Respected Sir, We the resident of D-54 to 58 Mahendru Enclave lane no. 2, are facing major problem of water from past three weeks.We made lots of complaints and calls to our J.E. Derwal Nagar, we have also gone to meet them and requested them personally to get it repaired, even then the problem has not been resolved. Kindly help us with this issue. Thanking You, Anil Rampal

        Sir Prior to rainy season the main sewer line and sub line were used to be cleaned with the help of mechanised machines. But this time the same has not been done which has resulted in the black flow of sewer water on the hoses of the ground floor residents. Sir its requested to kindly advise the area JE to atleast vist the undersigned so that the problem can be made to understand so that needful can be done from there end and the residents on the ground floor doenot suffer from this problem during the time of rains and water logging due to sewerage line not clean Hope you will look int this and advise the concerned JE of the area to take necessay action regards mOHITMARWAH [protected]

            Dear Sir/ Madme This is in regards with K No. [protected], Bill No.[protected], Meter No. 5648452 Now the meter reading as per bill on[protected] is 12816 and upon checking it physically it shows 12593 on[protected]. The same needs to rectified and bill needs to revised urgently.

              Ref.my earlier comp.dt.7.7.2015 and DJB Comp.No.[protected]. I have told to deposit Rs.150/-testing charges of water meter . When I approached DJB Office at Shahdara Near Water Tank, they have told to give an application, the person will come in 15 to 20 days for testing of water meter if the meter is found running fast, the charges will be collected there itself and installation of new meter will be considered. In case the watre meter running is as per their norms the matter will be closed and no question of water meter will be considered. Since the new meter is installed on at my residence about one year ago, and other residents are getting their bill at normal consumption. Shri. Arvind Kejriwal assured the public of Delhi for payment of normal charges will be applicable for water charges.Where as I am paying water charges so many times than my Electricity and Piped Gas line, Kindly do the needful immediately and give me a reference no, .to verify the status of my complaint, Dwarka Prasad Pocket E-182 A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095.               My earlier complaint dated 7.7.2015 has not forwarded to Delhi Jal Board so far and only reminder dated 16.7.2015 sent to Delhi Jal Board.It is once again requested to resolve the issue so that I may also be pay the water charges as comparable to my neighbours.

                respected sir/madam I am one of the resident of Baba Farid puri West Patel Nager . Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.                   The sewer opposite 702 and back of 736 double storey New Rajinder Nagar outside Manav Sthali School are overfowing for last 3 days resulting in damage to the road on Geeta Mandir Marg due to waterlogging on the road. Despite complaint to local sewer authorities on Shankar ROad, nothing has been done. Bad smell and mosquito breeding may result in problems to local residents. Please take immediate action. These two sewers often overflow once in 10-15 days for the last two years. Permanent solution may be found.

                      Respected Sir, I am a resident of C-37 Rajpur Khurd Colony New Delhi 110068. My name is Mohan lal, we are submitting our water bill continuously from last 15 to 20 years my mobile no is [protected]. From the last 2 or 3 there is having a problem of water supply over here, we use to complaint water tanker of DJB but they do send the water tanker on time. Most of the time they asked me for the water bill, i gave them copy of water bill but after that they didn't sent water tanker on time by not sending tanker there is having many problem we always use to call them 4-5 times to bring the tanker home even after call they didn't sent tanker after not getting tanker we had to there for tanker booster where they send the tanker even i had submitted application 2 times in Delhi Jal board branch Saket. This is my humble request to you that fix our tanker on our route please.(Phone no of complaining tanker-[protected] in chattarpur pahari New Delhi) along with this i am attaching copy of my bill please take an action against them.

                        Dearsir complaints about k no [protected] in the name of Rajkishor tanwar B 7 jeewan park N D . djb conection was not used by me since long time about two years that's why meter was stuck on same reading 1328.8 An average bill of Rs 6705/_was paid by me on 29/3/15 to think now I will be treated in subsidiary as declared by delhi govt free up to 20000 liter and started to take water from my conection but as usual water not came one day some water came and meter reading run up to 1329.0 cunsuption was .2 reading units .in 2_3months meter status working OK. I have taken video recording of working and running meter .but bill was send by jal board about Rs700/-of average bill .till date READING is 1329.3. total conscious is .5 reading in 4-5 months .and bill is about Rs 1300 / . on 12/7/15.on average . water is not coming .many complants given but no response by DJB there for I requested to you to look in to these facts and send meter reader to check proper reding and bill. copy to- djb janak puri area office ZRO Karol Bagh by post thanking you 13/7/15. I pay my bills regularly and there were no arrears in my lst bill paid on 13th Dec.2014.No one comes to read the mater and a new bill view on DJB site which is Rs. 2278=00 and my regular bills are of around 30 units in every cycle and it is 148 units on my bill. I request that a meter reading should be done properly.nobody come to my house for meter reading and give bill on asumption basis.please sort my problem.and extra amount will be adjusted in next bill. this complaint copy sended to higher level also.

                          The water meter installed at our residence Sector-3/140 R.K.Puram New Delhi is faulty for the last six months. The meter reader comes and says he can not take complaint for this and will forward an average bill whatever the consumption may be. Presently only two persons are living in this house and the water bill is for Rs1060/-. It is heard that if water consumption is low bill charges are very less but we are having different experience in this regards. It is kindly requested that the meter may please be replaced immediately. The meter reader should be allowed to take the complaints from consumers regarding faulty meters and action should be taken to repair/replace the faulty water meter instead of forwarding average bill.

Due to which the dirty and flithy smell is spreading in this area causing inconvenience to the visitors and passerby.                                   ZRO ( Yojna Vihar ) Reg Bill no.[protected] dtd 27.12.14 of Rs 585 paid on Jan 2015. Wish to say, the reading 364KL was not correct. This was conveyed to meter reader when visited for next bill. At that time also it was much much less. He suggested to add only 4KL usage of water in each month and accordingly next bill no.[protected] dtd 25.2.15 was generated and the bill was not paid by me. I had requested him to correct the reading and pay back the extra amount I had deposited in Jan 2015. For this I had earlier lodge a complaint in yr web site. But no correction as on date is done. Today I had taken the photo of meter and reading is 355.26KL. Kindly correct the earlier bills and pay back the excess amount pay by me. on 11.7.15, again bill of RS 703 is generated. please it all.                                     From last 10 days, we are getting sewage water instead of drinking and clean water in Baba faridpuri, west patel nagar Delhi block near block number 26. The water so dirty that we have to get water bottles from outside and it's paid. Please take some action against it as soon as possible, as without clean water it is not possible to live life comfortably.
