Ref.my earlier comp.dt.7.7.2015 and DJB Comp.No.[protected]. I have told to deposit Rs.150/-testing charges of water meter . When I approached DJB Office at Shahdara Near Water Tank, they have told to give an application, the person will come in 15 to 20 days for testing of water meter if the meter is found running fast, the charges will be collected there itself and installation of new meter will be considered. In case the watre meter running is as per their norms the matter will be closed and no question of water meter will be considered. Since the new meter is installed on at my residence about one year ago, and other residents are getting their bill at normal consumption. Shri. Arvind Kejriwal assured the public of Delhi for payment of normal charges will be applicable for water charges.Where as I am paying water charges so many times than my Electricity and Piped Gas line, Kindly do the needful immediately and give me a reference no, .to verify the status of my complaint, Dwarka Prasad Pocket E-182 A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095. respected sir/madam I am one of the resident of Baba Farid puri West Patel Nager . Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised. The sewer opposite 702 and back of 736 double storey New Rajinder Nagar outside Manav Sthali School are overfowing for last 3 days resulting in damage to the road on Geeta Mandir Marg due to waterlogging on the road. Despite complaint to local sewer authorities on Shankar ROad, nothing has been done. Bad smell and mosquito breeding may result in problems to local residents. Please take immediate action. These two sewers often overflow once in 10-15 days for the last two years. Permanent solution may be found.

You are reqeusted rectify the bill with meter reading which is shows 00526-6. please send us currected bill for furthe rpayment

Dearsir complaints about k no [protected] in the name of Rajkishor tanwar B 7 jeewan park N D . djb conection was not used by me since long time about two years that's why meter was stuck on same reading 1328.8 An average bill of Rs 6705/_was paid by me on 29/3/15 to think now I will be treated in subsidiary as declared by delhi govt free up to 20000 liter and started to take water from my conection but as usual water not came one day some water came and meter reading run up to 1329.0 cunsuption was .2 reading units .in 2_3months meter status working OK. I have taken video recording of working and running meter .but bill was send by jal board about Rs700/-of average bill .till date READING is 1329.3. total conscious is .5 reading in 4-5 months .and bill is about Rs 1300 / . on 12/7/15.on average . water is not coming .many complants given but no response by DJB there for I requested to you to look in to these facts and send meter reader to check proper reding and bill. copy to- djb janak puri area office ZRO Karol Bagh by post thanking you 13/7/15. I pay my bills regularly and there were no arrears in my lst bill paid on 13th Dec.2014.No one comes to read the mater and a new bill view on DJB site which is Rs. 2278=00 and my regular bills are of around 30 units in every cycle and it is 148 units on my bill. I request that a meter reading should be done properly.nobody come to my house for meter reading and give bill on asumption basis.please sort my problem.and extra amount will be adjusted in next bill. this complaint copy sended to higher level also.

dear Sir, I wish to bring to your kind attention that the sewer system in the above said area is blocked and the water is overflowing from the drain. Due to which the dirty and flithy smell is spreading in this area causing inconvenience to the visitors and passerby. First u send some body to check our meter.. Our meter is working properly or not and please stop add interest in our water bill first give me the actual amount of our bill.. ZRO ( Yojna Vihar ) Reg Bill no.[protected] dtd 27.12.14 of Rs 585 paid on Jan 2015. Wish to say, the reading 364KL was not correct. This was conveyed to meter reader when visited for next bill. At that time also it was much much less. He suggested to add only 4KL usage of water in each month and accordingly next bill no.[protected] dtd 25.2.15 was generated and the bill was not paid by me. I had requested him to correct the reading and pay back the extra amount I had deposited in Jan 2015. For this I had earlier lodge a complaint in yr web site. But no correction as on date is done. Today I had taken the photo of meter and reading is 355.26KL. Kindly correct the earlier bills and pay back the excess amount pay by me. on 11.7.15, again bill of RS 703 is generated. please it all. From last 10 days, we are getting sewage water instead of drinking and clean water in Baba faridpuri, west patel nagar Delhi block near block number 26. The water so dirty that we have to get water bottles from outside and it's paid. Please take some action against it as soon as possible, as without clean water it is not possible to live life comfortably.

Sir/Madam, We would like to bring to your Notice that the houses on Jeevan Nagar Road, 149 Kilokri Near Angoori Mandir have broken line of Jal Board and whenever there is little extra water due to rains and other reasons there is extreme waterlogging. There seems to be no permanent resolution and all residents are facing serious issues. This issue has been talked in great details with Local Jal Board Officers but no attention has been paid to fix this issue. We will appreciate if you can look into this matter and do the needful thank you.

There is heavey leakage of sewer water and is draining at our building basemsnts and structure.
The exact place is at ea-27/ea-7/ea-8 and sealing is fasclitating at out residences.Please get rectify asap.

my k no. is [protected] . connection in the name of smt. suman goyal. i had deposited my last bill dt 20-5 15 amt rs 826 due dt 06-5-15. i had deposited the same in icici bank, chawri bazar branch on 29-5-15. i had the bank receipt also, but on delhi jal board website it is not showing this payment made by me, the website is showing the last payment done in the month of march, i please request u to kindly look into the matter and update my payment on delhi jal board website conact no. I am living at D.34 Mahindra Park, Near c.1 Janakpuri, New Delhi 110059. The supply water is contaminated since 30.06.2015 in the area. It is mixed with sewage water. People are becoming sick due to contamination. Kindly look into matter for solving the problem. A complaint was lodged vide comp No.[protected] dt 1.07.2015. But no action taken.

It is pity to inform you that complaint for the above was lodged vide complaint no. n.p.m 6500. But no one turned up so far. We are forced to drink polluted water that effecting the health. Please make necessary action at the earliest. Thanks

I inform you that I am not using water supply when from tacking water connection(May be 2007) to till date New KNO: [protected] in the Name of Sh Devraj Tripathi R/O M.7, Tamiler Enclave New Delhi-45 i have received the bill from 06th May 15 to 24th Jun 2015 on dated 25 Jun 2015.In the bill final current meter reading 49 Days 15 UNIT Meter Reading Status UNMT mentioned as on Dated 24/06/2015 Amt. 15, 127/-, Please note that due to wrong reading you have sent the high bill amount which is not acceptable to me. Your Department Continuously Given Bill Without using Supplying I request you to kindly check the meter reading and send the revised bill so that i can make payment.
