    For the past several days we have been getting dirty stinking water that is not suitable to wash vessels or clothes leave alone drinking. I raised this issue on the social media and even on the CM twitter handle, but nothing is being done. Will some one please look into this? Venugopal Delhi

      I am writing this to complaint against the rash driving of your water tanker. I am D Rana govt employee, yesterday returning from a meeting in my swift car dl 2c au 4552, suddenly a speeding water tanker of yours no. Dl 1L S 5343 damped my car from back near dabri mod (sita puri)and the driver is flew away from the site. I am requesting you to kindly take some legal action against the vendor/driver. and also requesting you to reimburse the amount for repair of my car. and also share the contact details of vendor.         My name is Vivek Singh. I am the resident off Indira Vihar Mukherjee Nagar from North West Delhi (Under Timarpur Constituency). I am staying along with my family (Wife & 2 Daughter's). I would like to bring this to your knowledge that we are “NOT” getting “Proper” supply of drinking water since morning yesterday. The quality of drinking water supply which we are getting in our region is a contaminated one. To support what I have mentioned above I am submitting my grievances along with the attachment for your reference. I myself checked the quality of water supply today while taking the bath to get myself ready for my office. I spoke with JE (Mr Abhishek Yadav - [protected]) of my locality today. When I called & inquire him about the NON Availability of water supply in my locality since yesterday. He confirms to me that supply of water will get restore by 11am. When I asked/checked with him regarding the issue that why there was no information or communication rolled out regarding this, he did “NOT SAID” anything regarding the issue. Moreover couple of times in the past I have brought this to the management knowledge that we were getting very contaminated water supply and is not good our health by registering my grievances on the given website but as on till date "Nothing Concrete" on Ground which is visible to us has happened. I am staying along with my Wife and 2 daughters’ at the given address. There have been numerous complaints by the resident of my locality in the past but NO proper action as on date has being taken in this regard. Hence it’s my humble request to you all too please do LOOK into this on priority and get this issue resolved ASAP. I will highly oblige if you ask your team to look into this & DO help us in this regard by getting the given issue resolved once for all.

          I am user of water connection (K No.[protected]) at House No.226, Ambica Vihar, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110087. I have got the water bill from DJB dated 24 Nov 2015 amounting to Rs.2147/- for two months whereas the bills in May 2015, July 2015 were NIL based on actual consumption. The consumption in the current bill has been averaged and Reading/Meter status has been shown as MLOC in previous bill and STP in this bill with no reading. it is shocked to me that I am very much present at home and nobody has come for meter reading and the status has been shown as MLOC which seems to be a bogus activity.               I am resident of sector-18, Rohini in DDA flats No.402, E Block and Consumer No( K. N0- [protected]) being a new Water meter provided by Delhi Jal Board. I want to lodge a complaint about absorbitantly high meter reading being noticed by me for almost one year from when it has been fixed. The average meter reading of one month is coming around 1.2KL/ day which exceptionally high for a family of only two member. Though I have paid all the bills up to date as per this meter, but now i am really getting surprised that even without using any water, the meter reading is progressing more than 1KL every day. My K No is - [protected] Please register my complaint and replace this meter with a good one. I disagree with this meter reading and refuse to pay further with this present mrtr reading. Thanks!                   I am resident of G block Dakshin puri new delhi 110062.Water Supply line in G block which goes to Tigari is damaged. Water flows and goes waste at the time of supply, i.e in the morning and evening 15 days are passed but no repair is done. Please solve this problem as soon as possible..

                    I am getting inflated Water Bills regularly against water connection provided at my Residence - 150-A, Pocket-A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095( K No. [protected]) . Bills are generated as per the sweet will of the DJB official, who has been deputed for recording the meter reading. Despite I installed Water Meter & it is working perfectly, bills being issued on STP basis. Complaints also being registered regularly with customer care (1916) but no action has been taken so far despite regular reminders & phone calls form my side. My last unresolved complaint is [protected] dtd. 02/12/2015.

                      Hi, I am Gabrial resident of Sant Nagar, Burari. My KNo. is [protected]. I am keep on receiving inccrect water bills with no meter reading in bills. I went to DJB office today in Burari area and spoke to one of the representative over there who told me that my water meter is faulty andit is not working as it is not advacing in meter reading whereas I have checked by myself and found that reads are advancing. Then he told me that mMr. Pradeep who is meter reader for Burari area confirms the same however since last 3 to 4 years no one came to our house for any kind of meter related issue then how come it is possible that my meter is faulty. I have paid Rs. 5270 as my last bill amount but still this time again I have received a bill Rs. 4072. Request you to kindly look into the same as I am very much irate wth these repitative issues else I do not have any option left with me to go for consumer court and media if I won't get any satisfactory solution to my problem.                         This is with reference to water connection no [protected] allotted to unit at Second Floor, G – 1/6, Malviya Nagar, Delhi – 110017. I would like to inform you that the water supply in my flat is not drinkable. It has a foul smell and totally unhygienic. We have been following Delhi Jal Board and your office for last two months regarding our disappointment with the water being supplied by Delhi Jal Board at G Block in Malviya Nagar which is the 'RAW GROUND WATER' popularly known as 'Tube well supply'. By virtue of being ground water, water is very hard, salty and smelly. Other areas in Malviya Nagar such as 'KHIRKI EXTENSION' & B BLOCK which are just two streets away from G Block gets the supply of water from 'SONIA VIHAR' popularly known as 'GANGA WATER'. We all would humbly request to please let us know why is that G Block does not get the supply of 'GANGA WATER' and when can we expect this problem to be resolved since water of Tube well supply is not safe for the health. Please advise as to how and where we should raise our voice or should we assume that no one gives importance to the voice of "Aam Aadmi" therefore it will be of no use no matter how loud we scream. I would like to inform that in the month of November, I received a call from Jal board department that clean water supply has been started in early morning and evening hours by connecting the same with pump house near Aurobindo college.. However connection pipe near my residence needs to be adjusted and person will visit my residence for the same.. One representative came as well and mentioned that he will connect in next two days but then he vanished and number is going unpicked .. His number is +[protected] I beg you to please start clean water supply atleast on the morning from 6-8 am.. Tubewell water is hard water and water purifier is unable to make it drinkable water.. Just by saying that issue will be resolved under rehabilation plan will not leave you unaccountable. Looking forward to a solution from your side. My contact details are [protected].

The bill amount is Rs.3403.00. regularly in-cress amount. I have been paying heavy bills during last one year. I have applied for to check and change the meter but in vain. I am living in two bedroom flat, my family members are only four so consumption of water is very less. I have this connection from 2013 but the problem is being observed during last one year. On 12.12.15 I recieved a message that my complaint has been resolved. But the Sewer is overflowing till date. I again made a complaint on helpline no-1916. But no relief. Pl look into the matter.

                                    I am the original allottee of plot No. K-2131, C.R. Park, New Delhi. I have got my old house and now have 4 flats of which two are occupied by me, 1st Floor has been purchased by the builder Ms. Soma Sen and the Ground floor has been purchased by Ms. Mousumi Mondal. The old KNO No. [protected]. 3 meters were replaced by DJB in May, 2015 giving the following numbers of meter - 3rd Floor occupied by me[protected]; 2nd floor[protected]; and 1st floor[protected]; On 29.11.2015 I received a SMS on my mobile No. [protected] that an amount has to be paid for KNO No. [protected] which I paid on 26.11.2015. After the payment was made I asked the person who was providing me the copy of the bill as to what is the status of bills of the other three flats. He provided me a copy of the bill for the 1st floor amounting to Rs. 1736/- for Ms. Soma Sen. For second and Ground floor the person informed that the bills are not yet ready. After a couple of days someone from DJB came to replace meter of one of the floors, which according to him, was for the third floor. He gave me meter number as 15088279, which according to him was for third floor. After a couple of days I requested everyone to switch on the water pumps one and one and to my dismay found that the meter that was changed was of 1st floor. I had been paying for the water/sewage for the 1st floor occupant. After that another bill is being given for the same floor for the same period for Rs. 1736/-. I am a senior citizen and by livelihood is only my pension. If Delhi Jal Board extracts money from me like this then how would I and my wife sustain in this hard days. It is, therefore, requested that the DJB may correctly send a representative to identify the meter numbers of all floors of my house and bill accordingly. The amount of Rs. 2376/- paid against KNO No. [protected] may be refunded so that the bill that comes for my flat could be adjusted. Please look into the problem and try to rectify the problem that a senior citizen does not suffer for the mistake of the Jal Board which is known for making erroneous billing disregarding the actual consumption. Let me tell you that I and my wife alone stay in this house and the water consumption would be ber minimum. Moreover, your man told me that 20, 000 litres per month is free and is not chargable as per the Delhi Government directive and we being two people, we may not be consuming so much. We would be required to pay only the sewage charges and rents of meters and other taxes.

                                        The water being provided by DJB is below the average standhards of cleanliness. It stinks and is muddy. It smells of sewer water and is not at all useable. This is the case most of the time. We are suffering from the acute shortage of clean drinking water. Kindly look into the matter soon and slove the problem.
