I git bill for meter reading date 24-MAY-15. the bill period is 22-aug-2014 to 24-may-15. However I paid bill for august 601.01 in 19-dec-14. So the new bill cycle should be Dec 14 to May 15. Till lat year in 2014 we used to get Ganga Water and sometimes mixed with Borewell water But for the last 4-5 months no such supply is being given to Pocket -A. Particular for the last two months there is a dirty & muddy water being supplied which is very bad in taste too. Even using a good quality water filter is not able to change the water quality. People only with high quality and expensive RO system getting water filtered with taste....

we are residents of patparganj, east delhi, mayfair apartments. the water supply is extremely dirty and is brown in colour. have spoken to the apartment society authorities but nothing has been done. we've even put chlorine tablets and Fitkiri in our tank but the water is still murky and dirty. kindly do something about the matter....

Hi Sir, We have received a bill of Rs.2000 (approx) in the month of june 2015. One of the executive of Delhi jal Board told us that our meter is not working that is the reason bill has came 3 times. If your executive were aware that water meter is not working then they should inform us about the same now they are asking 1300 rupee to change the meter. We from LIG Flats, Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj, are getting sewer water in the morning during the supply for the past 10 days.
