The said bill is received to me on 7th July and bill pay date is on same date is on same date only what is not possible for any one to pay same day and next date is payable with penalty.
Feb 2015 to Jun 2015 bill received on 7th July with arrears charge what is not possible to me in a single transaction.

kindly look in to this and I am unable to pay till satisfaction answer from your side and I am ready to reach at any level with the complaint.

    Respected sir,

    An unauthorized and illegal water connection has taken by sanjeev kapoor residing jb-4, khirkee extension, malviya nagar, new delhi-110017 on today i.E. 8th july, 2015. This is the request complaint for delhi jal board authority to please take necessary action and disconnect the line which was taken today itself by sanjeev kapoor on the very top floor beyond the height limit agreed by delhi jal board. After requesting him to produce delhi jal board permission he's begun to fight with their gundas with locality citizens.

    Please do take very immediate action to disconnect the illegal water connection at the address mentioned above.

      Hello, I want to let you know that there is descripency of 50 in meter reading( k.no. [protected]) and CMR status written by the person who visit to take meter reading. As per bill, CMR status 1240 on 2nd July2015 but on 7th July 2015 meter shows CMR status 1209. So, on CMR date 2 July 2015 reader make wrong entry.         Sir, My Meter Reading was 627 on[protected] as per Bill No.[protected], Reading 1019 as per bill id No. [protected] which is not correct as we are not residing in it and in Bill id No.[protected] reading was shown as 1154 and there afterwards bills of premises locked was delivered to me.I have paid bill No.[protected] of Rs 15, 000/- on[protected]. However, I had made request to Sh Kesh Ram Mate and his senior Kesh Ram to correct the meter reading in their records as my current meter reading is 1122, they came for inspection of the same on 7-7-15 but they refused to do so.I found their intention doubtful. Therefore it is requested to get my Meter Reading Correct in the records and adjust my current Bill.

          Sir/s, In the "A Block" of Dayanad Colony, Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi, particularly behind A-107-106, 105, 104108, 109 of Dayanand Colony, there is sewer line. In every rainy season the sewer line gets blocked and the water starts overflowing from the manhole and also gets into the the basements in the area. I am running my Law offices from A-107, (LGF) Dayanand Colony, Lajpat Nagar-IV, NEW DELHI-110024.In this Rainy season as usual after two days rains dirty water from sewer started flowing in the basement and also on the road. I request your office to look into the matter and do the needful towards getting it cleaned on an urgent basis to avoid any unforeseen situation of health hazard or accidents.             We have replaced our water meter in the month of Jan.2015 due to fast running. Again we are receiving bill at very high side as compare to other neighbor in the locality. In June, 2015 we received bill for Rs.4674/-for reading upto 150 unit, and in early July, 2015 for Rs.3703/- for reading upto 250 unit. By today it is shown as 300 unit. where as we are not wasting any water and using it as normal. Please go through and arrange to check the system so that we pay as per our consumption of water actually use. Your early action/suggestion will be appreciated.               Got a new connection on 20th June 2014 vide K No [protected] at following address : V.P. Thakral H.                 Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing this letter to seek clarification on my Water Bill. Because since Apr 2015 its showing bill amount in -(minus). Now this month I have just received my residential water Bill amount RS-5794/- for a period of 26 Apr 2015 to 06 July 2015. I have very lowest consumption because i am living single in this flat and hardly fill my water tank capacity 1000 Ltr. ones in three days with using proper water tank alarm . It seems to be contaminated and not good to consume at all. We fear serious health hazards hence informing you so that we could stay safe and can have drinkable water atleast.                     My new K no is [protected] . My name : Bikas Kanti De My address; G 1265 Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi-110019 Complaint No. 1 No water supply from 30.06.2015 till today. This problem is faced by number of houses in my lane. Complaint No. 2. In absence of piped water supply Delhi Jal Board should provide water thru water tankers. DJB office located in GK II is unable run any of its water tankers due to un known reasons.. It is requested to restore normal supply urgently and continue to provide water thru water tankers till restoration of the normal supply.

C-96, Freedom Fighter Colony, wide ARN[protected]. yesterday i have got a rejection letter from Delhi Jal board ref no. MNWS/NC/2015-16/1548/[protected] with a reason that my house is an unauthorised area. although there are so many my neighbours having DELHI JAL BOARD connection in my street also. however my application can be rejected due to this reason...

                        An unauthorized and illegal water connection working in front of house No.WZ-403 Raj Nagar Part-2 Palam Colony New Delhi 110077. The water flow badely when the supply begain.I am sorry to say that after my complaint to the JE of area many time.No any action taken by delhi jal bord against them. So please take the action.And please disconnect the above noted connection.

I was unable to pay my Water bill as online it was showing in Minus(-), though I was paying some amount in between of period. This month I have just received my water Bill for a period of Feb 2014 to 1st May 2015. I have rechecked, reviewed my bill and unable to understand my water bill for the said period.                                 This is to inform you that the main sewer is blocked ( Address given above) since April. As my building is at the end of the lane and low, the manholes in my driveway are blocked and due to back flow, the driveway is full of dirty water from sewer and smelling foul. I am a senior citizen and live in Ground floor. From yesterday whenever the the top floors use their bathrooms, water enters my bathroom thro' the pipe as there is no passage for it to flow out. I have spent thousands to clean the manholes but a pressure pump is needed. DJB persons in the complaint section say that they don't have a pump available and will do the work whenever they get one. Even after repeated complaints to DJB Sriniwaspuri, NO ACTION has been taken. I don't know whom to contact as the people in complaint department Do Not have any tel. Number of any senior official. PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS SITUATION.

                                  Bill number[protected] dated 27/6/15 has been generated without taking the actual meter reading. Previous reading on 21/4/15 was 2562. As on 30/6/2015 it was 2596. So the factual consumption is 34 KL for 70 days. Without taking reading the 40 KL consumption has been shown with an excuse that premises was locked. I wish to inform you that the premises or meter is never locked. This arbitrary bill needs rectification. Necessary action may taken againt the errent meter reader. It is requested to generate and send the corrected bill at the earliest so that I can pay in time.

                                    I live in Kanti Nagar extn. which comes under Krishna Nagar in East Delhi and my house no. is B-126 and also my neighbours are getting same type of dirty water like house no. C-137, 138 etc.Actually we are getting a very dirty water (mud) in our locality for last month. And its very harmful for everybody. Nobody can drink that water because lots of people have been ill by that water and Doctors has also recommended that do not drink that water otherwise you can also get ill. so if you ca resolve this problem as soon as possible it will be very good for everyone.

                                      Sir, we are from ngo team name jai sarv shiksha adhikaar foundation. We want to tell you about our water problem in our street. Some people uses motors and water pipeline in their houses without any permission of delhi jal board. Due to this problem many needy do not get water properly due to this bad people, and they also fitted pipeline across the road with their own plumbers. They washes their clothes with fresh water.. They waste water many types washing their home and etc. If this is illegal or bad activity so please do something about this bad people and charged them, so that nobody waste water like this in future.
