Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As per the water Bill generated for 72B, Pocket-M, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi 110076 corresponding to KNO: [protected] is 3770.76/- INR (from billing period 09-Jul-2015 to 05-Jan-2016) is not justifiable due to non receipt of intermittent bills after July 2015.Now with an addition of 1453/- INR reaches to 5223.0 Rs as Total. Here our consumption was noticed as 15KL/Month and considered the same for all month inclusive of winter season when it is in peak too.This 15KL/Month is very high for domestic use/4 peoples. So we wish to know the way of consumption counted & also person who live in the floors are employed and day time, vacation, moving to abroad for months etc. are not in use.(We noticed that there is no meter fixed for 72B).Attached copy of water Bill received for your kind notice. This is an inflated water bill generated without proper meter reading.
I request you that the bill may be rectified as early as possible and I shall be highly thankful to you.
