Pls note complaint against Bill id[protected], K.NO – [protected]. Nangloi Water Service 472/A-9

1) As a arrear till 15th Nov, 2015 we have received bill Rs. 7871.41/- which is forgiven.
2) From 15th, Nov, 2015 till 7th, March, 2016 bill received Rs. 1569.81/- at this time period house was closed.
Now totally received bill is Rs . 10327 included 393.58/- as adjustment and late fee Rs. 491.94/-
3) Current status of meter is STOP but it is running and current reading is 3033.
So, kindly pls look into matter and solve to soon.

    I along with my wife aged 75 years & 68 years respectively are resident of Ground Floor of N-8/B Green Park Extension - for past 10 years. We along with other residents in our block are facing a severe problem of Sewer line blockage. In past 8 years the Sewage line has been giving us a perpetual problem every time there were heavy rains, but now since past 1 month the block is on continuous stay and conditions is such that we are unable to...

    Need some assistance of yours.

    Wherein we have faulty Water bill ( K.No.) [protected] shows RTTD in bill though meter seems to be working absolutely fine with meter reading also tken on time ( Current readings are :- 279 Units)

    Tried calling though no response.

    Kindly assistance on same.

      I am avinash living in arjun park area from 2012, my k.No is new kno: [protected] in the name of my mother laxmi thakur i got my first bill in 2014 of rs 3500(Approx) i was already complaint in nearest office after that submit written application in vasant kunj office but still i am not getting any response from any one.

      No one came for check meter reading i got my second bill on feb 2016 of rs 3947/- according to bill my meter status is 202 but actually it reach 111 only.

      I was trying a lot but still i cant get any resolution.

      Still i am not pay any amount in future still i am not going to pay any amount till my bill revised.
      So its my request you to kindly revise my bill accordingly and provide me my revised bill.

        I have installed new water connection in August-2015 ( K.No. [protected] )& submitted all relevant documents related to water meter test report etc. but now I have first water Bill received in Mar.-2016 Amt. Rs. 3154.00 on average basis of reading 194 kl. as the Actual reading in meter is 93 kl. only in 8 months which is below average 20 kl. of rebate so why bill was not sent as per reading. no response from customer care no. 1916 many times called. so pl. look the matter & send the actual bill if any.

          Complaint;- regarding water bill generation without installation of water meter and non supply of water k no-[protected] bill no[protected] date 19/03/2016 bill amount-2474 there is no water supply in our gali no-9 since begining(Applied for sewer and water connection). No water meter is installed even after fee deposited. How can be bill generated without supplying water. U are requested to intervene for cancellation of water bill and early supply of water in gali no-9. Also arrange to install water meter at the earliest. Tks and regards

            Our water bill is coming excessively high. I have received bill in favour of K.No. [protected] of Rs.11733.00 for this month. This is what is happening with us for last one year. Tried calling DJB office but no one responded.
            This is a huge amount we can’t afford this. Kindly look into the matter on priority and arrange to do the needful at the earliest to rectify it.

              Dera sir/mam.

              The water connection no.[protected]
              Named sheela devi is overcharged and wrong bill as per our monthly expenses because our old bills was not so much high as compared to the current bill apperaing now so look the matter on priority and do the needfull.So that the matter resolved and issue will be closed and no matter how the problem gets resolved.

              Hopefully looking the matter to be resolved soon.

              in regards to the above connection no. We have recd wrong bill of Rs, worth 7000/- instead till nov. all the bill is waived off. we are getting 500 litre free water per month, but we hardly used only 200 to 300 litre per day, why are u sending so much of bill, i could not understand.

              we are only three members in family, its not possible to expect of this much of amount. pls revised the bill, so that we can pay accordingly.

              pls pls correct the bill immediately.

                With reference to above K No. I have got overcharged bill. I got the connection installed on 02-Sept-2015 and also got the meter installed and submitted the meter installation report with the Saket DBJ office. After the water connection installation, this is first bill I received i.e. this bill is for approx 6 months.

                As per the meter, actual reading is 57 Kilo liters where as I got bill for 156 Kilo liters bill amount Rs. 2449.
                As per the current DJB policy monthly usage is less than 20 KL per month exempted, so in my case there would no bill charges at all as the monthly consumption is approx 9.5 KL per month.

                Please rectify the bill on the basis of fact given above. If required, you can have meter reading again.

                  The meter status mentioned in the bill generated is showing as ns (No status) which is not correct.The fact is that the premise was un-occupied from time the connection was take. Only from 1st feb 2016, it has been occupied. The reading taken by self on 1st feb 2016 was 3. Our meter is working fine and in good condition...

                  I have received bill in favour of K.No. [protected] of Rs.3327.00 in this month in which arrears of last bill Rs.2022 is added my complain is the bill is made on the average as the metre was stopped but in Jan-2016 the metre was replaced by DJB after in March-2106 still I am receiving the bill on Average basis showing metre stopped. As in Last Bill of Jan-2016 amt. Rs2022/= was made on average metre stopped but the consumption was very less due to Two other metres floor wise installed in August-2015 so the bill was very high and was not deposited by us. so pl. do the needfull & correct the bill so tht actual amont cold be deposited

                    Im a resident of East of kailash, I've received a huge bill of rs.11510, meterno[protected] & rs.7818, meterno[protected] for just 60days and I didn't even received the bill, ID to check it online, I've never received such an huge amount of water bill and I request you to rectify it and look into these matter

                      As per delhi govt. Water bills of e, f, g and h categories are waived 100%, whereas regardeing our water connection rebate is 100% .

                        From last approx 10 years there is heavy leakage of water because i have basement and we did not constructed as lack of money but i found that soil in my uncomplete basement is very wet so i was thinking why it is happening because that leakage by DELHI JAL BOARD water pipeline which is under ground outside in my home and we get to know that leakage, when in my neighbour start constructing their home so they were digging for the pillers after that there is a heavy leakage and that leakage is more when JAL bOARD WATER supply start to homes at every day for 2-3 hours at afternoon time so that leakage is very high so my me and my neighbour complaint to DELHI JAL BOARD so some person came and they dig some area to find that water leakage so they dig 2 pit(gaddhe) and first pit(gaddhe)they found that heavy water leakage is coming from one side so they dig one more pit(gaddha) in 2nd pit(gaddha) they found the leakage but one leakage is coming from one side and other one more leakage means from one more side water was coming what we and local public found and after digging two pits(gaddhe) they are not coming from last 15 days approx, we are calling to come and repair it but every time they are giving excuses and delaying it.
                        And because of that pits(gaddhe) environment is very dirty people are facing problem as that is between street and unfortunately one child is also fall in that he get injured very seriously.
                        And my major concern is about that leakage because that is happening from last 10 years approx and frequent earth quake in DELHI NCR my home is also damaged as base of the home is weak because of leakage so there is very very danger threat for my house which can get affected and any time as base of my home is very weak because of that leakage from last 10 years and which is danger for people near by my home and for us who stay at my home.
                        So i request to take needful steps as soon as possible to repair that leakage and i am sending some picture to solve my issued.

                              Delhi Jal Board — Excessive water bill / water was very dirty[protected], name sanjeev. i ph.no.[protected] Problem is that water was very dirty so we didnt use so water bill was very high, now water line is changed but still smell comes, but now we are using water of corporation but now again bill so high, pl see the matter we can't pay it, earlier we complaint but no solution, nobody listen us, as govt. said earlier bills are excused and now we are using this water in the limit so there should not be any chargeg for this.pl look into the matter and tell us what to do...

                              Dear Sir,

                              In our houses at F-14/21, 22, 23, 24, Model Town - II, Delhi - 110009 from 2 to 3 months water supply from DJB line is very dirty .This may be possible some leakage in water line and mixing sewer line with that. This water can not be used for bathing and any other household purpose because very bad smell in this water. Please take the matter serious.

                              An early action will be highly appreciated.

                              Yes, the water being supplied mostly after 08.00AM to 6 PM is like a sewage water & none can even take a bath. It is a regular practice of the water supply department. Moreover, we the resident of New Lahore Colony, Shastri Nagar, Delhi-110031 prey to the concerned authorities to help us out to get rid of this problem.

                                    I have a water connection no. [protected] in name of hari prasad sahu, r/o c-64, maharani enclave, hastsal road, uttam nagar, new delhi-110059. My complaint is that from the starting of connection supply of water is very poor. Nobody can use this water for any purpose. I also make verbal complaint to the office, but no action has been taken by the department. I again request to you please take an appropriate action on my complaint and ensure the quality of water should be best.
