Im a resident of East of kailash, I've received a huge bill of rs.11510, meterno[protected] & rs.7818, meterno[protected] for just 60days and I didn't even received the bill, ID to check it online, I've never received such an huge amount of water bill and I request you to rectify it and look into these matter

    Our water bill is coming excessively high .
    Connection type is- cat i(f) .
    As per delhi govt. Water bills of e, f, g and h categories are waived 100%, whereas regardeing our water connection rebate is 100% .

      From last approx 10 years there is heavy leakage of water because i have basement and we did not constructed as lack of money but i found that soil in my uncomplete basement is very wet so i was thinking why it is happening because that leakage by DELHI JAL BOARD water pipeline which is under ground outside in my home and we get to know that leakage, when in my neighbour start constructing their home so they were digging for the pillers after that there is a heavy leakage and that leakage is more when JAL bOARD WATER supply start to homes at every day for 2-3 hours at afternoon time so that leakage is very high so my me and my neighbour complaint to DELHI JAL BOARD so some person came and they dig some area to find that water leakage so they dig 2 pit(gaddhe) and first pit(gaddhe)they found that heavy water leakage is coming from one side so they dig one more pit(gaddha) in 2nd pit(gaddha) they found the leakage but one leakage is coming from one side and other one more leakage means from one more side water was coming what we and local public found and after digging two pits(gaddhe) they are not coming from last 15 days approx, we are calling to come and repair it but every time they are giving excuses and delaying it.
      And because of that pits(gaddhe) environment is very dirty people are facing problem as that is between street and unfortunately one child is also fall in that he get injured very seriously.
      And my major concern is about that leakage because that is happening from last 10 years approx and frequent earth quake in DELHI NCR my home is also damaged as base of the home is weak because of leakage so there is very very danger threat for my house which can get affected and any time as base of my home is very weak because of that leakage from last 10 years and which is danger for people near by my home and for us who stay at my home.
      So i request to take needful steps as soon as possible to repair that leakage and i am sending some picture to solve my issued.

        People are digging the road and spreading pipe/summer Sewer Pump to obtain water which is illegal.

            Delhi Jal Board — Excessive water bill / water was very dirty[protected], name sanjeev. i ph.no.[protected] Problem is that water was very dirty so we didnt use so water bill was very high, now water line is changed but still smell comes, but now we are using water of corporation but now again bill so high, pl see the matter we can't pay it, earlier we complaint but no solution, nobody listen us, as govt. said earlier bills are excused and now we are using this water in the limit so there should not be any chargeg for this.pl look into the matter and tell us what to do...

            Dear Sir,

            In our houses at F-14/21, 22, 23, 24, Model Town - II, Delhi - 110009 from 2 to 3 months water supply from DJB line is very dirty .This may be possible some leakage in water line and mixing sewer line with that. This water can not be used for bathing and any other household purpose because very bad smell in this water. Please take the matter serious.

            An early action will be highly appreciated.

            Yes, the water being supplied mostly after 08.00AM to 6 PM is like a sewage water & none can even take a bath. It is a regular practice of the water supply department. Moreover, we the resident of New Lahore Colony, Shastri Nagar, Delhi-110031 prey to the concerned authorities to help us out to get rid of this problem.

                  Dear sir,
                  I have a water connection no. [protected] in name of hari prasad sahu, r/o c-64, maharani enclave, hastsal road, uttam nagar, new delhi-110059. My complaint is that from the starting of connection supply of water is very poor. Nobody can use this water for any purpose. I also make verbal complaint to the office, but no action has been taken by the department. I again request to you please take an appropriate action on my complaint and ensure the quality of water should be best.

                      No bill payment is due for my K.No. [protected] . I got harassed by seeing the water bill amount of Rs. 7372/- dated 10/03/2016 is wrongly sent by you . There is no pending bill on my behalf . I've paid total development charges of my plot initially in the beginning .After many requests no meter is installed in my premises by the concerned persons .I'm very helpless and unable to pay heavy water charges imposed. I'm an old lady and paying water bills honestly .Kindly send the correct water bill and consider the matter positively .

                        I, Navneet Kumar Sharma, r/o 2A/49, IInd Floor, Ramesh Nagar, Delhi-110015 having KNO.[protected] received water bill no.[protected] for Rs.1157/- for 65 days for the period from 05.01.2016 to 10.03.2016 and total consumption charged 54 units. I would like to mention here that the consumption of 54 units during bill period is not possible that could be compared from my last five bills which were on an average of 15 units in 56-57 days. Please also note that I stay single in this premises and in sales job and most of the time I am on tour as per my nature of job. Kindly look into the matter and ractify the water bill as per my previous consumption and generate the correct water bill so that I will be able to deposit the same on time.

                          I am a resident of k 21 b sheikh sarai 2 . I use to have bill charges always less than rs 500 but my last bill was more than rs 4000 . reading in the meter is correct so I got all connection checked if there is any loss or wastage of water . I found no leakage in my water line and wastage of water which shows some problem in the meter
                          kindly get it checked and set it right previously I lodged a complain in the grivences cell same was resolved without taking action my previous complain no is[protected] but the same disposed off without any action .
                          kindly do take necessary action in the matter so that I could get proper bill next time

                            Please do something for this how it can this much amount because we do not use much water. This is first time i am facing a big mistake from delhi jal board
                            First i didn't get my bill as usually i get at home by courier/post
                            I went to collect it. And i am shocked to see this big amount for 74days and 51 units, i am very disappointed...

                            Dear sir/madam...

                            We wish to bring it your kind knowledge that we are living there ( a-2/35, new kondli delhi) and this our residential house and one of your person came to our house and said that we have used this place as a commercial purpose and we have shown our house internally to that person that this is a residential house not a commercial house but now onward we have recd. Wrong reading in our bill and from october our bill showed that our meter is stopped but our meter is working that you can see in attached meter picture

                            We wish to also bring it your kind knowledge that we are very small family, so our water consumption is very low almost 15-16 kl/month.

                            Now, again that your person has came recently and again he was not taken correct reading and said our meter is stopped and write our meter reading by own wish, so we wish to request you to please send ur person to review this issue.

                            And that person also said that our meter has stopped on 1558 reading but you can check our past water bills and current picture attached and our meter is already working and our current reading is 1573.

                            Please do the needful as we have to pay unnecessary amount to jal board...

                              Dear Sir,
                              As per the water Bill generated for 72B, Pocket-M, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi 110076 corresponding to KNO: [protected] is 3770.76/- INR (from billing period 09-Jul-2015 to 05-Jan-2016) is not justifiable due to non receipt of intermittent bills after July 2015.Now with an addition of 1453/- INR reaches to 5223.0 Rs as Total. Here our consumption was noticed as 15KL/Month and considered the same for all month inclusive of winter season when it is in peak too.This 15KL/Month is very high for domestic use/4 peoples. So we wish to know the way of consumption counted & also person who live in the floors are employed and day time, vacation, moving to abroad for months etc. are not in use.(We noticed that there is no meter fixed for 72B).Attached copy of water Bill received for your kind notice. This is an inflated water bill generated without proper meter reading.
                              I request you that the bill may be rectified as early as possible and I shall be highly thankful to you.

                                  Since last two weeks or ten days the water that is coming is smelling like drain water . We have no choice but to use it for daily use and buy a lot of water from outside for drinking and bathing which is very expensive . Jal board people had come once like a week back to take water samples and we were very hopeful things will improve but still the problem remains .

                                    We have received a wrong bill from your side. My New Kno. is [protected] and my connection is dead from 2011 and we have also given a written complaint from ourside to DJB office Najafgarh regarding the disconnect our water connection due to non-availablity of water in pipe line. Thereafter why we are receiving bill for same.
                                    Kindly check your record and then please maintain our account correctly otherwise we will unable to do false payment of water charges whom we didn't use yet.

                                    Thanks for supporting about my complaints to fwd concern departments/offices and soon we get response from them and now djb gives us a other bill after deduction a huge a amounts.
                                    Complaint has been partially solved due to outstanding current billed amount after deduction.

                                    I want to say clearly that :

                                    1. Why i should pay said amount when i didn't use the water of delhi jal board via pipeline from last 6-7 years.

                                    2.in running conditions of our old meter we have cleared our all dues and now we didn't getting water in pipeline from said years so why we will pay the above said amount after settlement whom is now 3647.

                                    3. We also have paid for new meter (1500+labour charges) installation as per the rule of djb/delhi govt.

                                    4. We are living in g category colonies and as per the scheme we want to waivers in 100% amount as per rule
                                    B'cos there was not any fault from our side.

                                    5. And also i am unable to earn money due to unemployment and spending our life from property rent which is so less and no other income source.

                                    6. Now when i have installed new water meter there after we are not getting water from pipeline and fully depend on govt. Tanker who distributed as all general public.


                                    So please give our 100% debate as per rule and also start our pipeline to getting continue bill amount in future.

                                      Hi i stay in rajokri village vishwakarma colony. Its been 2 days that water is stinking in home supply . There is a need of strict action as people are getting sick as the water from sewers is getting mixed with the water supplied to houses in the area ..Kindly look in the matter as dats really pathetic...no water to drink ..
