        Sir, I am Bhisham Kumar Oberoi I am getting water consumption bill for my K No. [protected] without the meter reading.Since last three bills from Jan to Dec 15 have been recd without readings accumulating to Rs 5200. My average consumption is about max 450 ltrs/day and 700 ltrs free from Apr 15 as per Delhi govt.From April it should be zero bill.

          K no.[protected] . Sir, I am resident o[censored] 34 II flr, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. I have received water bills in jun, Oct and Dec without the meter readings taken accumulating to Rs 5200 where as wef Mar Delhi government has made 700 ltrs free. We are only two senior citizens staying at this place and we were not available in Delhi from Oct to mid December 2015.Still I have received a bill of about Rs 1200. Where as it should have been nil. Our average consumption is about 400 ltrs approximately. This way aftrr March the bill should have been nill. In June and oct photo of water meter was shown to water meter and he ha noted the reading on me page saying that next bill will come with actual reading but was not done that .DJB issue the notice and warnings but they donot ask the reasons for not paying the bill. After oct 14 no water meter reading was taken. Kindly look into matter and actual bill as per meter reading be isuued enable me to pay the bill. Last payment of bill was done on 15 Dec 2014 Rs 2672.

            Hi Sir, My name is Devkant Sharma & lives in budh vihar ph-2 Sani Bazar Road. this is the place where you have come few month back for water supply inauguration. I would like to inform you that we have 3 main roads [Teen Murti Mandir Road, Veer Bazar Road & Sani Bazar Road] where water supply pipeline work is in progress mode. But there is some problem if you will check Teen Murti Mandir Road & Veer Bazar Road it is having 10 inch water pipeline however on Sani Bazaar Main Raod labour is using 4 inch pipe line for water supply which generally uses for streets however sani bazar road is main road as compare to others roads like Tri Murti Mandir Road & Veer Bazar. Currently, Digging work is in progress mode. Kindly look into this matter on high priority mode it may be some officer's can be involved in this corruption. Would request you to take necessary action against this issue to avoid future water problem on this Sani Bazar Road, Budh Vihar ph-2, New Delhi.               I have failed to get any response from the numbers provided to lodge complaints, which for the last 20 days are reported to be out of service. Also online grievances submitted report COMPLETED without anything done (refer grievances ids [protected], [protected]). My details are: NEW KNO: [protected] METER NO. : M[protected] ADDRESS: BAKSHISH KAUR 63, PART-1, LANE-2, KRISHANKUNJ EXTN, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI-92 Complaint/Grievance: Though our information is that the government of Delhi had exempted water consumption up to a limit from charges, we have been getting regular bills: Bill No. Date Amount [protected].04.2015 225 [protected].06.2015 306 [protected].09.2015 929 [protected].12.2015 1037 And, in none of the bills, any meter reading is mentioned which means either the meter reading is not taken at all or wrongly taken or meter is fast or meter is not working as all the columns of METER READING show /STP (something which we do not really understand). What do a law-abiding and tax-paying citizen do when every access is denied and wherever it is done (by registering online), the grievances/complaints are reported to be COMPLETED without an iota of action / information.

                    For the past several days we have been getting dirty stinking water that is not suitable to wash vessels or clothes leave alone drinking. I am D Rana govt employee, yesterday returning from a meeting in my swift car dl 2c au 4552, suddenly a speeding water tanker of yours no. Dl 1L S 5343 damped my car from back near dabri mod (sita puri)and the driver is flew away from the site. I am requesting you to kindly take some legal action against the vendor/driver. and also requesting you to reimburse the amount for repair of my car. and also share the contact details of vendor.                         My name is Vivek Singh. I am the resident off Indira Vihar Mukherjee Nagar from North West Delhi (Under Timarpur Constituency). I am staying along with my family (Wife & 2 Daughter's). I would like to bring this to your knowledge that we are “NOT” getting “Proper” supply of drinking water since morning yesterday. The quality of drinking water supply which we are getting in our region is a contaminated one. To support what I have mentioned above I am submitting my grievances along with the attachment for your reference. I myself checked the quality of water supply today while taking the bath to get myself ready for my office. I spoke with JE (Mr Abhishek Yadav - [protected]) of my locality today. When I called & inquire him about the NON Availability of water supply in my locality since yesterday. He confirms to me that supply of water will get restore by 11am. When I asked/checked with him regarding the issue that why there was no information or communication rolled out regarding this, he did “NOT SAID” anything regarding the issue. Moreover couple of times in the past I have brought this to the management knowledge that we were getting very contaminated water supply and is not good our health by registering my grievances on the given website but as on till date "Nothing Concrete" on Ground which is visible to us has happened. I am staying along with my Wife and 2 daughters’ at the given address. There have been numerous complaints by the resident of my locality in the past but NO proper action as on date has being taken in this regard. Hence it’s my humble request to you all too please do LOOK into this on priority and get this issue resolved ASAP. I will highly oblige if you ask your team to look into this & DO help us in this regard by getting the given issue resolved once for all.

                          I am user of water connection (K No.[protected]) at House No.226, Ambica Vihar, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110087. I have got the water bill from DJB dated 24 Nov 2015 amounting to Rs.2147/- for two months whereas the bills in May 2015, July 2015 were NIL based on actual consumption. The consumption in the current bill has been averaged and Reading/Meter status has been shown as MLOC in previous bill and STP in this bill with no reading. it is shocked to me that I am very much present at home and nobody has come for meter reading and the status has been shown as MLOC which seems to be a bogus activity.                               I am resident of sector-18, Rohini in DDA flats No.402, E Block and Consumer No( K. N0- [protected]) being a new Water meter provided by Delhi Jal Board. I want to lodge a complaint about absorbitantly high meter reading being noticed by me for almost one year from when it has been fixed. The average meter reading of one month is coming around 1.2KL/ day which exceptionally high for a family of only two member. Though I have paid all the bills up to date as per this meter, but now i am really getting surprised that even without using any water, the meter reading is progressing more than 1KL every day.                                   I am resident of G block Dakshin puri new delhi 110062.Water Supply line in G block which goes to Tigari is damaged. Water flows and goes waste at the time of supply, i.e in the morning and evening 15 days are passed but no repair is done. Please solve this problem as soon as possible..

                                    I am getting inflated Water Bills regularly against water connection provided at my Residence - 150-A, Pocket-A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095( K No. [protected]) . Bills are generated as per the sweet will of the DJB official, who has been deputed for recording the meter reading. Despite I installed Water Meter & it is working perfectly, bills being issued on STP basis. Complaints also being registered regularly with customer care (1916) but no action has been taken so far despite regular reminders & phone calls form my side. My last unresolved complaint is [protected] dtd. 02/12/2015.

                                      Hi, I am Gabrial resident of Sant Nagar, Burari. My KNo. is [protected]. I am keep on receiving inccrect water bills with no meter reading in bills. I went to DJB office today in Burari area and spoke to one of the representative over there who told me that my water meter is faulty andit is not working as it is not advacing in meter reading whereas I have checked by myself and found that reads are advancing. Then he told me that mMr. Pradeep who is meter reader for Burari area confirms the same however since last 3 to 4 years no one came to our house for any kind of meter related issue then how come it is possible that my meter is faulty. I have paid Rs. 5270 as my last bill amount but still this time again I have received a bill Rs. 4072. Request you to kindly look into the same as I am very much irate wth these repitative issues else I do not have any option left with me to go for consumer court and media if I won't get any satisfactory solution to my problem.
