I have failed to get any response from the numbers provided to lodge complaints, which for the last 20 days are reported to be out of service. Also online grievances submitted report COMPLETED without anything done (refer grievances ids [protected], [protected]).

Though our information is that the government of Delhi had exempted water consumption up to a limit from charges, we have been getting regular bills:

And, in none of the bills, any meter reading is mentioned which means either the meter reading is not taken at all or wrongly taken or meter is fast or meter is not working as all the columns of METER READING show /STP (something which we do not really understand).
What do a law-abiding and tax-paying citizen do when every access is denied and wherever it is done (by registering online), the grievances/complaints are reported to be COMPLETED without an iota of action / information.
Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
