Sewer line blocked of c block rajouri garden ( c-1 to c-32)
I am resident of c-29 rajouri garden since 48 years, our sewer line of c block rajouri garden is blocked and several complaints to djb have gone to deaf ears, last 5 days i have been running around to various departments of djb but the situation remains the same.
The old line is partially blocked and djb officials don't want to clear the blockage due to vested interests,...

This is in regard to the policy:Average Basis, they are applying, instead of applying Actual Basis. Because our meter is in working condition also and in spite of it Delhi Jal Board is calculating our bill amount on the basis of Average Policy. Because of which we are not able to take the exemption benefit.
So please take the actual reading and then generate the invoice after giving us exemption benefit.

It is to draw the attention of the authority towards the smelly and dirty water supply in the bhajan pura, c-block, delhi - 110053. We are facing this problem from last 10-12 months. Most of the c- block sewar are also over flowing but no body from the djb is serious about this until mass population of that area suffers from contaminated and water born deceases....

This is in regard to the excess billing of water by delhi jal board.
our bill amount 2229 is for 3 months however we did not used this much amount of water. we both are working so no one stay at home.. my hardly request to you kindly check our meter . please discount our bill amount.

I am residing at a-111 ashok nagar mandoli road near shukra bazar .For last two months, every time in the morning and evening at the time of supply of drinking water i am getting dirty and foul water which one can not use for drinking purpose and very dangerous to health.
You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to supply the clean drinking water in the interest of public....

This is in regard to the excess billing of water by delhi jal board or owner of the flat.
We paid amount of 8742 for 3 months however we did not used this much amount of water.Owner charged us with his amount as well and on asking to correct the bill brought in the fake billing person and refused to return our paid amount.
Please let us know how what is the procedure to et this sort out.

Recently djb has layed down new water lines in mahendru encalve for d-block residents. However since commissioning residents are facing problems as we are occasionally getting water in the new line. Problem is aggravated since last 3 days- (Ie no water)..

Please look into the matter.

I am avinash living in arjun park area from 2012, my k.No is new kno: [protected] in the name of my mother laxmi thakur i got my first bill in 2014 of rs 3500(Approx) i was already complaint in nearest office after that submit written application in vasant kunj office but still i am not getting any response from any one.

No one came for check meter reading i got my second bill on feb 2016 of rs 3947/- according to bill my meter...

I have installed new water connection in August-2015 ( K.No. [protected] )& submitted all relevant documents related to water meter test report etc. but now I have first water Bill received in Mar.-2016 Amt. Rs. 3154.00 on average basis of reading 194 kl. as the Actual reading in meter is 93 kl. only in 8 months which is below average 20 kl. of rebate so why bill was not sent as per reading. no response from customer care no. 1916 many times...

Complaint;- regarding water bill generation without installation of water meter and non supply of water k no-[protected] bill no[protected] date 19/03/2016 bill amount-2474 there is no water supply in our gali no-9 since begining(Applied for sewer and water connection). No water meter is installed even after fee deposited. How can be bill generated without supplying water. U are requested to intervene for cancellation of water bill and early...

Our water bill is coming excessively high. I have received bill in favour of K.No. [protected] of Rs.11733.00 for this month. This is what is happening with us for last one year. Tried calling DJB office but no one responded.
This is a huge amount we can’t afford this. Kindly look into the matter on priority and arrange to do the needful at the earliest to rectify it.
