Dear sir

I am one of the resident of subhash nagar area. our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. it smells like it comes from some sewage water. water supply is not coming on time there is a crises of water in our area, please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue

Due to drinking of this water my daughter was hospitalized for 5 days

We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter and take the necessory action

    Choked and overflowing sewer, at kalkaji extension 1/8 behind kalkaji police station

    Please be informed that we are suffering and are forced to live in most unhygenic conditions due choked and overflowing sewer behind our house at 1/8 Kalkaji Extension, Behind Kalkaji Police station.
    Several complaints have been made through phone number 1916, and also through the online but no concrete action has been taken.
    We request that the complete sewer line behind the be cleaned at the earliest so that the premises...

      Dear sir /madam,
      My domestic water kno no - [protected] & received the water bill against
      Bill no[protected] dated.[protected].
      Bill period 17.01.2013 to 29.06.2016

      The water bill submitted by djb - charged:

      Rs. 854.23 - for period of 18.01.2013 to[protected]
      Rs. 901.61 for period of[protected] to[protected].
      Rs. 671.62 for adjustment details are listed below late payment charges
      Opening balance/adjustment, if any (rs.)
      Rs. 2428 total due

      As per our present delhi government announcement in newspaper/ mobile
      Ms & posters states that "domestic water bill exempt upto nov
      -2015"
      Therefore i visited at zro (w) mukherjee nagar & submitted the
      Complaint no - in above discrepancy in water bill,
      The official staff had allowed a partial rebate of rs. 1367, now the balance out standing rs. 1061, is chargable.

      I am not aware what for rs. 1061, is to be payable. please make correction for no dues.

      Note : water bill are enclosed for your
      Reference.

        My k no. Is [protected] received maximum bill in may 2016 and paid a bill of inr 2500 in june 2016. Daily usage of water is always minimum then also bill generation always high. Now after paid bill in june, new bill generate in june-july 2016 for 1 month of inr 537. I m asking for high bill with minimum usage and unnecessary 1 month bill generation.
        I request u pl resolve my problem and not capable for payable unnecessary bill.
        Also pl look in the matter and take action. If any delay from any end then we will go to the djb higher authority.

[protected] has been received vide bill no.[protected] dated 13/05/2016 for making payment. the hon'ble chief minister has ordered that all the unpaid bills are being waived off.in view of the directions of the hon;ble chief minister (shri arvind kejriwal), my unpaid bill bearing no.[protected] dated 13/05/2016 for rs. 44897/- (rupees forty four thousand eight hundred ninety seven may kindly be waived off.

            Respected sir, inspite of our repeated representations we are continually recieving wrong billing. our four meters were stolen and replaced by the department (stamped copies attached) dated 28.11.13 and our last bill dt:29.03.14 shows negative amount bill no. amount and k. no alongwith new meter numbers installed alongwith the amount deposited against wrong billing and the reciept number and date are mentioned below for your kind perusal.

            1. k. no[protected] bill no[protected] dt:29.03.14 amt. due (-) 1304 new meter no 93362 amt dep.7000 recpt no 8500 dt 30.10.15

            3. k. no[protected] bill no[protected] dt 29.03.14 amt due (-) 2659 new meter no 93335 amt dep. 5500 recpt no 8501 dt 30.10.15
            4. k. no[protected] bill no[protected] dt 29.03.14 amt due (-) 1304 new meter no 93327 amt dep. 7391 recpt no 142220 dt 30.10.15
            Our four meters were stolen and replaced by the above mentioned new meters (djb stamped copy attached) dt 28.11.13 last bills recd dt 29.03.14 show negative amounts and since the premises was not in use there was no consumption and only few months ago we have given the premises on rent and since then we have recieved wrong billing and even forced to pay only then our representation will be considered hence we deposited under pressure on 30.11.14 (amounts as detailed above).
            We have come to know that our records have not been updated with new meters. actual consumption is only a fraction of the amount we have been forced to deposit.
            We request you to please update your records and correct the bill so the same may please be cleared and we may recieve our refund.

                Inflated bill: (Bill id:[protected] dt 17.4.2016 for rs 1526/-
                New k. No. : [protected]; old wcn: jp-9573 in the name of ajit kumar jain

                (Earlier reference: grievance no. :[protected]; uploaded on delhi grievance monitoring system (Pgms. Delhi. Govt.In) on 23.5.2016).

                I am sorry to point out that my earlier grievance has still not been resolved. After lodging my grievance, only once i got a call from mobile no.[protected], advising me to send the photo of the water meter showing the latest reading on ‘whatsapp’. Accordingly, my daughter specially went to my place on 29.5.2016, to take photograph of the water meter (Showing the reading as “423”). I sent the photo of the meter showing the reading on 30.5.2016 by ‘whatsapp’ on this number, requesting for the amended bill. Unfortunately there was no response. Now again a fresh bill has been received for rs 2790/- including the previous bill amount. I again reiterate that no one is staying in the house since nov 2015 except for 6 days of my visit in the first week of may 2016 and there is no water consumption since nov 2015 except for those 6 days of may 2016. As such the current reading remains same, i. E. “423”, which was taken on 29.5.2016. You are requested to issue a fresh bill based on the reading of “423” so that the bill can be settled correctly.
                I once again request you to issue in future a minimum consumption bill till april 2017 as i am expecting to start living in this house only after april 2017 (After my retirement).

                  Even after several complaints water leakage complaint in Mahavir Enclave F block gali no -1, near church palam new delhi never gets resolved never cares inspite of fresh water being an important resource to be conserved.

                  The water gets wasted and runs down the drain whenever their is corporation water supply.

                  The area is near the church gali no-1 mahavir enclave palam,

                  If gov't.officials do not do their duty properly how do they expect pay raise. Even tanks providing water leak...

                    I am one of the resident of govind puri ext gali number-6 kalkaji. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past 4 days which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. Smell of water is so dangerous like a sewage so i am thinking it is directly coming from sewage or drainage and water color is black and brown. It is a big problem for us as we have to purchase water from outside for bathing and cleaning utensils. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue.
                    We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter.

                          Sir i m residing at house no f 127 nanak pura with my oldage parents.. today meter reader came to my house. the water meter installed in box. he asked my parents to open the box cover. my father is bed ridden patient. he was not able to open that... meter reader said this not my duty to open cover and refuse to open it and went back without taking the reading..

                          Your are requested to take suitable action against the meter reader and to arrange a meter reader to take reading of this month.

                            We are the residents of east delhi partparganj vidhansabha, mandawali railway colony, street no.9 but no one is care about our mohalla. we are tackling the problem of water from past 5 years, some times it is the problem of no supply, some time sewage water supply, some time waste material comes in our connection pipe line... it is a tremendous situation for this street but we are help less...

                            Write now from two days (06/07/2016) there is no supply in our street and there are 50 families are living in this street without water supply...

                            Please do something other wise we are in trouble...

                            since last two months, water is available only for an hour 6am-7am in the morning which is not at all sufficient.

                              Below mentioned e-mail was sent delhi jal board complain desk on 27/06/2016, but as if now no response from there side. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                              "Hello All,
                              Please find the attached file of my latest bill and last payment receipt which was paid on 27/05/2014 and after 2 years you guys are sending us this bill in the Amount of Rs/-12005.00. Even reading which was mentioned in the bill isn't accurate what we have in the meter and no body came to check from your side. So how it was assumed by your billing department that this will be meter reading and why the bills wasn't sent to us between: May/2014 till May 2016. Even I checked it before this, but every time your system showing me 0.00 balance, so sudden how you guys are sending me a bill of 2 years water consumption with this huge amount and one more thing my water consumption is always less then 20KL and I am always eligible for rebate, so how it is calculated.
                              Please review it properly and let me know, also please send me detailed information about my water uses monthly wise or as per bill generation system and also brief me why you are sending me a bill so late.

                                My ca no. [protected], i have registered my self in[protected], now i forget my password & user_id. i tried to reset through forgot password through k. no. & mobile no. after entering k. no. & mobile system shown invalid user_id/mobile no. kindly reset & send message to my mobile.

                                Further to above, kindly refer my bill id.[protected] bill date 31-03-16 amounting to rs.484.68 total consumption is 21 kl &[protected] bill date 20-06-16 amounting to rs.369.39 total consumption is 17 kl.

                                In this regards, it is stated that delhi government is already announce every month 20000 liter water is free. i am unable to understand why this bill raised to me.

                                  With Due respect i want to draw your kind attention towards my water bill, which is of rs 3387. I am regularly paying my water consumption bill but still this bill amount came. My home water consumption is same from years.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    We have a house in Dayaram Appartment, T-92, Wrd No. 6, Mehrauli. But we do not recieve water at many days at a stretch...

                                    Usually the water comes only for about 2 hours, once in every 3 days. Request your help & intervention for the same.

                                      My djb water connection no. is [protected], water meter no. is 289341 and present meter reading (after use of more than 7 months) is 54 (see image). my may 16 water bill was of rs.510/- and june 16 is of rs.1236/- showing use of 102 units of water which is absolutely wrong.
                                      Please do needful to correct the bill.
