bill under k. no. [protected] is coming in excess for the last three times.

            My last bill was for rs. 748/- after adjusting the arrears of rs. 1409/- where i went to the delhi jal board office at rajender nagar. they told me to pay the same as it cannot be adjusted. now, i received my bill for rs. 1611/- which again too high for a family of four people.

            I am a salaried person in private service and have a limited income where i cannot afford to pay such high bills for water consumption which is very limited. please look into this matter and adjust the bill as it is very high.

            If no solutions is provided in this issue, then i will write to the chief minister's office. when my consumption is below 20000 litres per month, then how can i be billed for the same.

            Please do the needful and provide a solution to this problem.

              I have received the above highly exaggerated bill of Delhi Jal Board recently which shows 100 as reading in my meter no.15045101 on 9th July 2016 whereas the actual reading in water meter no 15045101 on 26th July2016 at 7.0AM is 52.3.I do not understand how this wrong & factitious reading has been noted down by your meter reader which has generated such a highly exaggerated bill of wrong amount . This has led me to a lot of mental agony & trouble as I m a 70 years old senior citizen living alone with my old wife & the we both being old persons hardly consume much water.The question of such high consumption does not at all arise as we both live alone.As per this my consumption upto 26th July 2016 is 52 .0 in more than 6 moths which is very much in under 20KL per month and as such my bill amount should be zero.Pl. look into the matter & rectify the bill.Thanks,

                Sir,

                With due respect i want to submit the following facts for your kind consideration and necessary action.

                1. i am a law abiding and peace loving retired government senior citizen (75 years) living along with my family in my own above said house.
                2. sh. mohinder singh tanwar s/o late sh. ram kishan is constructing three stories building with a provision of other stories on his plot no. wz-1097. the small portion of the back wall of his plot is on the side of my above said house. he has constructed main gate and balconies on my side and also on the portion of my balcony.
                3. the matter has already been reported vide letter no. sk/u constt./july/2016 dated 6.8.16 received on 8.7.16 and its reminder 1 of even no. dated 18.07.16 to the dy commissioner and executive engineer b (i) of south delhi municipal corporation, west zone, tagore garden, new delhi-110027 for taking necessary actions to stop and demolish the unauthorized construction of main gate and balconies of my side.
                4. he has already installed a sewer line on my side without your permission and also made a provision for installation of water line and electricity line.
                5. the matter has also been reported to the sho mayapuri, new delhi-110064 on dated 17.07.16.
                I therefore request your good self to take urgent necessary action to stop this unauthorized installation of sewer and water line on the back side of the plot on my side. if it is not being stopped, it will create problems in our small street (5-6 feet) for us, all inhabitants and over burden on public amenities of this place.

                  This is to submit your kind notice that i jitender resident of a 1/102 sec 16 rohini is very much harassed by the partial water supply into my area i always waits till 2 am in night to get my day to day was water usage whereas in front of me my neighbors enjoys the 24 hr supply
                  And whatever the supply i got is filled with dirt and smelled water... This may also may harm our health
                  So hereby i am requesting you to please check the whole line and check the problem

                    For about 3 months, water supplied by delhi jal board is dirty and smelling. We are falling ill and have lost all patience now. Our routine life is disturbed because of this. I and my family is not getting the basic necessity of life. Kindly help, its a matter of emergency now. I have made several complaints during the last 3 months on customer care number 1916 and before this there was another customer care number. When i make complaint on customer care number 1916, i get message that your water problem will be resolved in 3-4 days. And we get good water for one to two days and thereafter, we get dirty, foul smelly water supply. And again we have to make complaint on customer care number 1916. And we get good water supply after 3-4 days for only one or two days and thereafter we get dirty, foul smelly water supply for a week. This matter is going for the last 3 months. I request the concerned jal board officers to kindly look into the matter so that we get constant good drinking water supply.

                        It is almost a quarter when djb personnel tried to clean main wholes on main road but all in vain. The main road is smelling and dirt is oozing out but djb has ignored their work.
                        Cm claims perfection over its department working, hence this complaint should be brought to his attention to understand the ground realities of department and instruct department head for corrective action
                        Similar situation is in front of house no a3/4 where msin whole is blocked and no action is being taken inspite of on line complaunt

                          During february 2016 a bill of rs.12508.54 was sent to me for payment of water bill to pay to avoid disconnection.
                          I paid rs.12509/- in november 2015 but eventually an amount of rs. 2808.62 have been adjusted (Details of which have not been given to me) and balance of rs.9700/- is lying with djb. On my repeated requests for refund of this huge amount, they have not taken any action.
                          Through this forum i once again request djb to refund me rs.9700/- immediately.

                            Consumer k no [protected] bill amount rs 6966.00

                            Please note that the premises has been locked after demise of the occupants since may 2015.

                            There is no usage of water & that we receiving this escalated bills despite flat being locked & vacant.

                            Kindly have this reversed.

                              I am one of the resident of prithiv park gail no.8, tilak nagar n. d 110018 area. our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past couple of months which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. it smells like it comes from some sewage water. water supply is not coming on time there is a crises of water in our area,
                              please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue.

                              We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter and take the necessary action.

                                I m jagdeep solanki, resident of palam village chottiyal, near khari kuan, new delhi 45, this is apprise you that couple of days before upon complaint some of your workers came to my locality to check the reason for over flowing sewerage. But they were unable to open the cover, hence they broke the cover from the meddle and left it like that. Now the entire mohalla is in profound suffering and compelled to live in the unhygienic condition due to the blocked / choked and overflowing sewer lines.

                                My earnest request you to get it repaired at the earliest as this opens up right in from my house too and has very much chances of water borne deceases.

                                Looking forward for you urgent attention on the matter.

                                  An amount of 11265 Rs. against K. No. [protected] has been received with bill no.[protected] for the period 26 April'16 to 26 Jun'16. The bill generated for the same K.No. for the time period 3 Jan'16 to 9 March'16 was only 106 Rs and before that was also of almost same amount.

                                  There is some error in bill generation for this time and I have also noticed that you have charged 3999.5 Rs. against the sewerage charges, which is incorrect.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and regenerate my water bill again.
