I applicant Raza Ahmed s/o Habibur Rehman resident of H. No- C-228/14 A, street no 10, chauhan bangar, new seelampur, Delhi-110053. Water supply in our street and attaching street is very less as it does not even full fill our basic needs and what ever water comes for very less time period and there is not any time fixed for coming out of water and water comes in stopping motion also. Occasionally water also comes very dirty and smelly as we cannot use it in any way. If somebody drinks unintentionally then his/ her health may be spoil. And Jal board would be responsible for this. People are extremely in trouble. We are facing these problems of water from many days. We talked to jal board officials regarding this problem but they just avoid it and they are not correcting this problem. That’s why we are compelled to do complaint. Kindly do correct this problem, increase water pressure, do fix the time of coming out of water and kindly give us clean water. Yours truly, Raza Ahmed, s/o Habibur Rehman r/o H.     Dear Sir, I am the resident of B-1/137 Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063. This is to inform you that there is a complete blockage of Sewer Line from house no- B-1/121 to B-1/ 140, due to which no further sewer disposal is possible from these houses to the main sewer line. Dirty water overflows from the house manholes and gully traps and it becomes impossible to stay particularly for the Ground Floor residents. This is a usual problem and it happens in every 2-3 months. My request is to find the permanent solution for this problem. I also want to bring to your kind notice that I am living here since 1984 and during this long period of more than 30 years, only one time the sewer line between house no B-1/121 to B-1/140 has been cleaned, whereas all the houses have been constructed once or twice, which causes dismantling of manhole for the sewer connection at each time. This resulted accumulation of debris in the manhole which might have obstructed the smooth flow of the sewer. Therefore you are requested to depute the team to clear all the obstructions in the manholes of the main sewer line for the smooth flow. Please take an urgent action in this matter. With Regards, M.       मैं अजय प्रकाश, जे-810, गली न॰ 1, करतार नगर, साढ़े तीन पुस्ता, दिल्ली -110053 का निवासी हु । मेरे घर मे पानी की लाईन बहुत पुरानी होने की वजह से पानी पूरी तरह से घर तक नहीं पहुचता है जिससे 500 लीटर की पानी टंकी भरने मे तकरीबन 1-1.30 घंटे तक का समय लगता है तथा पानी का मीटर भी सही नहीं है । जिससे पानी का बिल बहुत ज्याजा आता है । इसलिए मैं उपरोक्त बिषय से संबन्धित अधिकारियों से अनुरोध करता हु की मेरी समस्या का समाधान शिघ्राति शीघ्र करने का कष्ट करे । मुझे पूरी आशा है की आप लोग मेरी समस्या को गंभीरता से लेते हुये शिघ्राति शीघ्र समाधान करेंगे । धन्यवाद सहित । अजय प्रकाश

        Hi Sir, We have received a bill of Rs.2000 (approx) in the month of june 2015. One of the executive of Delhi jal Board told us that our meter is not working that is the reason bill has came 3 times. If your executive were aware that water meter is not working then they should inform us about the same now they are asking 1300 rupee to change the meter. I am a widow and living alone in my house and 2000 rs bill for three months is not affordable for me. Please take action on this and share a updated/revised bill.         We r receiving excess water bill of water meter no. M[protected] since 13-07-09. The first excess bill was received of Rs. 10099/ - against which we wrote a letter on[protected]. Before 13-07-09 our water bill for the period from[protected] to 02/ 03/ 2009 was Rs. 547/ - only. After our complaint the meter was checked by DJB and sent us a letter on 11-03-10 confirming that the meter is actually faulty and directed us to replace it with new meter. Thereafter we replaced the faulty meter with new one and informed DJB on 31-03-10. Till date we have written so many letters asking DJB to send us the correct bill so that we can deposit the same and also visited the DJB Zonal office at RK PURAM, PUNJABI BAGH and OLD RAJINDER NAGAR several times but no action has been taken so far and inspite of our so many letters and visits, we are being harassed and still getting the water bill with huge amount even after 6 yrs of harassment.

          billing issue my kno no is [protected], djb complaint reference id is ([protected] or [protected]), complaints regarding bill my water meter is working condition, there is no new reading and i m paid the old bill amount is(10500) but in actual amount is 3500 because bill is not comes to my premicises thats bill is huge paid for old bill, i m paid this old with it penalties bot now agains its comes 5000 but no ussage and wanted resolve the problem billling with wrong but i have the amount is more but actual is less loged complaint or reference no [protected] and now [protected] is closed but any resolution is not done yet

            We from LIG Flats, Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj, are getting sewer water in the morning during the supply for the past 10 days. Now the jalboard has blocked our water supply as they are trying to find fault. It is almost 5 days now and the state remains the same unable to solve the problem. Providing water tanker is not a permanent solution as the working people find it difficult to store and stay at home to fill. Please help us to provide smooth functioning of water supply.

              Sir/ Ma'am, I'm a resident of Malviya nagar, Gupta colony khirki extension and since the past one week there is no water supply. Adding to this even the water supply timings are very irregular. Sometimes the timing is at 12 midnight to 5am, which is very inconvenient. The people of this location have to stay awake the whole night. And even if the water supply comes it only does so for hardly 5-10 minutes which is not enough to fill our tanks. So please do something. We pay our water bills for no water supply. Your immediate action will be appreciated.

                RESPECTED MEMBERS OF DJB, SIR/MADAM It is to inform you that i have been suffering from sewage water problem in my main potable water pipeline, i have complained about 6 to 7 times to JE [ Junior engineer ] but he is not willing to take actions against my really severe problem and on the other hand he just asks questions related to locations of my pipeline and where from the water connection is taken . sir/madam i am really fed up with the faculty as they disapprove to work under their working branch and say it is not their work, my connection is new and the say dig the pit and check your connection yourself sir/madam this is the limit and i can not tolerate any more i just need immediate actions on my problem. yours truly ABHISHEK BALIYAN CONTACT NO.- [protected] ADDRESS -( V-63, VISHU VIHAR, NEAR SUNNY BAKERY AND GANPATI PROPERTIES, UTTAM NAGAR )

                        I Kiran Bhatia, residence of 145, MIG Flats, Suraj Apartment, Pul Pehlad Pur New Delhi 110044. Our block is last block in the area and pressure is very low in this area, getting water supply only 15-20 minutes daily. Last year also complaint for the same and budget for Loop Line already sanction. Please do the needful and arrange for loop line as soon as possible to resume the normal water supply.                             To whom so ever it may concern Dear Sir/Madam, There is a water leakage and impure water problem at Sudershan park, we complained for It and after chasing for weeks some jal board officials came. Now they also found a leakage problem after digging the street and passed it to jali officials saying that leakage is from jali. Now both the problems are there and no one is acting. There is a big whole open in front of our house No. F/217, Sudershan park New Delhi 110015 and is very risky for passers and children. Govt officials are not at all serious about this and are delaying this work from last three weeks. We have been facing this water problem from last 5 years. We get water mixed with some toilet sevage due to some leakage. Now with help of our neighbour we were able to get some support but due to lack of May be knowledge or awareness or expertise to work or may be seriousness to work. This is still pending.                               Respected sir/madam I am one of the resident of Gamri Ext Sterrt No-09. D Block Delhi-11053, which comes under the Ghonda Vidhan saba Area. We people of Gamri Ext. D Block is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past 02 Months, Water looks & smells like dirty sewerage water .This water is not even useful for washing & cleaning. We are facing some serious health issue due to dirty water. We are not believing that we are living in Delhi . It is shameful for all concern department and administration.                                 Sir/Mam, This is to inform you that my water meter reading has been interchanged with another meter for the last 1 year for which i have filed a complaint in written but my application was not submitted by the concerned officer. Rather i have been told to talk to the other person with whose meter my reading has been interchanged to adjust among each other. But quite aware of the fact that his water consumption reading is been shown in my meter he is not paying the bill for the last 1 year which to this date stands at Rs.6168. And I have been paying the bill according my consumption but technically of his meter. Now whenever i asked to the water reading official regarding the same problem he always assures me that if water connection gets disconnected it'll be of the other person and not mine but he say nothing when i say that the connection is on my name then how will the other person's connection would be disconnected. Now I'm thinking of moving to the consumer court regarding this. Or if there is any other way please tell me. My meter number (K no.):[protected] (in this meter the reading of another meter has been noted). [on the name of Khursheed Khatoon, B-4/66, yamuna vihar, delhi-110053].

                                  Sir, From last 3 month, the supply of water to our house is very dirty and has foul smell. We complained for this to so may portals and toll free number 1916 but nothing improved. It is causing severe health problems in the family with senior citizens and kids. Water can't be used for taking bath and washing utensils etc. For drinking we are using BISLERI from last many weeks. Please see to it on priority and support better service. Meter installed by MCD in 1983;. 2. Stopped long ago.: 3. Upto January 2011 charged average @ 7/KL per month: 4. From March 2011 charged average @ 8 K.L/month; 5. From March 2012 charges revised @ 20 K.L./month arbitrarily. 6. Requested Jal Board to replace meter, but not done on the plea "meters unavailab le". 7..Under orders of Information Commission, the meter changed by Jal Board[protected]; 8. The meter installed by Jal Bd. is the one manufactured by Dixit Company runs fast; 9. Still the reading from[protected] to[protected] was only 90 KL - average 10 K.L/month; 10. Department to calculate @ actual average, which we are prepared to pay and not abnormal charges claimed as arrear.

                                        Sir, I am not satisfied with your water bill against dirty and smelling water continues start the Water motor for fresh water but water entering in dirty and smelling Sir, please tell me what I do if water is dirty then switch off water motor many time trying but the metre is running the water not utilised. Sir if one time motor start in proper time when water is coming in fresh condition then I used the water and meter is one time running and reading in proper channel. Sir main problem is water is dirty and smelling the meter running time to time and reading is very much. The same condition this time when I start the water motor the water is dirty and smelling the bill raised by Delhi Jal Board is rs.2200/- This big water bill not deposited in my position. Please Relaxation give me in my Water Bill for the period from Apl.2015 to May. 2015 bill dated 3.6.2015. Please look into this matter and Relaxation in my Water bill.
