Dear Sir,
This is to invite your self that asper your meter reading initiated in 04.03.2016 is 29unites in total for 105 days as monthly consumption upto 20klts are exempted and no charge s
under the limit but it is very strange to note that Rs. 245/- bill has been initiated pls let me know why ? as this should be zero.

Hi, we are very much in shoked that we have been getting water supply for our daily use directly from drain. The water quality is so bad that no one can even smell it. Usage is far way. How can we survive like this. A 31, gali no 10, West vinod nagar, del 92. [protected]....

Since last two weeks or ten days the water that is coming is smelling like drain water . We have no choice but to use it for daily use and buy a lot of water from outside for drinking and bathing which is very expensive . Jal board people had come once like a week back to take water samples and we were very hopeful things will improve but still the problem remains ....

We have received a wrong bill from your side. My New Kno. is [protected] and my connection is dead from 2011 and we have also given a written complaint from ourside to DJB office Najafgarh regarding the disconnect our water connection due to non-availablity of water in pipe line. Thereafter why we are receiving bill for same.

Hi i stay in rajokri village vishwakarma colony. Its been 2 days that water is stinking in home supply . There is a need of strict action as people are getting sick as the water from sewers is getting mixed with the water supplied to houses in the area ..Kindly look in the matter as dats really pathetic...no water to drink ..

Very pathetic condition of water supply having sewage like smell n pale yellow in colour. Facing lots of health problems due to impure water.kindly look into this matter asap....

I am one of the resident of street no 13, Ranjeet Nagar, patel nagar . The water supply in our area is affected and its really very dirty with dust particles and smelly water supplied since two days.It is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. Last 10 days we do not got water in line. We requested[protected] for water tanker got message that request resolved. But we did not got water tanker or line water. There is no option to re-open the complaint. Did lots of call to JE no. But pH not picked-up.

I am Isha Gupta, Living in Pratap Nagar, near gulabi bagh. I am facing poor water supply from almost past one month in this area. In the starting of month due to increased level of Amonia in Yamuna River, water supply was not available for two to three days. Last Saturday due to Jatt Agitation Water Supply problem was also there for Three to Four days. And now today as well, There is no water supply in this area since morning. I am very disappointed...

I am Jahid Kahn, I live in 13 no. gali durga park, post sagarpur, nasirpur road, new delhi - 110045, there is lots of problem with drinking water, after too many days water come but total dirty, in which drane water mixed, it have too much smell and bactria.

Please request you to please take an action as soon as possible to effect the people....

There is lack of water supply as water is not reaching to us since sunday and today is friday and we are without water for 5 days.We have already logged a complaint against it to delhi jal board.They said that it will take some time so in the meantime they will provide tanker but tanker is not yet reached at my house and the toll free no 1916 is also not reachable.

I want to request you to remove the problem related to water supply. Sir I live in lado sarai village, new basti, I have request to online water tanker supply on dated 22 Feb 2016 complaint no[protected], instead of my request, after this date all complaint related to other one has solved but no action has not been taken regarding my complaint. Concern official said that water tanker would be send but they not followed...

Indra park, Palam colony 110045 is suffering from acute water shortage.All the residents are suffering as there is no supply of water and also no Delhi Jal board tankers are provided here.some shops are selling water, but at 5 times rates.we want to receive water supply, what Delhi Jal board can do is they send water in alternate days for atleast one hour so that the residents can fill water for their basic works.if this is not possible than...
