Further to my complaint on the subject matter made earlier today morning I also wish to add that at 945 AM on 19.11.2015, the reading in my water meter no.15065365 is 89. Earlier the reading as per my previous bill no.[protected] dated 23.9.2015 the reading in my water meter no.15065365 was 76 on 13.09.2015.Hence the water consumption done by me in 67 days i.e. from 14 Sep., 2015 to 19th Nov., 2015 is only 13 Kls. only which is very much with in the stipulated limit of 20 kls in one month for zero billing. Hence how the charges of Rupees 428/- as claimed by DJB in my bill no.[protected] dtd. 18.11.2015 are correct .Therefore, these charges of rupees 428/- should be waived off.In this respect I have also booked a complaint with DJB on their help line no. 1916 vide my complaint no. [protected] dtd. 19.11.2015 at 945AM.I hope needful shall be done at the earliest.Thanking you. Satyendra Kumar Sood

    Refer djb bill no.[protected] dtd 18.11.2015.As per new regulations consumers whose monthly consumption is less than 20 kls. Will not be levied any charges. Here my consumption is 15 kls for 58 days which is very much in stipulated exemption limits of less than 20 kls per month. Then how i have been levied charges of 28/- rupees.I should get full waiver of rupees 428/- as i cannot be levied any charges as per new rules of govt. Of delhi.Hence i should be exempted and my bill dtd. 18.11.2015 should be rectified.Thanks

      Dear sir,

      I am dheeraj kumar and i am having problem with high bill generating for water. i am using water only one time to fill tank but still its showing i using 45 k water so as i know it is wrong billing generated or something problem with water supply so please when the person come to take reading please write the reading on paper and stick with motor machine and when i called to customer care the person saying toady is off so i can not solve your problem and call tomorrow but the no. is 24*7 tollfree no.these kind of behave is happening

        Sub.: dirty water supply for the last 10 months- KNO: [protected]

        Maine dinank[protected]ko aapko electronic mail main nimn letter bheja tha :-

        “For about 10 months, water supplied by Delhi Jal Board is extremely dirty and smelling. We are falling ill and have lost all patience now. Our routine life is disturbed because of this. I and my family is not getting the basic necessity of life i.e. potable water. Kindly help, its a matter of emergency now. I have made several complaints during the last 10 months on customer care number 1916 and before this there was another customer care number. When I make complaint on customer care number 1916, I get message that your water problem will be resolved in 3-4 days. And we get good water for one to two days and thereafter, we get dirty, foul smelly water supply. And again we have to make complaint on customer care number 1916. And we get good water supply after 3-4 days for only one or two days and thereafter we get dirty, foul smelly water supply for a week. This matter is going for the last 8 months. I request the concerned Jal Board Officers to kindly look into the matter so that we get constant good drinking water supply.”


        Parantu uske bad bhi pani hafte main ek ya do din hi thik aa raha hai. Mere ghar main parivar ke log bimar ho rahe hain. Unke eelaz main hazaraun rupiye kharch ho rahe hain. Hamara flat B-28 building main hai. Is flat main kayee parivar rahte hain. Sabhi ke ghar main ganda pani aa raha hai. Yesa lagta hai ki kahin sever ki line pani ki line se mix ho jati hai aur pipe line main kahin chhed hain aur saaf pani sever ke pani main milkar hamare gharon main aa jata hai. Lakin ek baat samajh nahin aati hai ki hafte main do din saaf pani kaise saaf aa jata hai?
        Kya aisa nahin ho sakta hai ki poore saat din hafte main saaf aaye. Main email letter jiska jikr oopar kiya hua hai, uska Jal Board ke ek adhikari ne jawab main email letter main bataya tha ki Jal Board saf jal ki aapurti karta hai. Lekin hamari building B-28 main to nahin aa raha hai 10 mahinaun se.

        Kripaya khuch thos kadam uthayiye jis se hamari gande aur badbudar pani ki samasya door ho jaye.

          Water K.No. [protected] - I got a Bill of Rs.810/- for 5th Nov. 2015. Every time they are sending average bill. They are not taking meter reading. One year back only Jal board changed the new meter. Every time in the bill they are showing status as Lock. Actually the meter in under the steps. We are residing at 2nd floor. How they can say that house is locked every time. Please correct the bill and send revised bill. EVERY TIME IN THE METER STATUS COLUMN THEY SHOW PLOC OR MLOC. Meter reader is not coming to take reading. Take necessary action on meter reader and send the revised bill.

            Just received the bill of October month from Delhi Jal board, where actual consumption charges are Rs 316.24 and services charges are Rs 351.39. How service charges could be higher than consumption charge? Its ridiculous. Need justification and refund of excess service charges.

            Received a copy of bill amt. Rs. 1099/- including service charge Rs. 512.45/ Sewage Charge Rs. 219.55, bearing bill #[protected]Sep.- 20Nov.). This bill require a lot of correction as it does not reflect true pic. To authenticate my point you can check and verify my previous bill and its sequence.

            Request you to please forward my request to concern authority so that needful can be done within time frame.

                I, Rakesh Kumar, user of water connection (K No.[protected]) at A-2 /178C, KESHAVPURAM, Delhi-110035. On receipt of a message on my mobile No.[protected], I have downloaded the water bill from DJB site and found a bill dated 31st OCTOBER 2015 amounting to Rs.460/- (for the period from 31 AUGUST 2015 to 31 OCTOBER 2015- 61 Days, with 23 Units consumption) due for payment up to 17th November 2015. The consumption has been averaged and Reading/Meter status has been shown as MLOC (Meter locked). The status of Reading/Meter has been shown for 31 st October 2015. it is shocked to me that my families are very much present at home and nobody has come for meter reading and the status has been shown as MLOC which seems to be a bogus activity. Kindly look into the matter and send a reply to me on my mail-ID [protected]@gmail.com.
                For new water connection initial amount as required was deposited for water connection to DJB now a bill for an amount of Rs.1878/- has sent without providing water meter kindly clarify the same as consumption shown is on higher side and on which basis bill has been sent.kindly inform accordingly immediatly.                   DEAR SIR, The main road of T-block, Gali No. 2 was dug up about 6 months back by DJB to lay water / sanitary pipes and the laying of pipes has been completed 6 weeks back. No action has been taken to construct the road back to its state as it was before digging. Now there is No One Side road to walk, drive, cycle etc and only loose mud has been dumped. More than 1000 vehicles are trying to drive on this road / stretch - lorries, tankers, trailers, school buses, cars, ambulances, tempos, two wheelers, etc are getting stuck in the mud and blocking the movement. More than 1000 vehicles of residents have to travel through this stretch every day. My cars & many other vehicles have been damaged by the mud and dust. Many residents have health problems due to the dust. Can something be done quickly to attend ( re do ) this road before there are fatal accidents Please bring it to the notice of Commissioner DJB, Chairman DJBand others for quick action.                     Sir, my water meter no. [protected] installed in m-36 malviya nagar was stolen thrice within a short period of time. Therefore I got the line plugged and requested for disconnection. The meter reader came and verified that the line was plugged and reported the same along with the photographs to his superiors. despite that I kept getting bills based on average usage for more than a year. Now finally the charges of water consumption have been deleted from the bill but i was told that unless I pay the service charges I can not get the line disconnected. I want to know why the government is taking service charge on something where they themselves are admitting that the line is plugged and no water has been consumed. I have paid the service charges as I cannot unnecessarily go on paying for something that I'm not using and want to get the line disconnected ASAP. However I want to know whether the government is actually implementing such a strange policy or am I being wrongly charged. If indeed one has to pay for a service that is not being used then doesn't such a ruling require a review. After all this situation is similar tofreezing a connection? have been used and the bill said meter

                      I applied my new water connection on[protected] and department respond me by sms dated 09-10-15 and demanded along with development charge Rs.-7100.
                      After that I visited the office on[protected] and the official concerned re-check my file regarding development charge . Which I have deposited already ( receipt attached in file ) since[protected]. I have not been received any information from the department and my water connection is pending till today.

                        My k.no.[protected].Because of defective water meter I am paying huge water bill. 1 At the time of water supply early morning when all the taps are closed the meter starts running. Secondly when start using the water meter runs very fast. This I came to know when I got triple the bill of my consumption.I am staying alone in the house and hardly use200lt. Of water a day.So bill should not exeed 10units a month.But I am getting the billof 25 units a month.which is a burden on my pocket. I will be thankful i[censored] get my meter checked as my meter is still under warranty period. Thanks mrs. Mullick.

                          I am resident of B2C/68-A Ground Floor, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058
                          Delhi Jal Board is intentionally charging water bill to us on an average basis, whereas our consumption is less than 10 Kl per month but they are charging us @ 22 KL per month, to get more money from us. Ours is a Janta Flat. DJB is requested to check it and raise actual usage bill and also settle the old bills raised on average basis.

                          We are so poor anyhow managing our foods, how we can pay this much of bills, which is not used by us.

                          Please arrange to settle it at the earliest

                            My new key no is [protected] & address is 40Z, XYZ GOVT QUARTERS chitra gupta road paharganj New Delhi-110055.I have changed my water meter on 15/09 /2015 & submitted proof to DJB office tibiya college & also met ZRO on 26/09/2015.He assured me that next time your bill would be on reading basis.I have already paid bill upto 14/09/2015.On 15/09/15 my meter reading was 0000, 0n 28/10/2015 my meter reading was 0019 but again they send me bill of regular basis of Rs 803 for 33 units which is totally wrong.                               I am a DJB consumer with K No-[protected] in the name of SUSHIL KUMAR SHARMA 460 POCKET: E MAYUR VIHAR-II. The complaint is about the billing process without taking readings. Very cleverly, it is shown that the premises are locked while my daughter is always at home during these days of visits shown in the bills. They have been issuing the bills without visiting the premises and without taking the actual reading. All the bills has been puzzles.No person of DJB has ever visited to take the readings and they issue bills by calculating the units own their own without any logic or reasoning. I, request you to please send some one to take the actual reading and raise the bill on actual basis.

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam, This complaint is regarding no water supply in our area. we are living in Gali. no.2, behind Old dev nursing home, Sirchotu Ram Marg, Raj Nagar-II, Palam colony-110077. We are suffuring from shortage of water from last 1 year. In our area there is water pipeline which came from gali no 3 area tubewell, but due to low water level, water not reached in our area, Delhi jal board reported that this tubewell cannot be rebored or recharged. In our area dwarka treatment plant water has come on 15th june. That water came in our gali also on 18th june but after 2 days this has been stopped. we went to our MLA office they told us pipeline is damaged and only 1 booster is on but now since 4 month passes away no action has been taken. we contacted to our area JE Mr. Hari Singh & ZE Baljeet singh also but they are always sent back us and tell us the water will reach within a week so but noting happens.I lodged the complaint so many times but the problem remains the same, My Earlier complaints are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[prot... please take some action so that we also get water. and also let us know how much time it will take. We all street residents already submitting develpoments charges also.

                                  DJB ZE told us that our Pipeline will be joined from maruti chowk and they filed tender for this but approval not came yet, please provide the approval so that our area can get water also.

My K.no. is [protected] and i receive a bill for it for which i am a regular payer. on saturday i.e in the 24/10 2015 I have received another bill on the same address and name with another K.no.[protected] . I don't think you have ever supplied another meter for the same addresss. If so you may have the proof and my signature .                                         I am a DJb cosumer with K no-[protected] in the name of SUNITA. complaint is about the billing process without taking readings. They issued bill for 49 units for 244 days for the period 17 january 2015 to 18 september 2015 while actual reading for this period was 160 units. Latest bill for 50 units for only 34 days from 18 september 2015 to 22 october 2015. All the bills has been puzzled.No person of DJB does not come to take the readings and they issue bills by calculating the units ownself. So, I, request please take further actions to verify the misbillings and issue orders to concern section /department to correct the bills . Further request, kindly issue my correct bills as I cannot bear with the overflow bills as i belong to a poor family. I will be highly obliged. Thanking you Yours faithfully SUNITA W/O SH.
